Waiting for the wife to search through the store wasnt bad however when we went to check out on 3/19/17 at approximately 5pm was the most excruciating pain I've been through. I dont understand who was running this place as there was over 50-60 customers just waiting to get checked out. There was 4 young associates total who was checking everyone out but the line was moving literally at a turtle pace due to them laughing and goofing around the time. After about 15 minutes we finally get to the checkout and asked the associate why is their only 4 registers open and whose managing the store right now. I didnt even asked why the registers downstair wasnt open or why their was 4-5 associates just hanging out in the fitting room but the response she gave me was, "i dont know but this is forever 21" My facial expression -_-.............

I was checking out and the cashier was the SLOWEST cashier I've ever had in my life. Her and 3 other workers were just leaning on the counter talking and the line behind me was growing quickly and none of them helped. I had a friend who was behind me who had a nice man check her out and she finished before me and had to wait a good 10 minutes for me because my cashier was so slow, even when i only had 4 items. She was talking to another worker next to her and looked like she was purposfully being slow. I overheard her complaining to her coworker that she was tired but they continued on laughing and talking about things like she was fine and every time she spoke, she stopped everything she was doing to talk and then would continue with checking me out while her coworker was responding. I was so angry.

I really like the store, good deals, the only reason why I leave 3 stars is cause the last time I was there someone was smoking weed in the fitting rooms, and even when I respect that people do it , that was not the right place to do it. And the employers walked in and out the fitting room and didn’t say anything so when I went to pay I told to the cashier and she saw me like “you are annoying “ and she said “oh ok, I’ll tell the manager to use air freshener “ and the manager had the same actitud. So I told her that the only reason why i was giving this information was cause they need to be more careful and if someone smoke weed they have to go and tell them, not just use air freshener or have an actitud like if is ok, cause is not. Is a place where pregnant women and kids go too, so it’s not ok and they should be more careful about that.

Like many other people complained, this store is poorly run, and the employees are rude. I was told that I was not allowed to try on bathing suit bottoms over my underwear, due to company policy; even though my friend that was with me recently quit working there and said it is not company policy. Then, I was told it is company policy to not let me buy clothing off the mannequins. When I go to this mall, I’m only going to buy my clothes from Express, because their associates have class and are always polite and helpful. Also, Express believes in fair wages and ethical business, but that is neither here not there.

This forever 21 is HUGE! Two stories of clothing! They have selections for men and women in this location. Lots of options. Sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes they are not. The store is sometimes organized and sometimes it’s not! It’s all about timing here. If you come on a busy day when every student and person have it off (weekends) it might be crazy!

It's okay. The store is very unorganized and the staff are not very helpful. Was very confused who worked there because none of the staff was wearing a uniform or a name tag so I didn't know who to ask for help. The store itself is very big and nice. The men section is small and messy as well. it is right in the corner away from everything else. My boyfriend was very disappointed. He thought that the staff were all fenimest due to the small amount of clothes section and they didn't carry that many Large size clothes, it was mainly in Small and Medium. When we asked if they carried a Large the staff didnt even bother to check, she just said no and walked away. When we checked out the lady asked if we found everything okay. My boyfriend said, "yes but the men section is a joke" he just gave her his opinion and she did ask. Her respond was how she is working 2 jobs trying to support herself and how working in retail is hard enough and pretty much back talked us (the customers). We were both very confused.

I'll give you a male perspective on this particular location. In short, it's GREAT. I've been to a few locations that sell men's clothing, but this one blows them all out of the water. The selection here is great and the prices can't be beat. For a labor day weekend sale, I got two winter jackets (a peacoat and a hooded longcoat with toggles) as a buy one get one free. They ended up costing me only $40. One of the best deals I've found in the last year. The jackets have really held up too as I use them both a lot. Definitely at least stop by to check out the men's racks. Worth your time.

I USED to love coming to this location. The staff used to be helpful and the store was clean and organized. There used to be a manager there who I would always go to for style advise and she was so kind and helpful. Went in a few days ago and the store was trashed, there was one person on the registers and the line was insane. There was a manager on the sales floor who did not appear friendly at all, when I had to approach her for help she barley even took the time to smile. The windows were a mess, trash and wigs on the floor. Ive never seen it look so bad. I am sad to say I think I will stay away from now on.

Rating a 1 only because there is no 0. I went here to shop for my daughters birthday gift on February 20th & there are a lot of cute stuff but the staff are RUDE. I went upstairs to go pay for my daughters stuff and there was a long line. One of the employees that could be taking on the cashier was a light skin stud, a girl who dresses as a boy (no offense because my daughter is also one) and she was just sitting on her phone the whole time, no greeting no nothing and watching as the line got longer and longer. the girl next to her was a dark african american girl who had her hair in a pony tail and a red flannel didn’t even greet me. she asked me if i wanted a forever 21 card and i said “no” but tried asking more questions about it and she completely ignored me. then she threw everything in the bag and was gonna throw my jewelry in there too but i asked for a bag and she gave me the worst look ever and gave me a bag and literally threw on the counter and yelled “next”...this isn’t the first time someone here is rude. i don’t recommend this place unless you are trying to deal with people who don’t know how to control their attitudes at work. now i have to find a new forever 21 near me because that has had to be the worst experience.

