This place is very clean, inviting. The tattoo artist I had Alex Rodriguez knew what he was doing but in my opinion was a little cocky, but that is also the culture so I get it. The process was quick and somewhat painless. I got a tattoo on the top of my foot was in and out in less than 45 minutes I would say. The tattoo looks great. I would highly recommend Alex.

I've been wanting my tattoo redone ever since I got it as well. It's been around 6 months since I got it so its completely healed. The line work is poor, color isnt saturated and doesnt meet up with lines. HERO gave me a bad tattoo. He definitely rushed through my appointment. I got a decent thigh piece that took 1 hour maybe 2. I feel very cheated...his portfolio looks good and he had mostly good reviews but I obviously did not get anything good.

Do not go here! My second ear piercings are screwed up. They’re rude and now I can’t even get an earring in correctly, I have to put it in backwards. And for $80 I should have to deal with this. Very disappointed. This is ridiculous.

Got first tattoos (2) done here. Loved the way they both turned out, and the atmosphere overall was really chill. Skot was my artist, and he was informative and understanding (as I was clueless about the process). When I decide to get more tattoos, I’d definitely come back here

I wanted to add an additional set of footprints to my existing footprints tattoo. Jessica was the tattoo artist I ended up getting. I thought how hard could my tattoo be bc all she had to do was trace a set of footprints I already had tattooed on me and line the new set up with the ones already on me. The set of footprints she tattooed on me look absolutely NOTHING like my existing ones. And they are crooked. She also recolored my existing footprints and she colored over the outline so they are even messed up. I have to now find someone else and hope that they can fix what she screwed up. Personally I would NOT reccomend her nor would I ever go back to her to get any other tattoos. I am very dissatisfied. My opinion though. Hopefully she tattoos others better than she tattooed me.

Went on a piercing date and got my helix and nose pierced by Bryan... Absolutely amazing job. I was hella nervous but he made both of us laugh and smile the entire time. I felt comfortable around him and he was really caring. The piercings (unavoidably painful) were fast, clean, and as comfortable as they could be. Thank you Bryan :) It was a great experience and we will be back! Edit - make sure to ask what gauge your piercing is in before you go. I didn't and had to trial and error later.

Paige did my piercing and she's great! She is such a professional and she thoroughly explains exactly what she is going to do and makes sure you understand before she does it. She pierced my nose and I didn't even feel it. The shop is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. If you want a piercing go see Paige....she rocks!

I went in after another studio right down the street, didn't show for my work to get done, and lady at the counter told me it would just be a sec, for the artist that was recommended would be up. Not knowing what he looked like, I shuffled around and looked down towards the rooms, seeing a guy sitting at his desk, feeding his face, and talking on the phone....20 min later, he never made it to talk to the person waiting in the showroom to see what I wanted...I then asked what my artist looked like, she walked around the corner, pointed at him....and I said that's what I thought...he's a joke...and walked out....PASS ON THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely do not recommend coming here for a piercing. The piercing was not done correctly what so ever. I am now out $120 and she is not able to wear her piercing. Worst experience. Please go somewhere else. Altered Image, hire a piercer that knows what they are doing.

I had a terrible experience at this shop a little over a year ago. I've been too shy to talk about it because it was my fault for not doing more research, but it was a well rated shop so I wasn't too worried. The details are blurred out, the line work is bad, I have been waiting to get it reworked since the day i got it. After it was healed a lot of the shading had completely fallen out and it is so patchy. The outline is the only thing that isnt patchy, and even then the lines arent very straight. (In case your wondering, it's the key. I tried to post a picture on the google page but they may have deleted it because IT IS BAD WORK) I feel Buddy rushed through my appointment because I was young and it was a relatively small tattoo. Hopefully Buddy is no longer working there, because he really messed up my tattoo. If you are getting work from him, I'd recommend only to get very bold line work and very little detail. Personally I would never go there again. Which is why i never went for a touch up.

Bryan is great. I went and got my smiley peircing done. The front upper frenulum. It was a very quick pinch and it was done. He did a great job. Everyone is very nice and funny. I'd recommend this place to any my friends. I definitely will be going back in the future. Make sure you ask for Bryan and bring cash. The card machine charnges you two dollars extra. But it was quick and easy. Thankyou so much, I love this peircing.

Didn’t even go in but I did called to get my septum ball put back on after trying for hours on end and having no luck. Went to another place the guy wasn’t there so I called this place and the guy that answered just had such a horrible and hateful attitude. I told him I couldn’t get it back on, he paused for a moment and sarcastically said “hmm that’s terrible dear” like everyone knows how to get it back on. When i asked if he could put the ball back on he proceeds to say “I get paid for my work” then says it will be $10.00. I understand everyone needs to get paid for their job but the tone in his voice I feel was just so rude. From this small experience I just wouldn’t bother.
