My wife and I came here for a tattoo! We had a wonderful visit our tattoo artist was extremely nice! The receptionist the owners and the other tattoo artists were nice as well :-) we would definitely recommend coming here they have Good Vibrations good people and good tattoos! It's not too far away from anywhere in Des Moines if you would like great tattoos and great customer service! Best tattoo shop around! Check it out in Grimes!

I am very particular about where my kids get their tattoos. I was not as smart as I should have been as a young person and want to make sure my kids are safe and have good work done. This place met my expectations! They use new needles and ink on each customer very clean environment. Extremely helpful and nice employees and artist. My daughter has gotten three tattoos here and each and every one of them are perfection. My son got one tattoo and is a little unhappy with some of the shading but I told him if he called they would definitely take care of him. He has not yet done that but I know from experience with my other children that they take pride in their work and will fix anything to your expectation

I highly, highly recommend you find a different tattoo artist! I was originally coming in to this studio for laser removal of a different tattoo on my shoulder. I also would advise you to find a different laser removal because after almost 2 years, 7 sessions, and over $700 I feel like my tattoo has barely faded. Not to mention I repeated asked the tech to send me the progress photos and she never did. I became familiar with the tattoo shop so I decided to do a touch up on my finger tattoo that I had originally gotten done by an artist in a different state. Keep in mind this is the most simple tattoo you could ever recreate, I wish I would have grabbed the needle gun with my left hand and just did it myself! I'll include before and after photos of the original and post ink session. He just kept going over it and over it because he couldn't get the lines straight. When they realized I had this ugly, black blob on my finger, they zapped it with the laser right after he took the needle out. They made me pay for everything and their only solution was to laser it again in a month but refused to offer me a complimentary laser session. Don't go here!!

My gf got a tattoo here on April, 13th 2019. She went in trying to get a simple tattoo of a heart outline behind her ear. After they were done they didnt not clean the tattoo good and dont not even put a wrap on it. Very unprofessional!

I was very excited to start my sleeve with “Taco” at Destination Tattoo. Consultation had to be rescheduled (they called about an hour before), which wasn’t a big deal at all as I had seen the work they do. The consultation went well and I was very anxious to get started! I was on my way in to get my tattoo started and I get a call saying it would “work best for his schedule to do it tomorrow”. I had left early from work to get the tattoo so some planning had gone into the schedule. I was told that if tomorrow didn’t work, which it didn’t, the next available time would be a week from now...that call came 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start. 2 reschedules in a row, within an hour of the appointment time. Ridiculous. If you’re willing to reschedule time and time again, go ahead and get your ink there. If not, don’t waste your time.