Customer service is garbage. Couldn't find anyone to help me at all then waited at checkout for like ten minutes only to be told by a customer (NOT A STAFF) that they only check people out at the registers upstairs. There was NO sign. Then I go upstairs to checkout to stand in a long line ans then find out half the items I got off the clearance rack were infact not on sale. And the cashier was rude AF, looked at me like it was my fault the items were in the wrong place. Perhaps if I had gotten help when I needed it, then I would have know the clothes were in the wrong place. Almost forgot to mention that the line for the dressing room was ridiculous. Left the store annoyed and feeling like I wasted my time. I probably shouldn't have bought the two things I did. Not a happy customer at all. Mall Of America Forever 21 location sucks!

I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find a specific shirt. I decided to ask someone for help they sent me to the lower floor, walked around even more. Asked someone else, he wanted to send me back upstairs. He then told me to look in their 90's section, I couldn't tell where that section was suppose to be. So again ask someone else, he points to the back and says it should be there. Well I had already looked and nothing. I even had pulled up a picture to show them all. After the third person being very useless and not even bothering to help me look or at least navigate me to the correct section. I gave up, and left without the shirt. I wasn't even asking for them to search for it, just decent guidance.

This used to be my favorite location, but in past year, it just hasn't been as great. There is only ever one person available at the checkout most of the time and some of the staff isn't that friendly. I've also just felt like they haven't had as great of a selection as other locations. (That might be completely out of their control.)

my handicapped sister had to wait twenty minutes for a non-handicapped person with six items to finish using the handicapped dressing room. I understand that the wait can get ridiculous but the handicapped stalls are for the genuinely handicapped and my sisters wheelchair doesn't fit in the normal dressing rooms. instead of moving the non-handicapped girl to one of the many open stalls, we were forced to stand there and wait. the dressing room staff don't have a clue and are not helpful nor friendly. very very disappointing experience.

This place looks so dated it's like walking into a sears or a kmart. The music playing during my visit was just loud and pounding. That alone made me want to leave asap, but they had decent merchandise for the prices. So I stayed for the sake of my shopping companions. The cashiers were rude, one girl turned her back to me when it was her turn so I would be forced to her coworkers register instead. So then I had to wait for the second open register instead of the first. Wth?!

Today was fun. No one was very helpful. Good thing I had my awesome sister with. Also the sales clerk kept asking people if they want to sign up for a store card and said it's free. Except it's not cause every time a credit card company checks your credit score, your score goes down, which ends up costing more money via intrest rates. I love the clothes, it's a good place to try on what you want but I'm sure anyone would be better buying online.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a really expensive jacket from here and the inside of the jacket ripped within 2 days of having the jacket which should not happen. I then proceeded to call the store and I was on hold trying to get the issue resolved for 30 minutes. The manager then said I would have to come in and get a refund. I went into the store and spoke with the manager and she told me I couldn't get a refund because the inside of the jacket was apparently "stained" which she then proceeded to blame on me. I will NEVER shop here again. The clothes are cheap and rip SUPER easy! Not worth the money you spend here!

To whom has concern about, I write this post to reflect the situation of discrimination and disrespectful attitude with customer in Forever 21's service in West Town Mall, Madison WI. It was 8.55 PM, April 1st, when I was checking out my dresses, a male cashier had checked my dress out and pushed it really hard on the magnet system. It was so hard that there is a big hole on the dress with a big dot of ink on also. He did not even give me any apology and tell the accident with his manager. While the manager tried to find another one, he made a lot of loud noise, and gave me several impolite eye-contact. He and other cashiers (2 of them) talked and made fun of me because they thought I did not understand what they said. I don't want to include any of them here because those were so rule and bad. This attitude is so rule and can not be excused. When the manager came back with some other choices because she could not find the same dress, he laughed at me and said that I was so damn. I understand that the store closes at 9.00 pm, but the manager has suggested to find the dress for me first. I don't think the cashiers's attitude and behaviors are acceptable and reasonable for any customer who comes and give you guys money. I don't want to experience any of the same circumstance in the store as well as the cashiers that I met today. This was the most horrible and impolite service ever I have had and it bother me a lots. There were plenty of staff on the floor & not a smile in sight. They didn't acknowledge my presence unless it was to tell me to move as they were bringing racks out onto the floor. The guy at the counter turned his back to me without saying a word after he finished up w/ the people in front of me. I stood there for 3 minutes before he said he'd be w/ me in "2 seconds". 2 girls were also behind the checkout counter. Both did not acknowledge me, but had time to chat w/ friends who had stopped by the store. When the guy finally was able to help me, he had a nasty attitude the entire time as if him doing his job to ring up the items I was purchasing was an inconvenience to him. He got mad when I refused to sign up for a rewards card. & there was a loud overtone of condescension in his "have a nice day." which was immediately followed by him shouting "I CAN HELP WHO'S NEXT!!!" before I had a chance to even turn away. Absolutely 1 of the worst retail experiences I've ever had...& I worked in retail for over a decade.

