Working with Jessie was absolutely life changing! I worked with Jess at both Aloha and Customer's. The atmosphere at Customer's Ink is such a rare find and SO refreshing. The artist's are so supportive and encouraging of one another and it makes the whole experience so relaxing for everyone involved. Went in on june 1st 2018 to get a left forearm (upper-top) tattoo of a celtic knot shamrock. The store location was easy to find, the shop was very clean and everyone there was very professional! My artist was jake, he took his time and made sure i was very happy with my tat every step of the way. He was very professional, talkative, and clean. I will continue to come back here for ALL of my tattoo needs, could not be happier, and the prices were very affordable!!! Recommend to everyone 100%.

I absolutely love customer's ink! Everytime I've been in has been a great experience. The shop its self is beautiful, bright colors, art work, lots of space to sit and relax. Private rooms for tattoos and piercings. Top of line equipment. I could go on and on. The artists are the real prize though! They have some of the best artists around and they're fun people too. Tattoo time includes conversation and laughs. I personally love mandie there. Shes been my artist for about 6 years now and everything she touches turns to gold. I love her lines, shading, coloring, etc. It always comes together into exactly what I'm looking for. She also does piercings and I highly recommend her for getting your kids' ears pierced. Shes a mamma herself and she knows how to keep the relaxed and having fun while she pierces their ears. Seriously though check out the artists' pages and look at their work. You'll be more than pleased!

I've had a chest piece for 4 years and could not find the artist that did it to finish it. I couldn't find someone who wanted to touch someone else's work either. I made an appt the day before to get a couple small things added to a memorial tattoo I hadlve. The owner, Dustin, saw my chest piece and offered to work on it instead! I was so excited and was not expecting to get it done without an appt way ahead of time. Dustin was extremely respectful, chill, and did a great job overall. I liked that they have rooms for their artists, which made things more private. I am so happy I got to get this piece finished. Will definitely be going back for more!!! When you leave a bad review on fb the owner messages you and is all mad and butt hurt verses apologizing for the issue. Not only did he harass my wife and threaten to sue her for lost wages when it’s not her fault of the work being done In his shop, when I leave a review he blocks me right away so I’m putting this on here for everyone to see. He can threaten to sue all he wants it’s freedom of speech we have already talked to a lawyer. Maybe if he had work to do at the shop he would not have the time to sit and harass people. The owner sent a message saying “ you are banned from the shop and slandering my name. You have never been tattooed at my shop and never will. This post will be getting taken down.” I do have to say I for one am not butt hurt because I’m not going to be tattooed at his horrible shop.

I felt comfortable with my first visit and felt just as comfortable at my second visit while getting my tattoo. Right after I made my appointment with him, one of my regular customers at work was trying to talk me into seeing her artist instead because she swears up and down about how amazing he is. Come to find out she was talking about Daryl the whole time! While i was in the shop for a consultation, Daryl was super easy to talk to and so nice. The shop is very nice and clean. I love my tattoo that I got here and Dustin was able to fit me in last minute. When I got there no one was at the front desk so I wasn't sure what to do while I was waiting for my tattoo. Also the website says that they accept credit cards but when it was time to pay for my tattoo I was told it was cash only and had to go to a restaurant a few doors down to use the ATM.

The shop itself when you walk in isn't what you would expect. It was very modern, well kept, and felt comfortable. There were places to sit, a TV, clean restroom, multiple rooms for people to be tattooed, if people come in at the same time. They take walk ins, and have deals that no other shop has done. The artists are very personable, full of ideas and knowledge, not to mention talented! This shop is the only one I would ever recommend to someone if they are looking to get ink.

I would not suggest anyone going to Jessica she has LIED about the amount of training she has actually had. I have seen most of her work and it is terrible. My friend got a piece from her around 4 months ago the color did not stick she definitely pressed way too hard too which can permanently damage your skin. She has been doing this maybe 6-8 months before she worked at Aloha (the place she was at before this one) she was 'taught' by Aaron. Before he opened his shop about 6-8 months ago Jessica was the girl that mopped all of the floors at Anchors End and absolutely NO previous experience. She also helped Aaron STEAL money from them to start his shop in Woodbury. So if you don't want constant touch ups, potentially damaged skin, work that looks like it was done by a 5th grader, slow etc. I would definitely choose one of the other artist at this location. This is only just a helpful bit of advice for those who love there ink and want perfection as much as myself. :)
