I called beforehand and told them we were driving from Jackson. Anyway we arrive 13 minutes later and there is NO ONE available to do our tats. Poor business ethics... Their hours say 10pm this is INCORRECT.

I had a script tattoo done by Byrd, and after only 3 years it was completely “blown out” and blurry, unreadable. After having a second opinion, found out that the needle was too thick and tattoo was done too deeply. I am now having to have laser treatment done to lighten it for correction, which costs hundreds of dollars for the POSSIBILITY to be fixed! Different equipment is needed for thin scroll type script and it is not available with Black Lotus. She did design my tattoo but without the correct type of ink and needles, sadly after 3 years the tattoo looks awful! I had no idea and none of this was discussed beforehand! Byrd was very unprofessional and did not seem to care about pleasing the client. I am writing this review to save others from what I’ve gone through. I would never want anyone else to have to spend the money I have and be unsatisfied!
