Piercer is really cool, friendly, gives you discounts, shop is clean. Gives you information about how to take care of the piercing, and procedures. I don't know the tattoer as well but when I go he seems like a nice person too. I been to other shops and the guys are a little bit unfriendly. But this guys are just the best :) I recommend them. Plus thy do dermals here, which j been asking and not a lot of shops do them anymore.

Took my daughter for her 1st piercing and all questions were answered. They carded and I had to do what I needed tok do so she can get it done and they won't get in trouble. Place was clean, saw items used coming out of sterile packs. Piercer did it in under 1 minute. Have it on video. She loves it. Explained all aftercare I instructions and gave us the number to call if anything out if the norm happens will return here definitely.

Got one tattoo here - they did a great job. Went back today for a touch up, called ahead the day before and they said to just come in, showed up and nobody was there that could do it. Said they’d give me a call when someone got in - nobody called. Went to skin of a different color instead.

Yesterday I went to get a Monroe Piercing, and it was a great experience. I was carded (I am 18) and my sister had to do all the steps with my mom to get a piercing. We all showed identification. The piercer explained everything and gave us helpful tips like how to wash it and when we can get smaller studs. When my sister felt faint he laid her down and gave her water. Overall if I ever get another piercing/tattoo, I will definitely think of Don's

The staff was kind and pleasant but the piercing I got should never bleed as much as it did if not at all, and I don't suffer from thinning blood. I probably won't be back for piercings but I did see the tattoo work in the shop and I will for sure come back for a tattoo.

The best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! James is great! Pays high attention to details and aims to please the client. I highly recommend him! Mikey the piercer is also amazing! Quick and efficient piercer. Also highly recommend him! Both gentlemen answer any questions you have and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Shop is also kept extremely clean!

Went to go get a Industrial piercing and the service was great. I was in there for no more then 10 mins. I explained where I wanted it and he followed through. Piercer explained aftercare very well. He even gave me other tips from personal experience, great guy and many many piercings. Industrial is $40 btw. (ID required)

Friendly staff and overall good vibes in the tattoo shop but it took the employee two tries to get the nose pierced. The piercing is now oozing pus which makes me think it could be infected...in the end the piercing was only $30 which is very reasonable.

Let's see describe my experience. My daughter made a very poor choice on going into Don's shop with her friends and came home with her tongue pierced!!! She just turned 15 and was not carded!!! This is completely illegal without a parent/guardian present, Illinois age is 18. Be aware of shops that don't take there license seriously!!!

Best experience with my piercings. I was told by others that the piercing I wanted would hurt very bad, honestly they didn't hurt at all. Piercer is very friendly, quick, and accurate. Planning to schedule an appt to get a few tattoos this week. I hope it goes as well as the piercings did

I got my tragus pierced by a big ol' wooly bear. He was super cool and chill, answering all my dumb questions. He wasn't too chatty which is nice (for me). I was pretty nervous, but he was very professional and quick! I was in and out of there in about 15 mins! And it was only 40 bucks where other places are asking for 60. Thank you, I will be back for future piercings!
