I got a piercing and it was not done correctly I was lied to and will pick some where else to go next time

Worst first tattoo experience ever. The clerk was rude and asked my friend to leave because she had her child with her even though the clerk even had her granddaughter in there who was younger than my friends child just running around. Then the other male clerk was playing pool and not really greeting anyone. After that he got the female clerk up to the counter and she asked me to pay up front which was 100 dollafs for a name and 2 little hearts. And then when i got into the tattoo room the artist was blasting music and i could hardly hear what he was saying. It was uncomfortable and the artist didn't tell me what to do or how to really take care of the tattoo. I could hardly hear what he was saying becuase of the loud muisc going on. Then once the tattoo was done he didn't even show me what the tattoo looked like. I was so pissed with my first experience I would NEVER recommend anyone going there they are rude and just in it for the money.

I went in September to get my nipples pierced and it was a great experience overall. What I’m not happy with is the fact that one of my nipples healed wonderfully and the other was a totally different story. The lady did not pierce them correctly at all. The way she pierced it forced the piercing to migrate almost to the point where it was coming out of my nipple. I could clearly see the metal ring through it. The fact that my other nipple healed perfectly tells me that it was the piercers error. I ended up taking the jewelry out and am waiting to get it repierced elsewhere.

I got my industrial and my first tattoo done here and the experience both times was awesome. The lady who does the piercings made me very comfortable and it was a easy piercing to go through and when I got my tattoo done the guy explained everything out for me and made it a comfortable and easy experience. I am definitely going back for more piercings and tattoos.

Worst tattoo place I've ever been to. Got my tattoo done a few years ago and the guy did terrible with the shading of my tattoo. It's not symmetrical at all even though it is supposed to be and the tattoo is scarred beyond being able to make it look good. I refuse to ever go back to him and refuse to ever send my friends there. When I asked his wife about him fixing his messed up work her response was, "come back and get a new tattoo and I'm sure he will fix that one as well". I shouldn't have to pay for you to fix your terrible work that you did.

If I could I would not rate them no stars at all the woman there was very very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do my piercings, she acted very stand off ish and when I said I’ll get all my info she needed so she could do my piercings she told me she was about to leave, but they didn’t close til 8pm... it was about 6:25pm and before we pulled off a young man watched us until we pulled off the parking lot like we were the shady ones

I got my septum pierced here a few months back. It was GREAT! The piercer there really knows what she's doing and makes guests feel very comfortable. It was very clean and organized. I would definitely get another piercing done by them again.
