I first went in to get my 2nd ear lobe piercing. He was super friendly and nice... But it turns out my piercing was too close to my 1st piercing so I couldn't fit big/medium sized earrings in my first piercing. So, we went back in and told him our dilemma, he immediately scheduled a new appointment for me. Skip forward a week later and I have my ears re-pierced (in the better spot for me) and he was FANTASTIC about it. He didn't charge us, he was apologetic, sincere, and so kind. He had pierced them to give me more room for piercings in the future (Which is understandable! I just was interested in having more piercings there :) ) Not to mention the shop in general is very clean and inviting. Though the experience was wild, I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank ya!
