Had my eyebrows tattooed by a guy named Bow. He made the so crooked. I started crying and he humiliated me in front of customers and was so rude. Made me feel like it was my fault. I was so heart broken about the situation and having to live with permanent crooked eyebrows I fell into a deep depression for a year not leaving my house accept for having to get $2,000 dollars worth of laser removal treatment from a plastic surgeon. I am still scared for life physically and mentally. I would NEVER recommend these people. And the owner of the shop was right there as this was all going on. He said nothing and did nothing. So humiliating!!!

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago with Nate - got there on time and he had no idea who I was. He checked his appointment book - sure enough, I was written down at 7pm. He said, "It'll just be a few minutes." A few minutes turned into an hour, and I'm still sitting there with my husband, and no one there has even bothered to talk to us or maybe reschedule (and it's a small space so it was very apparent). Finally we just walked out. And, actually we already paid for this tattoo that I never got, because my husband bought me a gift certificate. I understand sometimes you accidentally overbook and/or forget your appointments, but the least you can do is try to make amends at the time.

I've been getting tattooed at Sacred Diamond for a few years and love every experience. The guys are so professional and really patient and kind. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. I would recommend anyone who wants a tattoo to come to these guys. Not only are they amazing artists but they have that extra something. It's like a family.

Was not a welcoming environment. The artist barley interact with you and act like you’re an inconvenience to their day. A few of my friends and I all have had experiences where they weren’t friendly and felt kinda rushed. The art work is good but over all customer service is not completely there. We also made an appointment a month in advanced and they failed to write it down or keep track of the appointment date so a different artist had to do the tattoo last minute.

I've had all 5 of my tattoo's done here. I normally go to Seth but on my most recent one, it was in a particular style that Nate excels in. Seth recommended I have the tattoo done by Nate and it came out awesome! These guys are great and are definitely focused on getting you the best product regardless of who it's done by.

I met Nate about 2 months ago and was nervous and embarrassed, needing a huge correction bad coverup done. Right away he made me feel comfortable and gained my trust with his level of professionalism. 3 visits and an amazing work of art later, I'm now not ashamed to take my shirt off. What was truly awesome and a testament to his talent was that I went in with no idea of what I wanted outside of it being symmetrical. Thank you again Nate, I can't wait for my next one!

My fav place to get ink in the DSM area!! The staff is awesome and all ridiculously talented. Steve did a piece on my calf of my Daughters artwork from Kindergarten and it is spot on. 3 years later and I'm still getting compliments. I have a larger piece that I've slowly been getting done by Mike and even though it's just the line work right now, people constantly stop me and ask me where I get my ink done at... Their work just stands out.

Bow went his separate way a few years ago. That being said this shop is super friendly and won't mock you for your tattoo decisions, and won't mock you for being a nonnative speaker of English--hell as long as you can communicate your idea and have money you don't even need to speak. They want to do business and are easy to work with, tattooing everyone from Marines to hipsters, Police to punxs. I rarely book appointments and have never had a hard time getting in the day of with someone.
