Don't be afraid to say so, they'll gladly change it however, if something is wrong...the artists will let you know what needs to be changed to make it perfect. THEY ARE ARTISTS! The guy, Joe, that we made an appointment with has the worst personality. When we told him we had two others with us who wanted a tatto, he agreed to do it but then made us wait over an hour, skipped us to take another walk-in, and then ignored us and acted as if he had never seen us. And this was after we left him a 50% tip on the one appointment. Terrible. Do not waste your time or money.

My friend and I were randomly looking around for tattoo parlors and came across this one, Hell on High Water and called ahead to ask if they do walk-ins. They do, so we came in and immediately was helped. Super nice guys and very patient. We both are extremely happy with our piece. Great prices and I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

We came for a walk in and was told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. The tatoo artist would be David. We left a phone number and they suggested a bar for us to wait at. Two hours later, we walked back to the tattoo shop. They said they weren’t doing any more tattoos for the night and that Kenny had just left. Clearly they are unprofessional. Was it David or Kenny that we were waiting for? And why didn’t they call to tell us they weren’t tattooing?? We are here on vacation and waited two hours for NOTHING. Do not go here.

Great shop doing great tattoos all day long. They are pretty busy, so you may need an appointment in advance for longer, fancier tattoos. I just wanted a quick souvenir. I was visiting for Wrestlemania and Joey Greco, not the host of Cheaters, worked with me on a great design. They are about 20 mins from Bourbon St. Lots of cool shops and eateries around there when you are done. The wife went walking and shopping while I got tatted.

So my best friend and I have been wanting matching tattoos for over ten years but never had the opportunity to do it until our fist trip to NOLA. After getting a ridiculously high quote from The Electric Lady and finding two other parlors closed when they claimed to be opened, we literally stumbled upon this shop. From the locals hanging around the shop, to the honest "we might be open, we might not" store times, this shop had a down to earth, honest and no bullshit atmosphere. Great price, chill and charming artist; we loved it. Thank you Devin for the experience and artistry, it will definitely be what made this trip memorable.

Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and wanted tattoos, went to a couple of places and they told us to call a couple of hours later to see if they could fit us in, which is understandable because we walked in. When we walked into hell or high water Kenny was at the door, very nice guy. Told him what we wanted and seated us right then. Prices were fair, Kenny was super nice and gave his honest opinion.
