I booked an appointment with Mandy and had a wonderful experience. This was my first very visible tattoo and so I was very picky and indecisive about the design, wanting it to be perfect. Mandy was extremely patient and complient with all my concerns and requests. She put so much effort and time into making sure we were both happy with the design and it is everything and more than I could have imagined possible. This was the best tattoo experience I have ever had. I will most definitely be returning in the future. 10/10 would recommend, top kek

I have had nothing but amazing experience w Mandy at House of Pain. My first visit was for a cartilage piercing and to consult for some new ink. Her skill and touch was impeccable. Her knowledge about healing and jewelry options were very helpful as well. She took the image I wanted and gave me a piece more beautiful than I imagined. I was extremely comfortable the entire sitting and even when I got a little squirmy after several hours she kept a steady eye and hand. I was also very impressed w the quality of the products used... my fourth tattoo experience (each adult palm sized or larger) anf this is my first done by Mandy and the first ever that the area wasn’t raised and puffy for a few days. Highly recommend Mandy, and Frank for hanging out and talking to us. Y’all were amazing!!!

I had an amazing experience when I was pierced. House of Pain is extremely well kept. It is very clean and I witnessed the person who pierced me sterilize and clean very well (and I consider myself somewhat of a germaphobe). I've had a piercing at a different tattoo shop in town, and let me just say, I wanted to ask if they needed a maid. I even got hugs and a hand-holder! I have had piercings and tattoos done here. All my modifications were handled very professionally and the studio was very sanitary; knowledgeable staff and the place smelled hospital clean.

The people were super friendly however, my tattoo was blotchy afterwards. It was not shaded correctly. I followed the after care steps but you could tell straight away it wasnt right and because it was on my back, I didn't know until I got home. The lines were also too thick and it bled together. They told me I would have to go back to get white added every few months. There wasnt meant to be any white at all. It was a simple line tattoo. A simple triquetra to be precise. I am considering attempting to get it covered elsewhere. This was 2 years ago to clarify. They may have sorted it out since then.
