We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced. The piercing guy is fantastic and had all the information we could have hoped for. They took us back to a semi private room. By chance, no one else was there while we were.

They care so much for the customer they put a tattoo on a high school student face. 18 years old? Check. 50 bucks? Check. The rest of the high school students life messed up for 50 bucks. I care so much I will never go there again. And yes I am all tatted up.... but all mine can be covered so I can go to work. That's right I do not do tattoo work so having no tats on my face is good. Funny that no one at skins the day they put tat on kids face has a face tattoo

I work with adults with disabilities and I have a woman that is obsessed with one of my tattoos and really wants one of her own. Called this shop to see if they could maybe do a temporary one on her arm for her so she could experience and they said no. Guess her money isn’t good enough for them. As someone with plenty of ink myself this is one shop I would never pay to give me ink if they are too good to fulfill a developmentally disabled woman’s wish for a “tattoo”. Really need to work on your customer service.

Front desk dude was rude when I said I didn't have my debit card to secure a slot, he also was about to charge me $130 for a scripted tattoo smaller than a deck of cards. Freaks on Broadway would charge $60. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or treated like that. Fix your customer service.

I've gone here for all of my cartilage piercings and plan to return for more. Edgar is very professional and precise, but also friendly. I get nervous every time and he manages to keep me calm. He gives great advice and will do what he can to keep you happy and healthy. I have very small ears and my tragus is equally small but he managed to safely pierce it. They are not a five dollar shop, because you get what you pay for, good quality. Have had ZERO problems with anything they have done. 10/10

I've gotten my last 2 tattoos there and I love them both. I'll go back if I ever get another tattoo. The color has faded from the one on my foot, but I'm out in the sun a lot, and the guy even said that the white would fade out of it and I would need to get it touched up. The only bad part was I had to wait a super long time, like 4-5 hours, for him to draw my design and tattoo me. They need to work on their time management skills.

This place is a joke when regarding piercings. The piercing area looks like an afterthought, pushed into a back room behind a curtain. The piercer seemed uneducated and had an attitude. Save your body and get pierced somewhere else. The only good part about my experiance was the guy at the front desk who was polite.

Went in to get work done. Guy that was going to do my work was rude and talked about how hard it was going to be. He was very negative about wanting to do it. He also smelt like he was still drunk from last night. Lost my deposit but thank god I decided to not do it there. I will never be back!!

Got my cartilage pierced here months ago. The guy that did my piercing did not know what he was doing and when he pierced my cartilage, it started dripping blood down my ear. Like it was a STREAM of blood. He said it was normal thing. This has never happened to me before and I have my rook and my daith pierced (at a different shop of course). Months down the road, I’m still having issues with it, even after cleaning it twice a day. I’ve had enough and finally decided to take the piercing out myself. Pretty sure my ear has a permanent scar from it and it’s still very painful after MONTHS. Also, the area where he pierces, it looks like you’re getting pierced from a janitors closet.

DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE They are horrible I wanted a simple heart and I was met with rude people and an impossible time trying to get it fix to the point, someone ten times better said because he new the guy who messed it up and know how bad he is said once it completely healed he would fix it. The lines are awful and not even close to a good heart save your money and go somewhere good! I also didn’t want it filled and he did, I wanted a small one and now if gonna have to be huge to fix the awful job he did.

I've only gotten one, very simple and small, tattoo at the shop in OP. My best friend and I went to get them together before she moved and Clayton was fast, friendly, and did a great job. I've gotten 2 larger pieces at the Lawrence location--recently went in to discuss a couple new pieces--and will definitely be going back! Their prices are decent, I never have to wait months to meet with the artists and they've all done really great work (ie: they fixed something that resembled a 14" rim actually look closer to the button it was supposed to be). Now to patiently await the phone call saying my sketch is ready!

I go and was met with a very rude person who offered no guidance or any help whatsoever. Basically pushed me out the door. Would not recommend for people getting their first tattoo

Edgar is so dope! He helped me a lot with some piercings that I had done somewhere else and I was having issues with. He changed them out to something smaller and walked me through the healing process, which I didn't get with my original piercer, and generally made me feel a lot better about them. It's been about a month or two, and my ears are already feeling AND looking a lot better. The bumps around my piercings have almost completely swelled down too, whoop whoop

My wife said that it was the most pleasant tattoo experience she's ever had and that Lance paid attention to detail like no artist ever has before. All that attention to detail for only $80!
