I recently got my nose pierced here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My piercer was Rossmary, she was amazing. She explained everything she was using and made the experience quick and pain free (as possible). Everything was opened in front of me and aftercare was explained thoroughly. Highly recommended this place!

Mercy was awesome to work with! We were originally assigned a different tattoo artist that rubbed us the wrong way, we're glad we asked for someone else and thank God it was Mercy! Her lines were prestine and precise. She did exactly what we wanted, gave her input but ultimately made sure her customers were happy. We were not disappointed at all. I would absolutely recommend her 100%!

This tattoo shop is fantastic. It is clean, professional, and the staff are very friendly. My tattoo artist Carlos Cisneros was top notch! He had my design ready to go when I walked through the door and was open for any changes to it. The small details and subtle effects like shadows and lighting that he put in to my tattoo really show off his gift for tattooing. I would recommend anyone to get a tat by him. My sister and I walked in for a consult with Mercy, after finding her work on Instagram. She is a very talented artist! Mercy is very professional, sweet, keeps it real and super outgoing. She gave us a very reasonable quote for the work we wanted done and was very quick to respond to our emails after. She was very gentle during our tattoo sessions, and overall made our visits very enjoyable. I recommend her to anyone looking to get any ink done, and will definitely be back to see her soon!

Today was my first time coming to a tattoo shop in general and this was absolutely the best experience ever. Rachel did my nose piercing (nostril) and it wasn’t painful at all. A friend of mine went to get a tattoo a couple months ago and recently went in to see if she could get a touch up because she wasn’t completely satisfied with the art work, she wanted one part to get shaded in a little darker because it didn’t fit in with the rest of the tattoo. Roberto, her tattoo artist, said that the tattoo was good for his standards and said he wouldn’t do a touch up, but if she wanted to add on to the tattoo he would charge her for that. It’s bothersome to see that he cares more about his satisfaction rather than caring for the the satisfaction of a costumer.

If its your first time there dont park at walgreens theres literally a thirsty guy who waits in his car waiting to boot someone all I went to do was ask were I park and got booted less than 30 secs he was in a red truck with a hat on and yes this has to do with the shop because they should have a parking lot and have signs on the streets of where to park! My mom and I went here for my first tattoo and her fourth. We had appointments with Axe, who was very helpful and created a design for my tattoo that was unique and beautiful. It was a great experience (especially for my first tattoo). The artwork is beautiful and is exactly what I expected of it. I felt comfortable and the shop is very clean. I was never concerned about cleanliness or service. I definitely hope to be back. I highly recommend getting ink here!

I came in with my friend on a busy Friday night and they took us right away! Rosemary was absolutely perfect. I have a low pain tolerance but this was quick! I got my rook pierced and Rosemary was so accommodating. I kept trying to bail out, but she did everything to calm me down. I am so glad I got my piercing done by her! My friend also got another ear piercing and it took a second! Very quick, efficient, honest, and friendly staff. I love his place!

Great experience here. The tattoo turned out very well. Carlos worked with me to get a design that I liked, and he delivered. He also got me in literally the day after I walked in. My only complaint is that Carlos would sometimes walk away for 20-30 minutes to talk to other customers. I understand being busy, but maybe having "office hours" would be better instead of walking away in the middle of tattooing.

Quick stop into the shop on a Saturday for a nose piercing. Rossmerry was A-MAZ-ING. Quick, virtually painless and very professional. She explained the process as she went along. I would certainly recommend--they were doing some SICK tattoos while I waited. May have to go back for some ink as well!

Went in for daith piercing. She did a great job for my daughter and I. We both suffer from migraines and really hoping for some relief. The place was clean, but did not have a complete sterile feel compared to other parlors I've been to. The staff was all friendly.

I did not like my experience or the art work done on me. The tattoo piece looks nothing like what the artist drew. Ruben, the artist I worked with had no interest in creating art work to complete my arm. He was mainly interested in taking as much time on half my arm. I had two sessions with Ruben - during the second session he asked a follow artist (Nestor) to help him create more art around my arm. Supposedly, they are the two best artists in Chicago that won awards. So I trusted them both! I’m looking for a complete back tattoo, but I won’t be going back to Chicago Ink nor do I recommend working with those two artist. Here the art work done. Be your own judge on their art work. Definitely was not worth $1,100. Session 1:

I got a tattoo here from Ruben of a portrait of my daughter on my right arm and after 2 weeks the tattoo completely faded after healing. I do not recommend going here. I came back to see if he could touch up my tattoo and he basically said there is nothing he could do. Looking for a cover up artist who can do portraits. This place sucks.
