OH, so amazing! First tattoo ever. I specialize in sanitizing reusable OR surgical instruments. Bobs place has not only an ultrasonic cavitation machine, but a legitimate flash sterilization cycle. He and his wife were beyond expectations!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Bob did my shoulder pieces and Steve just started my sleeve yesterday and I'm in love with it! We sat and talked and threw around ideas and he gave me exactly what I wanted! The whole crew there are so welcoming and such great artists. I even recommended them to do my dad's first tattoo! Came here with two of my friends to get some Tigerhawk tattoos to commemorate our experience here. Being my first tattoo, I was very nervous, but both the receptionist and Zach did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and I had a phenomenal experience. Bob is an amazing artist! Today I got my 2nd tattoo from him, the last one was in August of 2011. I feel confident giving Bob my design ideas and knowing that he will add his artistic eye to it and make it something wonderful- something even better than what I envisioned. He puts you at ease if you are nervous and talks you through everything he does. Aftercare instructions are clear, and he always offers touch ups after your tattoo has healed. Becca at the front desk is sweet and helpful and helps you visualize your ideas. Even if Steve isn't doing your tattoo, he still offers his input and always loves to see your tattoo when it is done. Of course the studio is beautiful and clean! You have to see their tattooed toilet! Bob is a very talented artist! If you are in the Iowa City area and getting a tattoo, he is your man! Crossroads has been in Coralville for the last 15 years- that says a lot!
