I prefer to be left alone while shopping but being greeted and a more sincere checkout would be nice. Also I had to be cut out of a skirt because the zippers on the clothing is absolutely horrible especially for the price of the clothing. I almost had to be cut out of a second skirt I was going to get. It I'm going to pay Target or Kohl's prices I expect that quality.

Fun place to go shopping with the girls. There’s so much to look at with reasonable prices. Can be a little messy sometimes but it’s understandable with the amount of clothing there is. Employees are always helpful with answering questions & at the register

I feel like this store is often closing before it’s ppsted store hours as I have visited on a couple occasions and they were closed but google says open and they look like they should be. Point and case it’s 7:53 on a Wednesday evening no inclement weather but yet their doors are locked, lights open. Other than this issue my other concern is the lack of customer service. The clothing is cheap but that’s expected, the other issues are not.

Men’s section is extremely limited. Other than that, decent store. Personally, I prefer other locations - they are a lot larger and have more options. This one just seems dead, but a great quick stop for women if you want something before a night out.

Though this didn't happen to me nor do I know these women, I will stand. I will never shop at any forever 21 store or online ever again. I will also look up your affiliates to make sure they don't get my business either. You all have to do better. Racial profiling has got to be the lowest thing a person can do. You are beneath scum when you doing things like that. I pray and hope you all will be without rest until you reap what you sow.

Some of their clothes are worth it others are not management is not very professional they don't help that much very rude not helpful at all, the store is not very clean or Organized on the racks in the jewelry lane their is lot of missing hoop earrings and other items missing .

So your store specifically says open til 9pm 7 days a week?! I just drove 45min just to come to this store. It's 8:15pm on a Friday and your doors are locked. Keep up to date on your store sites so you don't waste anymore people's time or money. As I'm writing this two more parties of people have tried to enter your store confused on why it's closed.

I’ll not be returning to this store. I came in with my 10 year old daughter and wasn’t allowed to help her in the dressing room. The fitting room attendant required me to come out and said I couldn’t be in there with my daughter. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. We will not be coming back.

Racially profiled a group of women I know. Wrongfully accused of stealing without evidence. Search for the video to watch the police search their car after leaving the store. Don't shop here!!

I worked here before and management is so bad they don't care about customers nore employees, only money that's why they try to put out to much product.My manager at the time Kiah told us in a group meeting that we are replaceable and that we better get to selling ,if you are planning on working here, only do so if you have friends there or else you'll quit in a month, it's not that great.

Unorganized, poor and unethical management — repulsive attitude from most workers especially the girl who seems to be of some sort mgmt title. That boy with the grey hair and the other boy with the black hair was just unbearably sad with their technique of following customers and " spying ". Overall, a distasteful environment.

Frank and Terrance were AWESOME! So helpful and very welcoming. Thank you for excellent service! Although I had experienced great service that day, I was annoyed that I went to the store at 8:45pm and their doors were locked. Even though the store hours say the store closes at 9pm. One of the employees was letting someone out and I asked her if they were closed and she said yes. So apparently they close 15 min BEFORE the official store closing time.

This is a mix of half off already clearance marked items, only if they are labeled that way. It's very confusing and the workers there don't explain it very well. Plus they would all rather gather around and talk then help their customers. They would move around in their "pack" so to avoid us. They do not have a bathroom that is open to the public, even though it has a sign saying so. They put a sign up saying, "employee's only" and block it off. They then tell you to to go find another store to use. Awesome isn't it! They have no plus size clothing on clearance. All of the clearance mostly runs size small-medum. Sparse larges.

They didn't send an email saying my order was ready and I just happened to call and it was ready and who knows how long. But my cashier Anthony was nice and efficient. Forever 21 please send out emails on time when orders are ready! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I was excited to check out the "f21 red" for their plus size selection. They had approximately 4 racks that were a mess and nothing fit right. The prices were decent but we didnt buy anything. The whole store looked like a mess. I wont be returning.

Size of the store is decent. Clothes are unorganized, racks are so full to the point where you NEED to take the clothes off the rack just to get a good view of it. Customer service is a hit or a miss. Fitting room lady rolled her eyes at me last time when I told her that my clothes were hung up on the door (which she told me to if I didn't want them).

Super disgusted with how messy this location was. Clearance piled up on the floor like dirty laundry. It’s hard to look thru items that a bunched together so tight and everything is out of order. Tripping all over items on the ground. Shoes were all thrown everywhere. Hire more staff to maintain guest service as well as keep the location clean and well maintained. Two stars!

Ok store but was turned off they allowed someone in there with a service animal OFF leash. Real service dogs are vested with a leash and never loose. They don’t try to keep stuff organized so it’s best to go in the daytime before customers trash the aisles.

Terrible workers! The rack are so full to the point you give up on looking at them! Its nice how they organize it by the color and size but PLEASE! Make the racks shopable! I barely have enough room to take the clothes out of the rack. AND! When i was trying on some clothes, a worker was very rude to me and told me to open my fitting room because a customer had left her phone in there. I told her that i did not see it in there and she was very rude and said, i want to see so open the door. The workers never greet me! They don't help me out when i ask as if they are very stuck up and have other things to do. I am very dissatisfied because i am a member of management at a different retail store. I have never experienced this with any other forever21 until i came here. Very unhappy, i will never return.
