I have gotten 2 tattoos from here...my only 2 and from Josh and Cesar. Everyone was very nice and professional. Sometimes you might not get started right at the scheduled time but it's worth the wait. Plan on getting more.

My sister and I had such a good experience getting tattoos here. We came in only a couple hours till close and they were super friendly about everything. They weren’t intimidating and made sure to be very precise about what exactly we wanted. It was her birthday and Ol Crow tattoo shop turned us down after waiting 45 min because their artists “had migraines”. They also told us they’d have to change our designs because it wouldn’t look good at the other shop. Idle Hands was so open and friendly and super willing to make our tattoos look how we wanted. The artist, Ty Dough, even made sure we weren’t in too much pain and had great conversations with us. Seriously, I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. The prices were great, he worked with us having issues with the ATM, and gave us his card to come back if any lines were messed up. Seriously a fantastic experience and my sister was so glad she had such a good experience on her birthday. Don’t bother with the other shops. This place is the best. I’ve also gotten a tragus and cartilage piercing here in the past and it was great as well. Their new shop is beautiful on the inside also! They stayed open an hour late for us. Awesome job by Dan- he was so insanely quick with my nose piercing- he had the stud inserted in about 5 seconds (no joke). Also, there was no pain afterwards (at least for me). Will definitely be returning here for future work! :)

Loved the atmosphere when I walked in. Employees were friendly. They said to return for pericings at a certain time. I called and then they gave me another time. We showed up for the second time frame, then had to wait one more hour. By now I'm irritated. Finally Went back to the room to get nose and cartilage pierced wanted both on left side. He didnt disinfect my rings like the people at front desk said he would. He suggested to do my right nostril. I agreed. He proceeded to pierce the he couldn't get the earring to come through. Had me lay down, then get back up, lay down one more time. He still couldn't get it to come through the inside to clamp. He said ok I'll just switch them. So I assumed he was going to get a bigger ring for my nose....Nope he switch the ring that was suppose to go in my ear with my nose one, which I didnt know and did not want or I would have.picked two of the same to rings. He REPEIRCED my nose again, pulling and yanking, telling me to suck it up. After it was all done I went to the mirror and seen the other ring in my nose and was mortified. It's this huge ring sticking out and the gauge on this ring is bigger than a normal nose ring. I've had my nose pierced 3 time and this was the worst experience I've ever had. My nose is infected and the first piece he did is infected too. I may have to remove the peircing and get it done at a more professional business. Definitely not worth the money I paid and will not return for another peircing there. If you don't like this review Idle Hands, suck it up!

I went for the Friday the 13th special. We waited to get pierced for 3 hours.. the lady at the front desk refused to give anyone a time estimate of when they’d go. I understand it was insanely busy, but I feel like they should of been more prepared. However, once we finally got back to be pierced it was great! Dan was very funny and wanted to interact with us. I was terrified, but he was very fast and distracted me while he pierced me. Overall we had a great time, and the wait was worth it

Set up an appointment and still had to wait an hour to even meet with Josh (the artist). The tattoo seemed rushed and the ink bled out horribly during the healing process. The lines are uneven and the details are all smudged and blurred. He told me not to worry and that he'd been tattooing longer than I've been alive so it would turn out great. Very disappointed with the final product. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very professional and fast I was happy I could get in cuz a couple of other places couldn't get me in because my baby wasn't allowed to just sit with me while I got my ear pierced. But they were so nice and fast. I was super happy with everything. No infections ear healed fast defiantly will be returning for my next peircing or tattoo.

Paid sixty dollars for them to suggest they pierced my nose in a spot I didn't even want. I'm assuming he thought my other hole had closed. And I wanted them to line up. Paid $30 for a nose ring ... Got infected and fell out. Never had this problem w any of my piercings before and I pierced my nose myself the first time. I'll never spend my money there again. Sixty dollars for a nose piercing. Hilarious

I got my eyebrow pierced here and had no issues. Sterility standards were just not what I'm used to being able to expect--jewelry wasn't autoclaved before being inserted. Must've not been a big deal, though, since I healed fine.

If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. I went in here to have my daith piercing changed, bc I couldn’t get the earring out myself, it’s in a place of my ear That’s hard to see. So I went back and have him the earring to change it with, keep in my this is my daith piercing. They started having some difficulty’s changing it and it wasn’t pleasant. I started to feel nauseous and dizzy because It was taking longer than any of my other piercings I had gotten.. I’m usually pretty good about handing my pain and being able to withstand piercings and tattoos. They kept saying that my daith piercing had “collapsed” and that they couldn’t get the earring through. So they said they had to “re pierce” it in order to not lose the earring and “come there for nothing”. So at that pint I’m literally feeling like I’m going to pass out, and squeezing my boyfriends hand. They got it done and I got out to the car to find out, they gave me a brand new piercing in a different part of my ear without asking me or without me knowing it. I had an anxiety attack while my boyfriend had to go in and twice argue that he did NOT replace an earring at all. they gave me a PIERCING that I DIDNT ask for. And proceeded to argue with my boyfriend until he went in with where my old piercing used to be. I was terrified to go back in.. and has ruined my experience and love for piercings, and of trusting people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I went in to get a Tragus piercing... I did get them done however the technician was very very heavy handed and had my ears bleeding really bad... I've never bled from any piercing I've ever gotten... I appreciate the service but I will not be returning

Very friendly staff that helped my daughter and I better the design we brought in. We were laughing the entire time our tattoos were done, so it went quickly and we didn't concentrate on the pain we were feeling. Our tattoos turned out beautifully. Firstly I want to say I don't know anything about the talent or professionalism of the artists or piercers. My frustration is on the business side of operations. I went in for my first visit ever because I heard about the Friday the 13th piercing special. My friend and I were told an hour wait. After two hours only 7 people had been called back. We also noticed several of the same staff members had 4-6 smoke breaks during this short time. My friend and I decided it was no longer worth it to wait around. I had to go up and tell the lady we were leaving and we were still 6 or 7 people down the list. I had thought there would have been a better plan or system in place to expedite the process. I'm unsure if I'll ever be back.

My girlfriend got her Labret done here and we called and they said that at her age (15) she could get it done. We got there and the piercer was getting angry at her saying shes too damn young and irresponsible to take care of it and to prove him wrong although she had a nose piercing and septum for well over 2 years. She might be young but shes very well responsible. Overall the piercing looks great and he did a good job.

Bobbi (?) did a great tattoo on my husband that wasn't the problem. The receptionist was the one telling the artist what the people wanted. Bobbi then drew it and was starting to place the design only to find out that the receptionist didn't tell her that my husband wanted lettering to. Why didn't this artist actually talk to my husband before the mock up? Also I was there to get a tattoo myself but was ignored. I was spoken to once by the receptionist and she made the decisions it seemed. We will never be back as the service was terrible.We were there for over an hour with a tattoo artist not working on a client. The receptionist acted as if Bobbi was the only tattoo artist in the place. Oh and I don't enjoy a tattoo shop filled with teenagers who the receptionist was more than happy to explain in detail how to get notarized notices from parents. One girl was gone less than ten minutes before she had her magically notarized paper.