It's a nice store and has nice clothing but it's not by sizes. They have three long racks with clearance close and so much close is on it but it's not sized. You have to look through all the racks in order to find your size. In all stores clearance is always sized but there they just hang it where ever there is space.

If I could give this location a 0 I would have. My family and I have shopped at Lloyd Center for decades. We went in today to browse and were followed around the store the entire 20 minutes we were there. Most of the other shoppers were not people of color and they were not being watched. I have been to and purchased from dozens of your locations around the country and have never had this experience until today. I recommend that a different loss prevention strategy be put in place here and that you retrain your associates to refrain from this discriminatory practice. Ethnicity is not a precursor for criminal activity.

I believe that Forever 21 chooses what to bring into their store based on the clientele of the area. It makes me wonder why the Forever 21 of Portland wouldn't have the most crazy, extreme, and unique pieces in their store. This city has so much style. Staff was amazingly friendly! I got the help I needed and they went out of their way to help me look for some of my items which I needed different sizing. The cashiers were friendly and charismatic and seem to vibe off each other in a positive way which reflected on me. The boy with the glasses and girl with the split eyebrows cracked me up and held nice conversation with me and my friend. Will definitely come back!

Want cheap clothes? This is the place. Prices reflect quality for sure. The place is a hot mess, but if you don't mind digging through clutter and tangled hangers on overstuffed racks and piled displays, you might like this store. Personally I'd rather pay a little more and not deal with the mess. Or better yet, online.

Overall the store is kept clean. My biggest issue is the deficiency in customers services and maturity. Almost all the employees work with this daunting appearance and, the attitude to match. It’s seems like this is one of the TREND’s of Forever21; hire mediocre young girls. I will say the worst store is the LLOYD Center. I’ve always believed that there’s true reflection in your staff to let you know how well a store is managed. It’s disappointing to see employees slaughter the reputation of such a successful retail store. Clearly this won’t stop me from revisiting this store, however it won’t be my first choice when looking for a new outfit. I’ll take the cruise to Clackamas, at least there your get lost and finding someone to help is like finding a needle in a haystack.

This is perhaps one of the more tidy forever 21s I have been to.the majority are either trashed or have staff that are nowhere to be seen. Getting a dressing room was fast and easy and I was able to pay for my purchases withing a matter of minutes.

Great prices but the store looks like a tornado went through it. I understand that they are busy and can't constantly keep up with putting things back in the right spots and stuff like that. However, we went into the store within an hour and a half of it opening. The lines were long, the place was a mess, and you couldn't tell a customer from a worker unless they were staying behind the check out counter. All in all, the only thing that brings me back to this store is the prices but I avoid going in here and shop on their website instead.

Messy. Nothing is organized, everything is a mess and not well kept. I have been to many other locations all over the US and thus location is by far the messiest and the most unorganized. It doesn't seem well managed or supervised. Staff working registers.sitting and texting on their phones, not greeting customers... I have never had a good experience at this location.

Line always takes about 30 minutes to get through. The dressing rooms take forever and only one of three of them are ever open. Staff is limited and never talk to you unless spoken to. Only one or two cashiers are working at a time. Dressing rooms have nothing in them to set stuff on or sit on, which can be extremely difficult to maneuver as the floor is filthy. Hard to tell the difference between a customer and employee. Three stars only for clothing selection and prices.

There were 2 employees other than the cashier walking around and unlike any other F21 stores I've been in (I used to frequent them in CA) they were not friendly. They didn't greet any customers, myself nor any others that I happened to notice walking in. I didn't hear them asking anyone if they need help nor offer to start a fitting room. In addition, there was no fitting room attendant, which I thought was odd and it was a mess with clothing all over the floor. The cashier was professional, friendly and efficient. She made conversation and asked if I'd found everything ok. Their jewelry and hair section is very small but I guess that is because the store itself is very small, or smaller than any I have previously visited. Of course I will be back...trendy clothes at an affordable price.

I'm going to start by saying I have worked in customer service/retail jobs in the past. And yeah, they suck. They suck hard, and considering the things they have to put up with those who have these type of jobs don't get paid nearly enough. But, the staff here can't even seem to hide their contempt. I had placed an order online for pickup and the moment I walked in a team-member walked right by me without even a hello. The cashier practically glared at me when I asked about my order. The woman who I assumed was a supervisor because she handled my order wasn't any better, no smiles, no greeting. Their behavior gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Can you at least fake it? A little bit? I'll be ordering everything straight to my house for now on.

Whenever I take my kids to try on clothes I usually always put the clothes back on the hangers. When I went to this store today, the dressing room attendant told me and everyone else to make sure we put the clothes back on the hangers when were done before we bring them to him.
