Took my daughter for her first ear piercing. The staff at Saint Sabrina's is the best. The consultation did wonders for calming my daughter's nerves and answering all her questions. When she actually got her ears pierced, she said she could barely feel it and wasn't nervous at all. The shop is clean, bright, and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Courtney is an amazing personality and piercer! My girlfriend got her nipples pierced which is surprising because she’s extremely terrified of needles. However the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff was enough to make her feel confident. Over the course of the last year I received three piercings in my right ear from Westin, I had my nostril pierced by Billy, and a jewelry change from Courtney. Each time I have come in I have been treated with kindness and respect. All three piercers displayed the utmost of professionalism. Amazing place. I've had two of my three piercings here, and every time I'm in love with the results. The staff are so nice. My first time coming to Saint Sabrina's, I had only had a piercing done at Claire's before. I was expecting my piercing to hurt a lot and be swollen and bruised for a while, but everything was so sanitary and well-done that it barely hurt more than a pinch. My second time coming to Saint Sabrina's, I was in and out real quick, but I still got a well-done piercing. They have the best selection of jewelry. Normally my ears are sensitive, but their jewelry has never been irritating. I would definitely recommend going to Saint Sabrina's for any piercings, especially if you are worried about infections. Everything is extremely sanitized and my two piercings done there healed fast and never got infected.

This place is the best, and Billy Wood is amazing. I brought my daughter here when a piercing she got overseas was not healing properly and Billy has given us an incredible amount of time and attention (three appointments so far), and he has charged us so little for his time that I feel almost embarrassed. But, he is one of those people that cares about his craft so much and just wants to be helpful and it shows in every interaction you have with him. Every person at Saint Sabrina's has been helpful and professional but I'm particularly grateful to Billy!

Had such a wonderful experience at Saint Sabrina's. My sister, her friend, and I went in on a Thursday back in May. The gals at the front end were so sweet and open to answering any questions. As we looked at jewelry, Jamie greeted us and talked about the type of piercings we were thinking about getting. My sister went in for a nipple pierce, her friend wanted to re-pierce her navel and I came in to switch out some jewelry. We filled out our papers, picked out our jewelry and Jamie brought us up. He is so chill with such a great sense of humor. His work station was so clean and neat (unlike other places I've been to) My sister was uncertain about having a "dude" pierce her nips but Jamie was so down to earth that she didn't mind him at all. We were in and out in about half hour. You can tell the staff here really care about their clients/ customers and they have great knowledge in the work that they do. The jewelry prices are crazy expensive but the service makes it worth it. I live about half hour away and would definitely return. I have even referred a bunch of my friends to check this place out. Thanks Jamie and the Saint Sabrina team for taking good care of us. <3

pretty neutral on this place.. they do a good job and it's very clean but honestly not a great experience overall because most of the staff seems to have this weird condescending attitude. it's not welcoming to people who don't have a lot of experience with piercings-probably a decent portion of their customers. they seem to make a lot of assumptions about what you should already know and then act like you're the idiot when you ask a question.

I had to remove nipple piercings for an MRI today, well my luck would have it... after 10 years I couldn't get them back in without extreme pain. I was welcomed in as a walk in. I originally had these piercings done here. Courtney and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and comforting. I had such a rough day & this was the killing point, but Courtney was so very nice and understanding she even covered the reinsertion charge as a sympathy cover. Holy moly did I need that!! She even recommend jewelry in the future to prevent this fiasco. Highly recommend Sabrina's after 10 years, these awesome people know what they're doing and how to take great care of you :)

The staff here really know their stuff. Front of house can answer most questions about piercings and pretty much everything about jewelry. The piercers are extremely knowledgable and give excellent advice. The prices aren't too bad and the jewelry is good quality. I can't speak for the tattooists as I get mine elsewhere, but I would absolutely recommend St Sabrina's for any piercing.

