Not cool.....long story short..they pierced my 16 yr old wo a signature...she called me freaking out saying they messed up n now would not let her leave til i got there...i had to leave work asap..made her late to work..they pretty much bullied me into signing the form...n he wouldnt even get on the phone n talk to me!!! Rude..n not professional...but oh..they offered A $50 credit on a tatoo! Wow...shoulda never signed for the fact i heard theyve done this before. Not a person in the shop asked for my daughters id..then made her wait for an hour....not even an im sorry! They pretty much laughed the whole thing off cause ya..i signed..

Damn! This is an awesome tattoo shop! Seriously recommend this place if anyone is interested in body piercings or tattoos. Definitely check out this tattoo shop! If you have not been here, then I highly suggest getting up and heading down. Even if you're not getting a tattoo or piercing, it's a badass spot to just stop and admire the artwork. For real, don't sleep on this. Lit AF!

Looking like the professional working mom in my 40s with no viable tattoos that I am when I walked into the shop I was greeted with a friendly hello by the employees at the desk. The warm welcome made me feel relaxed and not self conscious I'd made an appointment for my first piercing. After taking care of the paperwork Gage took me to the piercing room and laid out everything that was involved, explained his process and patiently answered my many questions. He knew I was a little nervous and was so calm, level and professional we had a seamless experience. I'd warned him I have a history of fainting and it was a possibility. He didn't make me feel silly and we agreed on a "what if" game plan that wasn't even needed since it was so low key and relaxed. He invited me back should I have any questions or problems and offered to replace my stud and show me how when the time came. He was everything I could have hoped for to do my piercing. I'd strongly recommend him and the business as a whole!

Always a great experience here. Ron does my tattoos and we always have a great time . Great atmosphere, great friendly knowledgable artists. Ron also calls when he has cancellations to see if I want to come in earlier then our scheduled appointment. It's nice because he makes sure u get what you want . You give him an idea of what u want and we work on in to get what I want. Always great to work with Ron. He makes it his own work so you dont get exactly what anyone else has so makes ur work all original.

TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Had put my $50 deposit down. Showed up for my appt and I had already told them what wanted when i scheduled. When I showed up tried to give me to a guy who does cartoons? That's not what I asked for! When I asked for someone else the cartoon artist began cursing me out! Even the dude at the desk told him to chill!! I wanted my money back I was sent to the rock island store where they sd the manager wld refund my money..a year later... they still have my MONEY!

Best shop in the Quad Cities, hands down. Between my wife and I, we've had several tattoos done at O'Tool.... highly detailed pieces that have all turned out phenomenal. I've had two other local shops put ink on me, and I regret it every time I look at them and try to figure out what to cover them up with.

Went to see Jason (Shoey) Shoemaker on short notice yesterday for my friend's tattoo. Jason was very professional and attentive and did an EXCELLENT job! My friend LOVES her tattoo! It's clear Jason is talented and knows his craft. The store is very nice. Clean. Gentleman working at the front desk was super nice and attentive. I'd highly recommend this shop!

I have been to the RI location twice. Both times the piercer failed to pierce the other side of my nose evenly with the other side. I spent over 60 dollars both times. I tried the Davenport location last week for a vertical laberet, it was pierced completely crooked and offcentered. For 70 dollars I expect it to be done correctly. Especially on my face. I have reached out about getting a refund or a partial refund and have had no responses. ** it shouldn't be the paying customers responsibility to make sure the "professional" is doing their job right. Never go to this place. Absolute garbage.

My wife and I got matching tattoos here from Ron on Friday! It was my first and her second from Ron, all around it was a great experience. Jimmy was working the desk and was super friendly and made us feel at home. Then working with Ron I could tell he had a lot of experience as an artist, he worked very well with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and he didn't mind at all redrawing the tattoo design a few times since I was being quite indecisive. Everything turned out perfect. My wife and I love how the tattoos turned out and had a great time meeting everyone and talking with Ron. You guys are awesome! If I get another tattoo, now doubt I'm going to O'Tool. Keep up the awesome work! And thanks again Ron. We will post some pictures as soon as we can!

First he did a cover up with No Face from the anime movie Spirited Away, and last night he did Kiki & Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service. These tattoos are perfection. First time at OToole 4weeks ago, and my experience was amazing. Jimmy was awesome and very helpful. Dan did a cover up tat and it looks amazing (he's not completely done yet either). I would and have recommended OToole to any one and everyone!! Very clean, professional place and they make you feel right at home. I got my industrial piercing done here a little over a year ago by Adam, and I'm really happy with my experience there and with the piercing itself. Adam took into account how my glasses would affect the positioning of the piercing, which was something I hadn't thought of and was really glad he explained to me. My piercing is past those intial stages of healing, but it is still not fully healed, which is very normal from what he explained to me. Everyone's healing times can be different, and mine is on the longer side of that process because about 50% of the time, I end up sleeping on it. He made sure to explain to me about how sleeping on it can affect how it heals and he made sure to thoroughly answer all my questions, even though some of them were kind of stupid questions. It was a very quick process, but it wasn't rushed. Adam is just very good at what he does, so it didn't take long. The environment and all the equipment (needle, bar, etc.) was sterile. If I ever decide I want another piercing done, I will definitely be going back here for it.
