Unfortunately The owner Chris is very unprofessional and needs to work on time management I have witnessed him double book multiple clients and still proceeds to lie to clients who he booked months in advance and over charge the client who he canceled on 5 TIMES in a row.

If you're looking to get a piece done, you need to go see the guys up at art monster. Chris did my piece and unlike most places that get you in, do your tat, and get you out. Chris took the time to make it art instead of just another tattoo. It's hard to find an artist who will stop, take it all in and won't accept anything but the best. Not only did Chris do an amazing job, he also took the time to make sure I was comfortable going as far as bringing food for me as I spent all day up in the shop. Great music, great service, and great art.

The owner, Chris, is a fantastic artist, but don't expect him to follow directions. He prefers that customers come in with broad ideas and not a solid plan, so that he can create whatever he wants to. I came in with a defined idea and a drawing, after he looked at my drawing and said he could do it he immediately veered off track. He waited until hours before starting my sleeve to have a sketch of his idea, and threw out things I wanted incorporated. I'm really happy with the final piece, but I would have been happier if it was what I had asked for.

Did a lot of looking at different artist in the area but then I spoke with Andrew who is one of the artists at the shop. I decided after seeing his work and talking to him that he was the artist I wanted to tattoo me. Once the tattoo started he did a great job of making sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Once the tattoo was finished I couldn't believe how it looked. It looked better than anything I could have imagined. I will highly recommend anyone considering a tattoo too go to art monster. 5 stars
