Went in for some touch up work on tattoos i had done a couple years ago and had a great time i walked in with no appointment and talked to Rick about what I wanted done and within 15 minutes i was in the chair and spent most of the time just bullshiting with him while he worked.he did an amazing job and i will definitely be going back for more tattoo work soon.

The guy who answered the phone was rude and the artist was not very attentive to what I wanted. He didn’t ask questions before diving into doing my tattoo and you can see where he colored outside the lines, which are uneven.

My girlfriend and I asked for dainty little hearts on the inside of our ring fingers. Justin printed out half inch wide hearts, and told us that he wouldn't want smaller, but we knew what we wanted. My girlfriend ended up drawing the heart on her finger for him. Justin ended up going outside the lines of her drawing, leaving not only a heart bigger than what she wanted, but also sloppy, and mishapen. (it looks like a triangle) My heart was larger than I wanted as well, but at least it looks like a heart. I'm now at home with a girlfriend in tears over this now regrettable tattoo for her, and the only positive thing that came out of this is that he used clean needles and we [probably] won't get AIDS. Despite all of this, he charged 10 extra dollars, because he knew we would need a touch up in the future. I'm really not looking forward to this touch up, and may have hers corrected at a different shop, or at least with a different artist to give her at least some confidence in her new tattoo she despises so much. I'm really disappointed in this, as these were supposed to be really meaningful tattoos in celebration of our engagement, and now she hates it.

Great shop all around! Jason did an excellent cover up for my husband that turned into a beautiful bonsai tree. My peacock feathers from there are positively brilliant! The artists there work together and show excitement and enthusiasm for each other's work, as a client, that is really important. They also did a wonderful job on piercing my 6 year olds ears. I went to the Southside location for a birthday piercing. Derek Mills is a nice guy and very professional. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a good experience and seemed like a nice place. I'd probably get a tattoo there, there's a wall with original flash and all the tattoo artists can draw.

Then drew up an original piece that incorporated everything I asked for & more. The piercer there does a nice job as well. Everything is clean & sanitary.
