I wound up not getting my tattoo at all. I found the tattoo artist arrogant and obnoxious and I decided that he would be the last person on earth I would let take a needle to my arm!

I called and asked if it was required to make an appointment, I was told no. I then asked if it would better for me to come today or tomorrow. They tell me I can come in an hour and a half. I drive 40 minutes to get there and the tattoo artist Ian informs me that the people who walked in an hour after me had a scheduled appointment. I asked why I was told to come if that was the case he told me I could make an appointment or wait another hour. I would never drive 40 minutes away to make an appointment I could simply do over the phone. I will now be going to Bullets Ink in Mt. Airy. They have a higher rating score and offered me the same tattoo for 40 dollars cheaper. I will never give my money to a business who does not care to keep their costumers. I have 3 tattoos and this is the only tattoo place that I ever experienced any kind of problems with. I will take my business else where and assure my friends not to waste their gas coming here even if they are told to by the employees.

Straight rude! I have several tattoos on my body and I am no stranger to the process. When I walked in, nobody welcomed me. I had to walk from booth to booth looking for someone to ask a simple question or two. When I finally found someone, the young lady I spoke to acted as if I had the plague. The two questions I asked were: How much would it be to touch this up and add more pop with color? How much would it be to put this (had an illustration in hand) around my right wrist? With a very limp and annoyed response, I got, “Ugh! I have no idea. Go talk to him (she said his name, but I can’t remember)” as she pointed in the general direction of where I found “him” in a booth. The artist was working on someone and I had to interrupt during a dip. His mannerisms and tone confirmed that I was interrupting and inconveniencing him. I asked him the same two questions and this is what I got, “That?! I don’t know... ummm $80-$90 bucks?? And for that around your wrist?? You’ll have to leave that with me and take one of my cards. You can call me tomorrow and ask when I’m not working on someone.” Wow... ok. So... Let me get this straight. I’m coming into YOUR establishment and potentially putting money into said establishment, but it’s my responsibility to followup in the hopes that you’re not working on someone when I call??? Also, $80-$90 for a touchup on a 2” x 3” area is kinda outrageous considering most parlors charge $150-$200/hr for a NEW tattoo. Cheers guys! My son and I went in on a Saturday to get my first tattoo and I highly do not recommend this place! Terrible customer service starting with person on the phone to the person who was the tattoo artist. Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say we chose to leave without giving them our business. Very disappointed! Highly recommend Bulls body shop tattoo in Eldersburg. Great customer service, great job and great prices! Very happy with my first tattoo and will be going back for a second!

I went in to have my nose pierced with Tasha. I was extremely nervous but Tasha was awesome and so very patient with me. If you're looking for an expert in piercing go see Tasha. I can not recommend her enough. The experience was virtually painless and she is such a nice person.

For what they charge, you would think their customer service would be superb..that is not the case and i work too hard to give my money to the pompous shop. There are much better artist out there that understand the value of speaking to people correctly. Long story short i had an appointment scheduled w Ian after scheduling w him a month prior. I walked in for a consult as a new person to the shop..the girl there was rude from the moment i walked in..he didnt speak..yet i stayed to ask my questions. We scheduled and i put down a $100 deposit for my tat..the day for my appt i get a call saying he had an emergency the night/day off and would need to call back to reschedule. I called the next day and he was there but was working on a client and will call me back. He eventually did and was abrupt and silent on the phone as if i did something wrong. He gave me another date months away..im still trying to figure out what i did as a customer? Im totally turned off by this place and need to follow my instincts and the signs..this isnt a good place.

We went into this shop for a consultation and chose not to return due to the staff being unfriendly and seemingly uninterested in the job. We chose another shop in which the staff were more personable. It's a shame because we had heard great things about this shop.

the work's great but the professionalism needs serious work. i went for vinnie and ended up spending more money traveling than getting the work finished. his efficiency was less than remote. shame, i really wanted to get more work done there but i'm not a rich person and live so far away. i got excuses and snot remarks until i had to give up. the attitude problem is just that, fix it. my patience ran out the 5th. time i came in and got a "we left a message" .... i couldn't sit around yet another day wondering if i was ever going to get my work done. i'm sorry.

Looking back on previous tattoos I always have wanted to add more to my first design to make it more detailed, I went to Uncle Pauly and got a honest price for the work being done. I was expecting it to be a lot higher because Vinnies has been around since I was a little kid. Pleased with my quote I took my best friend to also get quoted on his first tattoo. That day Beth talked to us, and after a few questions she got frustrated and said "I've had enough of this" and huffed and puffed into a room leaving us by ourselves and when my friend tried to talk to her she took such a tone we left and we are never coming back. Which honestly I don't think she could care less about the way she treated us. Every person that get's their first tattoo has a lot of questions and we we're treated like trash. So I took him to Baltimore Street because 5 of my 6 tattoos are from there and they are understanding that not everyone has the same background knowledge of tattoos and sizing.
