Just got a tattoo by Brandon. He was great! Very professional! He was super nice and talked to my husband and I the whole time. Even apologized when I said it was starting to burn. LOVE my tattoo and will definitely go back for my next!!

My mother and I both got our tattoos here, and the girl that did them went much too deeply on my mother's arm and left scars in the middle of her tattoo. They were raised scars for months, and when they finally settled you can still see them. It looked like she had scarification on her arm. No bueno.

I called and the artist said he was booked till several days later. I set up a future date to have my tattoo done. I was waiting for pictures to help design my tattoo. Never received anything. I showed up for my appointment and was approached by the artist and asked if I could rescheduled. He had a family emergency. Being an understandable guy I was like yea man, do what you need to do. We scheduled another appointment several days in the future. The night before I still had not received any pics, nor had any communication. I sent a text to ask how things were coming along and if he had pics, he told me that the design was done but was not with him. Told me he would send it the next day as soon as he got to work. After 2 hours of the location being opened, still no response. I went to another place to get my tattoo. Would not recommend this place.

Just got a very rude text message from Jimmy. I spaced my appointment for today, and I'm out at Brookville with the family. He rudely texts me saying "thanks for waisting my sunday, and for the free $20." Like no one has ever spaced an appointment before. He is very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and will be telling others to stay away from this place. He also wanted to be so rude, that he wanted me to stop in to fight him at his place of employment. All over a forgotten appointment. I find this comical. Nice place you guys are running here!

I've went there for 2 of my tattoos and this is the only place I'll go forever. They weren't judgmental, they weren't over priced. It is a 20 minute drive for me but its worth it because I get great customer service and fantastic tattoos. There so chill. Plus you can make an appointment over the phone which I LOVE!!

My daughter had her ears pierced here. They do require a birth certificate for minors along with photo ID of the kid and parent. (Call ahead if you have questions! They are super nice.) The man who did her piercings was gentle and made sure to be careful to prevent infection. He told us how to keep her ears clean so she would not have issues during the healing. The whole experience was way better than the nightmare we had at the mall store that used a gun. Daughter barely felt anything this time. I will advise parents that this shop does have images of tattoos on the walls so your kid might see images of skulls, pin up girls, etc. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

This place is awesome! The staff was super friendly and they squeezed my friend in for a tattoo even though he was completely swamped. The tattoo artist, Nick, was an amazing artist and also very serious and professional about his work. I had my cartilage pierced and friend got her nose pierced. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in a tat or piercing. I will definitely be returning for more piercings myself!

Messaged on facebook last night about an issue i was having with a tunnel stuck in my ear. Other shop in town was unable to help this issue. Irish ink got both tunnels out in a matter of minutes and i was on my way. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I just recently got a tattoo from Brandon and I couldn't be more pleased with what has been done so far. He did a cover up on a scarred, blown out, butchered tattoo and has turned it into something that is gorgeous and bad ass. I've gotten many compliments about it and it is very clearly unfinished. He made it possible for me to feel confident wearing tanks and spaghetti straps or anything that would show my shoulder blade. Where as before I would either decide against the spaghetti strap or have to wear my hair down so people didn't see the atrocity. He was very aware and considerate of my pain tolerance and knew that I was done before I did. And opted to have me come back and finish rather than collect a large chunk of money for the days tattoo. I can't wait to come back in a couple weeks when I'm heeled and have him finish up his artwork.
