I Got My Nose Pierced Here 4 Months Ago And They made It easy On Me as Possible And went threw The Cleaning Process And The after care and how to change a Nose Ring And Even Asked if I wanted To see The Jewlery ......I Love this Place we Bassically Go there 1 or 2 times a month to go back and get a piercing,the Shop Is Very clean And Sanitery The Guy changed his Gloves about 3 or 4 times through the Process and washed his hands each time with soap and water to make it Clean and Safe As Possible ,I love this Place I would recommend this shop for anyone.

Not a good place to go, me and my husband was visiting and stopped in to check things out, not a good idea, the guy was very rude I just wanted a tattoo on my leg something small and maybe a new tongue ring but he was very pushy and demanding of my choice, we had to walk away from that situation, I can’t stand people like that

These guys ROCK! This was my second tattoo in over 20 years and they by far exceeded my expectations. Bryan, my artist, was helpful, accommodating, kind, and patient. He was very informative and made sure I was comfortable and felt at ease. Pat is a sweet guy who really made my visit a pleasure. The shop is clean, well-organized, efficient, aware of health and safety requirements, and their work is amazing. They do piercings too and also adhere to all the strict health requirements and restrictions as demanded by the State. Their prices are very reasonable and they take as much time as you need in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. They offer a one-year guarantee on their tattoos and will fix any work that you might not be happy with for free at any time in that first year. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great place for their next tattoo or piercing!

The dude needs to chill out. Ridiculously rude for absolutely no reason. Edit: I didn’t come with a group of friends and I wasn’t drinking or under the influence of anything else. Your thinking of someone else. My sister got her nose pierced and you insisted she wasn’t listening as she was trying to take into consideration the fact that she has sensitive skin. If we were rude and we’re acrually trying to be rude, we’d own it. This time we both had absolutely no idea why you acted as unprofessional as you did. You didn’t even explain the care instructions as you just assumed we didn’t want to hear them. Even though she really did. Oh and remember common courtesy goes a long way in these situations. That means BOTH ways.

i got a piercing here less than a week ago and it’s a pretty good piercing for the amount of money i paid except for the bar maybe being a bit too short, however the piercer’s “customer service” made me incredibly uncomfortable. i make it a habit to get to know my piercers/tattoo artists prior to them performing their work on me because it helps me build a good foundation of trust with them, and this includes asking questions on their history and process. this piercer was unfoundedly defensive when i politely questioned him on some things he told me that were different from what my other piercer tells me, simply because i was curious about his process and knowledge. he boasted 20 years of experience but level of experience will never trump making sure your customers are comfortable in your shop and i was not, and i am not typically someone who is made uncomfortable easily. i almost jumped out of the chair and refused the piercing when he very rudely confronted me on “making him explain himself to me.” professionals should always be open and accepting to questions, no matter how long they’ve been in their practice. i won’t be going back here, instead i’ll continue to go back to my preferred piercer who is more than happy to educate his customers. cheap work is nice, sure, but i will gladly pay extra for kind service

I was really happy that the guy who re-pierced my tongue moved it up so it wasn't hurting. Would give 5 starts but it was still a bit sideways crooked.. not sure if it wasn't lined right or old piercing our tongue weird but I will definitely be going back and loved the hospitality!!!

Really great people, and great price. Never had a tattoo there but many piercings. Some people complain of infection like any other place but thats not the piercer thats people not taking care of themselves. They use clean needles fresh out of the package and sterilized jewlery every time not once have i been dissatisfied. I will be going back with friends i recomend it.

Between my family and I, we used to get a LOT of tattoos from here. Since the good tattoo artists left, this place has dropped its standards. The customer service this place gives is AWFUL! One incident, they had me drive an hour and a half for my tattoo APPOINTMENT to decline me because he wasn't prepared for the workload. I loved this place! My sisters and I came here for matching tattoos about a month ago. I messaged the parlor ahead of time letting him know what we wanted and when we were coming- when we walked in, he already had our design ready for us to look at. We also got a discount for all getting the same thing on the same day. Also, our artist was extremely patient with us, especially as my one sister had never gotten a tattoo before. I was in this shop yesterday when a group came in after drinking and the owner had to ask them to leave. He was very patient with them. And I see now that they left him a 1 star review. Personally that situation makes me question the validity of any of the negative reviews found here.
