Came in at 1ish today for a nose piercing. Was promptly greeted by a pleasant man upfront who surprisingly remember that I had called that morning asking about nose piercings. He checked me in and the piercing artist came and got me shortly after. She was very polite, professional and explained the process and aftercare to me in a thorough manner. I was beyond impressed with this shop! It was clean, well kept and the staff was awesome. I will say, don't use their website for pricing. It is outdated and they are in the process of fixing it. Just call the shop and ask for updates pricing. I will definitely be coming back to have my second piercing done when I'm all healed!

This tattoo represents when Jesus hyked up his robe and kicked me to KY, where I was diagnosed w stage 4 brain cancer. I wanted a dragonfly because they are the symbol of transformation and I wanted the gray brain cancer ribbon. In the bottom of one side is 10 for the month I was diagnosed and the other 15 for the year. I told Kaitlyn who ran the front desk why it was so important to me and Jacob took my idea and created this loveliness. The detail is beautiful and well executed and his line work....fabulous! I will be returning and also reccomending Infinite Ink to everyone. Their prices are really good too. The shop is clean and everyone was super nice and patient.

I came in and waited almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to even get started then i paid and arm and a leg for a bad tattoo i feel like i was robbed the artist rushed through the tattoo and charged me and unreal amout for the terrible job he did. Missed spots and was very uneven. I wont be returning to get it finnished by him.

I'm disappointed with my recent nose piercing that I had gotten. I believe that there was a change with the surgical steel for their piercings since I had a big flare up/allergic reaction in my nose this time. This wasn't the case with the first time I had gotten a piercing from here.
