I’ve had 3 tattoos done by Kayla. The first one was well-done and professional. The second was a lot less professional; while sketching my tattoo, she was eating and stopped several times to talk to her boyfriend. After undressing, she left me sitting shirtless for about 45 minutes to pierce someone who had just walked in, and still hadn’t finished my sketch. Despite this bad experience, I went to Kayla for a third time with a design I had drawn myself. Though the in-shop experience was a lot better this time, the tattoo didn’t look very much like the drawing, and got infected within five days. I have over 25 tattoos, take very good care of them, and have never gotten an infection before. While I realize this doesn’t mean I’ll never get an infection, it’s infected in the darkest part of the piece where she pressed too deep. After using topical creams and taking antibiotics for two weeks, the tattoo was still infected, so I went to show Kayla. She was utterly disinterested, told me I could get an infection ‘from literally anything the minute you walk out of the shop,’ and would not even look at the tattoo. My experience overall has been extremely hit or miss, and the misses are not worth the hefty price tags and complete apathy I’ve encountered here.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Zach did my first tattoo. My drawing was put together on the computer, which I never thought would get even close to what I wanted. But it turned out amazingly. The only negative thing was the metal chair I had to sit on, since I couldn't lay on the hard, flat bench. Zach is the only one who didn't have a professional chair. Other than that, a great experience for a first timer.

Me and my husband went here for the first time the other day! It was the best experience we had in a tattoo shop by a landslide! Our artist was named Lou and he was AMAZING! Between me and my husband we have been to 9 different artist for or various tattoos but now the only artist we will ever go to is him. He was polite, fun to work with, and did simply fantastic work (and trust me I'm PICKY About what is going to go on our body's forever). Seriously can not stress enough this guy rocks. If you gonna make a appointment anywhere I suggest you come here and make it with Lou!

The one thing that really stands out is the exceptional employee Kayla. The piercing went smoothly. Afterwards, when there was a concern she immediately responsed to the text message, and then again about a week later. She knows her stuff. The whole experience went well.

He is a super nice guy with lots of knowledge and definitely knows what he's doing. The other employees at this place are extremely friendly and super talented as well. I highly recommend gettin any work here! They have great deals and also accept walk in appointments too. They're very versatile in style and create any looks you'd like! I would like to add that I’ve seen some reviews about this place being racist and that is not the case because I am fully Asian and had a wonderful experience!

Took my best friend to get matching tattoos. Shes kind of a newbie, i on the other hand am not. Both tattoos o ly cost 300$ so the price was ok but the work on the other hand is horrible. The older gentleman who tat us i dont think can see very good. He changed glasses twice.( should have been my 1st clue) but hell i wear bifocals. 2nd clue should have stopped me was when he kept having to go back and fix his lines. Now before you say maybe my skin wasnt accepting the ink please understand i have ALOT of art. Now its been 7 days and we both are still having oozing ink coming from them and lines that are smeared alot of mistakes. Very very unhappy. The first tatoo i got 20 years ago with a homemade gun looks better

I got a tat on my thumb. Looked very pretty when I walked. Next morning & still 4 days later hand very swollen and painful. Had to get an antibiotic. Every1 I have talked to said she drilled to deep. I would have asked her about it but I can read from other reviews it'd be a waste of my time
