My friend went there to get her daith pierced, the piercer pierced the complete wrong spot, at the time my friend didn’t want to say anything because she wasn’t sure. So she went and saw another piercer and that piercer was like “yeah that’s the complete wrong spot, you need to go back and say something,” at that point, the second piercer called Shining Star to talk to the original piercer. Their call was declined 3 times. So the next day my friend went back and asked to speak to the owner, the piercer told her that the owner wasn’t in yet and to come back at around 4. So my friend waited around all day, to go back at 4. Once she got there, AGAIN she was told that the owner wasn’t there and said she couldn’t get a refund. At that point my friend asked how to contact owner directly, and was told that the owner didn’t come into the shop ever. Come to find out the whole time my friend was talking to the owner. So my friend, got pierced in the wrong spot, spent a whole day waiting to speak to an owner, and then was lied to. She’s now wasted $30 on a piercing she can’t keep in because of how bad it looks. Peabody police will be contacted. Not to mention, when my friend walked in, the piercer was asleep on the couch. And the place wasn’t even that clean. 100% would give 0 stars if that was an option.

The worst experience I have ever had.. didn't last no more than 5 minutes because of his rude remarks about my tattoo idea which was just a inch sized cross And also uncomfortable remarks towards me and my girlfriend as well. If your looking to be comfortable or this is your first tattoo ever. Do NOT go here..

Dave took 2 hours with me to fix someone else's mistakes and only took an hour to fix it! If you need fine art done right the first time and don't want to be hurt or need a big tattoo in a painful place Dave is the one to go to. This is an old school shop with an old school vibe that puts the work in without the frills.

Most unsanitary and unprofessionally run place I have ever been in. A total dump, ceiling tiles missing, filthy flooring, furniture and tattoo and piercing furniture in horrible condition. If you want to chance hepetitis, this is the place to go.

It’s a really sketchy location and building but the people are nice and the price is great! $30 for a nostril piercing (including jewelry)!

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. There are all new artists working there that are very experienced at what they do. Definitely worth checking them out, you wont be disappointed!
