I had met with Jesse ( Capone Ink Artist) in November of 2016. I showed him my idea and he executed it with ease. Jesse was very professional, helpful and patient. He wanted to make sure that I was totally comfortable and sure of the tattoo placement before starting. The shop vibe was cool and it was also clean!. Jesse is a talented artist and I would definitely see him again.

Shop is clean, but artists are unprofessional and some are super unfit to be tattoo artists. My brother and I came in to get memorial tattoos following our dad’s tragic death this summer. My brother’s turned out well, as it was just 4 words in my dad’s handwriting. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the first session of my tattoo with Tony. I'm embarrassed to wear short sleeves because this tattoo looks so bad and everyone notices it, so I spoke to not one, not two, but five other artists about fixing it up. I’ve been told by each and every one that I have to get laser tattoo removal before they’d consider touching it, meaning I not only spent $300 on my first session, but that I have to spend about triple if not quadruple that getting it lasered and then retouched, and I have to wait about 9 months to get it tattooed again. Definitely not the outcome I was expecting or desiring, and I am very disappointed. Tony kindly offered to complete my second session for free but I will not be returning ever again. After seeing my one star review (which I think is fair considering the fact that I now must spend $1200 fixing the headache he put on my arm) Tony continuously harassed me about it, asked me to take this review down or change it until I decided to block him on Instagram. I'm not certain how Tony's tattoos went from amazing to this awful. Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience, but maybe it won't be true for you. Edit: if you need any work by Tony removed, check out Severn River ENT. They have a Groupon that makes 2 sessions of laser tattoo removal $300 instead of $800. They use Picosure lasers and it just eats up the black and blue ink. Hurts a lot but not as bad as having the tattoo memorializing my late father turn out this bad!

I waited two hours for the artist to be free and I had to use the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. Their was stuff in the sink and around the toilet and was very unsanitary. Also they have these old school chairs in there so the whole time I was waiting I was uncomfortable and the owner had a attitude when I was asking how much longer it would be while he was playing a video game. It was very unprofessional

I found Jesse on google started looking at art work. His blew me away really stood out. I walked in the shop a week later told him what I was thinking he worked with me to really make the art flow with my body, Was patient when I wanted minor tweaks was receptive to the yes and the no's of the process before we actually sat down and went to town. I felt like I was getting tatted at my friends house with the bullshitting, good vibes, and good conversation I got from the staff and Jesse over the course of 5-6 hrs you get to know people. On top of that he really made time to get the whole piece in. I wanted to go home with a completed piece and he made it happen especially with something sized like this...I was very pleased and plan to get more there.

He gave me short answers and was quick to catch an attitude for me just asking about the walk-in process. Basically, he told me to leave just by being rude. Never again will I even try to give them my business.

I hatr leaving bad reviews but this was a totally weird experience. This will be my first tattoo in honor of my son. When I came in, I was greeted and than begin to state what I was looking for. I informed the gentlemen that I was in the Army to let him know some areas I cant get tatted. He replied with a comment about how the Army use us and than replace us after they are done. Second red flag when I told him I wanted a cartoon character and a puzzle peice put together he saya, "I dont know how thats going to go together." Third I said I wanted the puzzle piece to be black and grey. The puzzle piece is a symbol of Autism and he said,"But the Autism sign is nothing but colors." It did put me off and killed my excitement. I actually came in because someone told they did good work. This guy customer service was a bit condecending and uncomfortable. I wish I met somone else. Because I would have gotten a tattoo but dude comments really sent me a bad vibe. It was unprofessional and not a welcoming attitude. I didnt get his name name. The tattoo place looked clean but empty.

Update: The manager Taylor contacted me the very next day about my visit and was more than willing to a discount on my next piercing which was awesome. I declined the discount but was still offered aftercare solution which I did get. Really glad he got in contact with me and was really nice about it. I came in yesterday to get my tragus pierced and to have my boyfriend get his nose pierced. The guy in the lobby was cool and personable. He was very easy to talk to. However, when we actually went to the piercer Kevin, the entire vibe changed. He didn't speak, was very dry, and didn't make us feel welcome. I tried to spark up a conversation with him about an idea I had for more piercings and I got a simple barely one word answer. So I just directed all of my conversation to my boyfriend because I knew Kevin wouldn't really respond. Overall, Kevin's vibe just killed the excitement of getting new piercings. I've been here before with Kevin a few times in the past and wasn't impressed by his customer service. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just very blah. I mainly went for the prices they have on the weekends for piercings. Wasn't given any aftercare for our new piercings and I had to ask him myself what to do instead of him just naturally telling us the healing process. The shop could use some more decoration. Very empty and very little products to buy. I am considering going somewhere else for my next piercings solely because of Kevin's lack of enthusiasm. I don't mind paying a little extra for my piercer to have a smile and be provided some aftercare solution.

