So im 18 and relatively new to to tatoos and working on my 3rd, well my 3rd tattoo is almost an entire sleeve dakota is by far one of the best artists ive ever seen and a very cool guy, he has very crisp lines and always makes sure that im happy with the work i have and a very creative guy definitely recommending him to everyone wanting a tat
