Okay so I thought this place would be great to go to- cheap prices, heard it was super laid back. Honestly though, I came in one day just wanted to get my tragus pierced and after it was peirced, I felt fine but I wasnt given much instruction for after care, or what to expect other than common swelling. I was given a slip that said clean 3-4 times a day and thats all. I did not have the name of my piercer, i was not given the option to pick out my jewlery/ metal type). About 4 days later my tragus swelled so much, it became in flammed, the entire ear to the side of my neck where the piercing is has been so sore. I decided to go to another really reputaple shop and was told that my tragus was so infected due to the fact that I had been cleaning it 3-4 times a day— which was the only instructions I was given.

I got referred to this place by multiple friends. Sadly I called and made an appointment for that same day for a piercing. At the time (August 2018) they had one female piercer. I spoke with her and told her I was approximately 15 mins away. She told me she was setting it as an appointment and would see me when I got there. Mind you I had spent about 3 hours driving to different tattoo and piercing parlors, and calling with no luck. When I arrived about 5 people were sitting out back smoking marijuana (which I have nothing against just wanted to note both that they were smoking and that Idc). As I got out of my car and approached the building one of the 5 people said "can I help you?" I replied yes I have an appointment for a piercing, in response he said "our piercer just left." Frustrated I left. So today I accompanied 2 friends, one who was getting a piercing, when we pulled in both employees working were outside. They gave us an irritated look, almost as if annoyed that they had to work. My sister met me in the parking lot to lend me some money Incase I wanted something pierced as well... when I walked in my friend was nowhere to be seen I simply asked where’d she go? When I heard the reply “uhh in the bathroom” as she rolled her eyes. She said it extremely rude and with an attitude and tone like I should have known. At that point I removed myself from the premises before I said something I regretted. I would have loved to be there when my friend got her piercing and got one after but she ruined that experience and further more wasn’t getting my business. All in all both employees gave off terrible vibes and made me and my friends very uncomfortable. I have had 12 piercings and been in many parlors and this was by far the worst attitudes. Sarcasm and professionalism don’t mix. I will NEVER return.

Great People and great service. My 6 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced before the start of first grade. The folks at Eternal Images were able to get me in quickly and were great with my daughter who got really nervous before it started. Also, instead of cheap starter jewelry they use stainless steel body jewelry which is less of an infection risk.

This rating is more to reflect an artist than the actual shop. I admired this artists work for a while now and still am shocked by the incredible tattoo work they do. However, I’m extremely disappointed that my experience didn’t live up to the way I had hoped. It seemed that while I discussed my ideas with the artist they were just as excited as I was to make this tattoo a reality. But once my deposit was given to them, it appeared that this artist had less of an interest than they did before my deposit. At one point it took numerous texts over weeks before I could get any response as simple as information on the location of the shop they worked out of. After another ignored message (about my appointment time) I decided to cut my losses and cancel through the shop. Thankfully, the person I spoke with at the shop was courteous and understanding so It goes to show it’s not a reflection of the shop itself.

I had been recommended here from a few other people so was didapointed when the staff was rude and didnt seem like they wanted my buisness.