Billy was awesome. Came in to get pierced over my lunch break and he took his time to really look at my anatomy and make sure that the placement was perfect. And he was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to to ease my nerves a bit. Definitely would recommend him to have any of your piercings done. If I need anything else, I'm definitely going to this shop again. They we're a bit busy and I wasn't expecting to need an appointment, but it was definitely worth the wait (and didn't take too long to get in and out with straight forward piercings).

The selection of jewelry was diverse and it seemed like very high quality. Definitely not the place to grab some cheap acrylic stuff.

My 9 year old daughter begged to get her ears pierced. After searching for the perfect place, we choose Saint Sabrina's. We had a consultation appointment first, to ensure our questions were answered and my daughter (and piercer) felt comfortable. We then went back and had her ears pierced. Everything went so great, that I decided to go back and have my ears re-pierced, twice. Saint Sabrina's has the best jewelry to pick from and hands down, the most comfortable earings I've ever worn.

A few weeks ago I wanted to change out my nose ring. I've had this little silver star for the past 3 years. It's cute but I got tired of it. I've had great experiences with Saint Sabrina's before with both piercings and tattoo that it's my fav place to go! This was no exception. The wait time was short (I was a walk in), the selection was wide and the staff was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. The actual switching out of the jewelry was quick and painless and the price was pretty decent for both the stud and the switch. Lifelong fan of Saint Sabrina's!

Amazing customer service! Went in on Saturday, their walk-in only day, with my sister in law and was greeted with happy and helpful staff. Only waited for an hour and a half to get tattooed. Place is sterile and very professional. Chase and Bleach didn't feel inconvenienced by questions or pickiness of our tattoo placement. Very reasonably priced. Excellent service! I was a walk in on a Saturday evening so I expected a wait. I received a friendly greeting and was given clear expectations on the wait. 45 min to an hour but that gave me time to fill out paperwork and select the jewelry I wanted for my nose piercing. I forgot who helped me choose my jewelry but she was great too. Billy was my piercer and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He even scheduled a follow-up appointment for me so he could check out my healing and make sure everything looked good. Great place!!

NATE was my piercer and he made the experience very comfortable and got a few laughs with him. Thanks Nate!!! The manager just made the experience less than enjoyable it would’ve been a five star but she was completely RUDE and NASTY. The experience was decent and the front desk girl was extremely nice I wish I would’ve got her name. Its a clean place and they do have refreshments you can purchase. They have really beautiful jewlerly and alot to choose from but.....the manager of the store Katrina wasn’t friendly AT ALL to people as I was watching her interactions with customers and even to me. My boyfriend came with so he can attest to this. Katrina was extremely snappy and cold. I actually went back into the store because it bugged me so much and she asked me why I asked for her name.. because she knew she was in the wrong and I told her I was a google reviewer and she was fake nice from there. I didn’t have energy to tell a grown woman how she treats people isn’t nice and she should know it isn’t good for business. Avoid interactions with her and you’ll have a great experience hopefully this will make her nicer and maybe she was having a bad day but don’t be rude to customers. Honestly would go back just because of the great experience with Nate.

The staff and the service was good but i honestly won't be going back to get another piercing because my nipples hurt consistly and they sucken in to where you can't even see the balls of the piercings and I didn't pay for the service not to get what i wanted and thats disappointing they werent really helpfull gave me limited opition as I don't think they realize the extent of how horrible the piercing was done and my only real option is to take them out let them heal and get them repierced for another 145 dollars.

I visited Saint Sabrina's for a piercing after approximately 6 months of contemplating and researching where to go (no shops in my area do the type of piercing I wanted). Saint Sabrina's was very highly regarded everywhere I looked. I have to say, my experience was on par with everything I had read! Westin is the one that handled my piercing. He was nothing short of phenomenal! He was extremely professional throughout my entire experience (something that can be hard to find in the industry). He made sure to clearly explain to me what he was doing step by step as things moved along, explained what to expect from my piercing in the followind days/weeks, was great about answering any questions, and did his best to make things as smooth and painless as possible. Even though Saint Sabrina's is a bit of a drive for me, they've won me over for any future business, and I will be utilizing them - and hopefully Westin - for my next piercing!
