I went here for micro blading and was disappointed to find the person listed on the website with all the amazing photos wasnt there anymore. Now its the owners wife. i should have left and sought out the person i wanted. twice she tried to get it right. i paid more here than other studios snd within a day no brows ... I have since tried again and boom gorgeous brows post 3 months. so it wasn't me it was her. not knowing how deep to cut, my greatest disappointment was the misleading website, it should have been updated. No refund. They are a shady shop, could it be a change in ownership not the same shop ive used before fir piercings and tattoos! its not as professional as it was years ago... buyer beware. ugh... oh well.

my experience? LMFAO well you see everyone that works here is super rude idk what there issue is, uh a family member of mine was getting a piercing and i told her mine hurt & the guy in the fronts response was “well whoever did it clearly did it wrong its a 2/10 MAX” i’m sorry but everyone has different pain tolerances just because yours was a 2 doesn’t mean it was the same for me. he just constantly kept making rude comments the entire time we were their. also a lady that works in the front came in & went to the back & was smoking weed while we were there & the whole establishment REEKED. i haven’t gone to miraculous in years & now i remember why. just go to piercing emporium.

My sibling and I had such a good experience here. Great tattoos and service. However, the artist who tattooed us was cash only, and we were not notified of this prior to getting them. We had to run to the ATM to grab some cash, but it all worked out.

I'm extremely unhappy with how unprofessional this shop is. I was originally getting tattooed by Robert but there was a piece that I wanted Steve to do for me (because it was over scars and such) Robert got angry at me for getting tattooed by Steve. Apparently they have this petty argument about sharing clients. I've never been to a tattoo shop where you're only allowed to see one artist. Then on top of all of this Steve invited me to a tattoo convention and went out of his way to try and sleep with me. I specifically said I didnt want to get involved because it was unprofessional of him and now I hoenstly dont even want to get tattooed by either of them or anyone at that shop again. There was an employee years ago named jack that also tried to sleep with me while I was getting tattooed. I'm appalled.

I wanted to get my teenage daughter a piercing for her birthday, so before going there I went on miraculous creations web site. The policy stated since she is a minor she would have to bring a parent or legal guardian with proof of identification, but once I get there they tell me she has to be 16 years old to get the piercing done! Isn't that false advertising? they should've stated that on their website. Now I have an upset daughter, wasted money on a cab for no reason, and I'm a unsatisfied customer!

This is the BEST piercing shop i have been too so far. Got my eyebrow and upper lip done. Great staff. Highly recommend. The piercing i wanted, they were very honest in the success rate of healing. Got to 100% appreciate an honest staff. Great job guy!

I got 2 tattoos last year. One near my shoulder and one on my forearm. Both came out poorly and the ink is completely blown out and looks absolutely terrible. They did not educate me on anything regarding aftercare of the tattoo and they just told me what to buy at CVS or any drug store. The shop is unsanitary and they truly aren't educated on what they're doing. They are the most unprofessional tattoo shop I've ever been in and I would not recommend this place to anyone. PS, no. I am NOT a friend of a competitor shop. It's pathetic you don't own up for the shops mistakes and instead blame other shops for bashing.

I’ve been here in the past and had satisfying service. However, in my recent visit I was disappointed. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful And misinforming even though I called three times to confirm confusing information. After returning back to the shop,I was still unable to get the procedure because of miscommunication. I wouldn’t have had issues if everything was explained thoroughly in the first place. Perhaps if the staff properly informed us beforehand with an appropriate attitude (less eye rolling and huffs & puffs) then we would have been understood and been happy with our visit.

I over payed for tattoo that wasn't even done I came in there for a half a sleeve charged me 250 the dude didn't even do the half sleeve I wanted he did a flower that was part of the sleeve & was charged 250 my boss went to Boston st tattoos in Boston payed same amount I did & got his hole back done big ass tattoo I felt like I got played I would never ever recommend some one to come here & before I actually got my tattoo done I gave the gave a picture week before or 2 week before he was actually gonna do it then the day comes for him to tat me up & he says I'm only doing the flower I came in thinkin we was gonna do the half sleeve but no

Very friendly staff. Katie helped me out with my piercings today and she did an amazing job. She explained the procedure and made me feel completely comfortable. I saw the instruments come straight out of the autoclave which was satisfying knowing everything is sterile. I was very nervous and uncertain first walking in but by the time I walked out I felt very happy and secure. Thanks again so much!

I came to get pierced and left with a tattoo! My husband and I drove out to Worcester from Springfield and i was not disappointed. It was great experience! I spoke to Joe and Steve about my future sleeve work and Amy did my tattoo. Everyone was super honest and straightforward. I appreciated how thoughtful they were and also the place is so welcoming. Amy is great and I almost fell asleep in her chair! I will definitely be back!

Terrible. I feel bad writing this but this place sucks. The staff is nice, but I've gotten a bad tattoo and absolutely atrocious micro blading from them. Thank God the tattoo was small, but the micro blading was truly traumatizing. One eyebrow was several centimeters lower and also much straighter than the other, and the quality of the work was terrible. They were huge, the lines were SO incredibly deep and dark and way too thick to ever look realistic. I called the store crying and the receptionist tried to convince me that this was normal and that they'll heal fine(I have a sleeve, a full back piece, both ankles and ribs tattooed). I know good work wen I see it, and this was definitely not that. Then they kept calling and texting my phone trying to convince me to come back for the second appt. I never went because the only possible way to even them out would have been to make them even bigger. It's been almost a year and they still haven't begun to fade at all. I can only imagine how much worse they would have gotten had I gone back. Mistakes happen but I'm honestly surprised I wasn't refunded my money for the service. Just save yourself the trouble.

JP did an excellent job on my tongue piercing! He was super calm and reassuring, double and even triple checked my veins to ensure it was safe to do the piercing and did his absolute best to help me stay calm and relaxed during the entire experience. He allowed a friend to come in the room to hold my hand and understood I was very nervous, he let me go at my own pace and talked through every step of the experience. I am extremely impressed by my time at MC and I wish I knew about them sooner! Will defiantly recommended to anyone who asks and return here for future piercings :)

I haven’t stopped raving about this place and Katie for days now. I went in for a double helix piercing, and the girl at the front desk was very welcoming even with the long-ish line of people (~30 min wait). When I went in Katie & I came up with a more creative double piercing combo that would better shape my ear and it looks stunning!! With one helix piercing and one flat piercing done on the same ear, I am barely sore AT ALL after only 5 days! She was incredible and I’m so happy with my whole experience. Can’t wait to visit her again.

I went in very nervous about my peircing, the guys up front were super cool and joked around with me to ease me a little bit. They explained everything really well and were super patient. My piercer James was awesome, he did the dots over and over for me ( my OCD called for it ) and made sure everything was align. He was extremely kind and funny and made the process easy. Informed me very well about the peircing and aftercare, they guys are great I recommend them whole heartedly (:
