Garreth, what is it first you said i was using the wrong cream which i baught from your shop, then you stated it was my age then you said my shirt now you are saying it was because i was drinking and taking medication. That is a big joke one lie after another. The reason my tattoo is scarred is because your employer does not know what he is doing. Further more you are the owner you do not care about your customers and showed no considetation you should be ashamed of yourself. You have people post good comments and offer them free tattoo's sounds like you are desperate for customers. You have walkins on a Saturday because you cannot get customers. "I wonder why" I am so upset i went to your shop i should of known better. Now i will need to get it fixed which will cost me more money because of your deep cut employer. He needs tattoo classes on how not to go deep.

Let me say first of all that I have quite a bit of ink done in different shops, by different artists so I'm not new to the tattoo world at all. I've gotten three different tattoos here done by Garreth, one complete piece on my leg (water color tattoo), a very small tattoo on my wrist (no blow out and tiny tattoos in black can do that...especially on hands and wrists) and a half sleeve that is a work in progress currently, mostly complete. My sister has one piece done here by Garreth (blue toned water color on her wrist). They were very accommodating to her and her panic disorder. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is pretty typical for a tattoo shop in general, if you've been inked before you'll know what I mean. It's actually one of the few in the area that doesn't smell like marijuana, not even the slightest whiff. I have other tattoos, some from decently famous artists across the USA and I'd have to say the quality isn't an issue with this shop, Garreth is a great artist and refuses to copy someone else's work or images from online, which is becoming more and more rare these days. He is very good at taking ideas and running with them to create a truly masterful work of art. Now I have had some color loss on my incomplete sleeve from the healing process, but that's just what it is...from the healing process. It will be repairable when we get another session to work on it again. Some colors are harder to get to stay and some areas are harder to ink. Just like some areas are prone to blow outs. That's just the facts of tattoo life.

Not very welcoming. Was told one price then charged another. The are was poor, a 3 yr old could have drawn it better, when we asked him to change a few things, he insisted it was better convincing my kid (25) it was awesome. Will now have to pay someone else to fix it. Avoid if possible!!!

About a month ago , my mother and her friend had gotten a tattoo. My mother noticed the next day that her tattoo was still bleeding a lot , and missed some lines. She blew it off. She had purchased the cream at the tattoo place and was putting it on 3 times a day. After about 3 weeks went buy her tatto was scarred , had a tattoo blow out , missing ink , crooked lines and black and blue skin around the area. Mind you my mother is 50 years old, had many tattoos that she had gotta in the past 2 years. After about 5 weeks we went back to the tattoo shop to show rob the tattoo. As soon as we went in the own came out , stating that my mother didn’t take care of it good, didn’t use the right cream and brought up her age. First, we bought the cream from them. Second , my mother had gotten 3 tattoos within a year and none of her other tattoos were effected by her “age” and lastly, we tried to get our money back but we couldn’t. He did offer to fix the tattoo but he told us that it needed to heal. Mind you the tattoo was only about 4x6 ( small ) it should’ve been healed already. Worst place ever, no apology, no consideration , nothing. All he did was blame my mothers age and said she was taking care of it wrong. Long story short , we will never be back. Place is a joke. PS : my mothers friends tattoo looks like a 5 year old did it, tattoo blow out, really faded lettering and sloppy. Now my mother and her friend are scarred for life because of the ass hole.

I was so happy with the first tattoo I had done here that I have refused to even consider anywhere else, and as of now I'm getting my 5th done as I type this. The actual shop is very nice, clean, everyone is super friendly, and the artists are extremely talented. All of my tattoos have been done by the same tattoo artist, Rob Jacob's, and I've never been disappointed. Also have gotten several peircings here as well and she does a great job. So quick with it which is awesome and makes it barley hurt. Highly recommend.

I've gotten all three of my tattoos done here and they're so fantastic and wonderful, they have an extremely clean shop and everyone there puts in a lot of work for their clients to make sure they leave with something cool and suited for them! I just got one done by Rob and he did a phenomenal job understanding the basis of what I wanted and then making it so much more cool then what I had in mind, plus he made sure I was comfortable and ok the entire time! So if you want to get something done I highly recommend seeing everyone there!

It's a very calming, down to earth environment which definitely helped calm my nerves. Cleaner than other places I'd checked out too. My tattoo turned out amazing and with no healing issues.
