Walked inside, stood at the counter for a few minutes, nobody said a word to me, so I walked around the shop looking at some of the sketches. I ended up looking at every single one without being spoken to then stood at the counter for another 10-15 minutes. Still no one said a word to me, so I left. Felt extremely unproffesional.

Went in for our scheduled appointment, they said we didn't have one. Showed them the card that they had signed proving our appointment was then, and they weren't even willing to do anything and were very rude. We had even called the day before to confirm, and they still were very rude and made us come back. Not going to come back.