Lol this place is literally the worst when it comes to piercings. I've seen their work on tattoos, and most of them look okay, so you may have some luck there. For starters, the people who work there all look like they hate their job. It's rare they ever crack a smile or even maintain eye contact while you're speaking to them. On several occasions, I've called in to set up an appointment, but I get sent to voicemail, even though they're open. I understand a tattoo shop isn't exactly the place to get the best service, but their customer service sucks. More than a year ago, I was pierced by Kevin (my first piercing ever.) I had my nose and navel done. Kevin literally is the worst of them there lol. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he seems like he's being forced to work. He lacks energy, enthusiasm, and again, he never cracks a smile. He barely even says a word. It really kills the vibe, ya know? And this isn't based on just one experience. I've been to this place on at least 3 separate occasions. After I was pierced, I didn't receive any aftercare instructions, but I didn't mind because I could just Google them anyway. It's now 14 months later and my nose piercing STILL hasn't healed. I went in a couple days after to get my jewelry changed to something longer because my nose was swollen and my nose was basically swallowing the piercing. Instead of changing the piercing entirely, Kevin just took a rusty tool and lengthened my old piercing & put it back in my nose. I didn't say anything because, I mean, they're "professionals." You should be able to trust that what they're doing is correct. Ever since that day, I've had nose bumps at least once/twice a month for a week long, even though I take care of my piercing. The worst part is, Kevin literally NEVER shows up to work! It seems like he's the only piercer employed there, which is absolutely stupid. I've called and showed up on several occasions to be told Kevin is "sick" or won't be at work. It seems like he's only there maybe twice a week, if that. Fast forward to today, I decided to go Mr B's and my god, they are amazing. They are everything Capone's Ink is NOT. I was kindly greeted as soon as I walked in by two women with smiles on their faces. I explained to them what happened to me & they told me the wrong type of jewelry was used to pierce my nose and it was way too long. They helped me insert my new jewelry, she gave me aftercare instructions, free sea salt, and recommended the best type of jewelry for me, and where to get it from. Even though I didn't get pierced there! So technically I'm not even their customer! She took her time to write down any instructions I may need. She was kind, warm, had a welcoming attitude, was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about piercing. I didn't realize how much I was missing by going to Capone's Ink, simply because it's closer to my house. From today on, I will make sure I never set foot in Capone's Ink again. I usually never even write reviews, but after what I experienced, I felt like I had to. So much wasted gas, wasted time, wasted energy, and all that for bad service & a piercing I've had problems with since I got it! All this could have been avoided. I really hope Capone's Ink steps their game up some time soon.

It was my first tattoo the guys were very welcoming. They made sure to ask if I had ate. My artist was very funny whenever he spoke and would check in to see how I was doing. It was a great experience, they aren’t to expensive. I believe if you are looking for great quality work and or great service in general I say go to this shop. It is very clean and neat. My artist even text me a few days after asking about the tattoo making sure all was well !

I was a regular here and got 7 of my 8 tattoos here. I also had 2 piercings done. When the ORIGINAL owner Al passed away,the shop changed,the environment changed and the people changed. I went back and got the color tuched up on 3 of them. I don't know the guys name who did it,but he took the time to keep EVERYTHING(color,shape,exct..) the EXACT way Al had done it. I appreciated the time and effort he took, because Al ment alot to me and I LOVE the work he did! So if you remember me(the guy who touched them up)I appreciate that you did that. As a Mom celebrating my sons accomplishments, as a family we agreed to grant his wish for a tattoo. We traveled and interviewed many companies and private artist - however we felt so comfortable at Capone’s Ink. We were greeted with professionalism and kindness. The staff was eager to address all of my questions and they offered many options that accommodated our budget. Well needless to say Tony did an excellent job . He was informative through the process and let my son know what to expect next ( needles for shading and tips for detail) . The work blew us away and was more than we could of expected. Pricing was fare and the finish product looked as the template.... but better. I highly recommend this shop. I’m a proud Mama!
