NEVER GO THERE.! I couldn't believe the way the piercing man spoke to me. He was beyond rude and nasty and definitely had a chip on his shoulder. And the lady at the front desk doesn't know much and is virtually useless. The whole place sucks.

Just witnessed my friend spend 200$ cash on a picture that had so many mistakes that it was no need to give them the b. O. D.. Especially after I noticed plainly on the original came from the shop screaming demon by Marcus Jones. Will never earn the respect and admiration given truly unless the the artist of this shop take not only there talent but the paying trusting customer seriously. I will remove post when I notice different or the customer tells me scream demon offers the many fixes required.

This place is the best i get my tattoos done by Bert every time. He did my tattoo for my PaPa on my side for me and he made it perfect. I will keep coming back to them and i even got my mom to keep going to them. So don't listen to what other say. judge for yourself. Ill be seeing you all sometime soon again.

My friend and got our nose pierced here and the guy really didn't answer our question told us to sit her drew the dot and did not let us see it and proceed with the piercing. Told us to use antibacterial soap and sent us on our way' By Sunday eve my friend piercing had sunk into the hole. She calld around because she was concerned and the guy at INKWELL told her the ring was to short. He had to replace it and while she was there 2 other girls came in with the same issue from SCREAMING DEMONS they ring came thru their nose . SMH called Screaming Demon to let them know about the issue. The guy who did the piercing said he hasn't had a complaint in 20yrs and the rings only come in one length...soooo why did INKWELL have multi length for thicker noses? DONT EVVVVVEEERRRRR GO TO THEM EVVVVVEEEERRRRR!!!!!!!!!

One of the worst tattoo shops I've ever been to. The gentleman did not wrap my tattoo after it was done. He messed it up in not one, but three different places. He didn't even give me any aftercare instructions, or check my ID. Yes, I'm old enough, and have other tattoos so I know how to take care of it but that's not the point. Wish I could give them no stars. Drove two hours for a watercolor tattoo and it's absolutely terrible.

READ EDIT !!!! My friend was running a little late, and they took their time waiting for him! It was my first tatoo, so I really enjoyed their patience & understanding. Bert had chill music playing, good vibes, and you could tell he knew what he was doing ! Edit: I'm getting this tattoo redone. After 3 months, the tattoo faded horribly. I made sure to treat it wonderfully as it healed too. Maybe because it was a 50$ it turned out like this ,but I no longer recommend.

I got my 1st tattoo done at this place and even though there was a few flaws. I was able to go back to the shop and get it fixed with no charge. He even fixed a few things I didn't notice with in the tattoo and was extra careful while fixing it. I highly suggest this place because not everyone is willing to redeem their work for free.

I’ve heard good things about this place I’m sick of inkwell but I went to go at 7pm on a Saturday when their listed hours was 11am-8pm and it was closed. Seriously?! Follow your hours if you want business it’s not even a special Holliday

Yes, I read the review online and still made the decision to allow Bert to do my very first tattoo and I am not satisfied at all! It was ok when I left but after it started to heal , it looked more like a scar rather than a tattoo and the lines appeared to be smeared! It’s terrible!

Bert was rushing me on decision and didn’t listen to what I wanted. My tattoo took over a month to heal and scabbed deeply. Now I have a tattoo that needs to be covered up. The lines are bad he was heavy handed and left me with a raised tattoo from what I assume was too much ink. He insisted I went bigger than I wanted so he can add better detailing well this tattoo looks like a prison tattoo done by a 5 year old. No details and coloring faded terribly. I would never recommend this place or Bert.

Got two tattoos here at once, both letter work. One was so bad I had to have it covered and the other had to be fixed somewhere else. Don’t live around there anymore but wouldn’t go back if I did. Stay away from that joint

I will never get another tattoo from these guys again. I would also recommend that you find somewhere else to get one. The color saturation is absolutely horrible. And, I've seen 3yr olds color with in an outline better than these guys. The only thing good about the tattoo they gave me is that a year later it has faded enough that I can get it redone by another artist and finally get the colored shading that I wanted and was told "That's done with computers. We can't fade like that!"
