I love there accessories but I'm wayyyyyy too big to fit into any clothing there. This store is mainly focused on young girls who are a size 10 and under. If u are a size 3/4 or 0 they have a wide variety of popular in style clothing for today fashions. I was very interested in the selection of earring and jewelry they had also they do have cute socks and hair accessories.

Not my scene. The service was terrible. I just went there to buy my niece a couple things for Christmas. No one was walking the store. They only had one cashier for 12 people waiting in line. It took 40 minutes to make a purchase of 4 items.

Do not shop here if there is any chance you'll want to return your purchase. They will not give refunds for any reason. My daughter paid $30 for an item yesterday that she brought home to show me. It was completely inappropriate so I went to the store today to return it. I was told that they don't do refunds, only store credit or an exchange. Then they told me that they were out of the store credit cards so they could only do an exchange. I was outraged. I have never encountered a store in a mall that would not issue a refund the day after a purchase. I will never allow my daughter to shop here again.

The Coral Ridge Forever 21 always has a great selection of trendy clothes for my daughters (Junior sizes) at super low prices! They also have cool accessories and makeup, cheap! It's a really fun place to shop!

I was given a rather ugly sweater from here for christmas and i wish to return it i didnt have receipt and said sqeater still had its tags they asked for my receipt and i told them i didnt have it they told me to ask for the receipt from my friend who gave me the gift. That is just plain rude and undecent. I am currently waiting on hold for a manager and have been for 10 minutes now. So unsatasfied.

My girlfriend came to this location and it was a Monday, very slow in the store. Every worker there was extremely rude especially a man with dark hair and an older lady with longer brown hair. He barely acknowledged she was there and she asked a question which he replied a half a** comment without even looking at her and was very rude. Didn’t even help her get a dressing room and she finally just walked into one. While she was in the dressing room an old lady that worked there pounded on the door and rudely said “how many items do you have?” to which my girlfriend politely replied. When she came out, the lady just stood around her as if she were making sure she wasn’t stealing. Yes Very poor experience at this location. Definitely have a lot of new people working here.

If I could give this LOCATION/STORE (not the brand itself) ZERO stars I would! Customer service was absolutely DISCRIMINATORY. I walked into the place of business in hopes of purchasing plus size clothing as the brand itself carries. While looking around I started to notice most clothing only went up to a size Large; some clothing items went into an X-Large but NO higher. Thinking that maybe they had a plus size section in the store my mother and I approach a sales associate (longer blonde hair, older.) to ask about sizing/plus size section. INSTANTLY she was cold and irritated. Mind you, we were nothing but polite - in hopes of buying a few items. My mother proceeded to ask her said question. She coldly told us that the store doesn't carry plus sized clothing because there were "too many complications". So, you're telling us that you can order a WHOLE STORE FULL of regular sized clothing just fine but can't seem to order plus sized? We took our business and money elsewhere! Definitely unimpressed by the lack of stock/sizes and customer service. DON'T SHOP HERE.

This is my wife's favorite store in the whole world. Personally, I hate it, the music is far, far, far too loud. I can't stay in there more than about 5 minutes before fleeing in pain. My wife says that drives off a lot of customers with less noise tolerance than her, so she can find rare, discontinued, forever 21 clothing that's super cute and super cheap quite easily. She only ever shops in the clearence section, which is much much larger than the average forever 21. She likes the fact that she can go there, find an item that she likes, and return a month later to buy it for an even lower price as they periodically mark down their clearence items. I feel bad for the people who work there. I hope they have ear protection
