Didn't seem like they wanted business today. Made an appointment at least 5 days ago and left a $40 deposit. The artists whispered when I asked questions and wishy washy answers with my questions. It was extremely hot in their shop and Dora complained about it...I felt like they did not want my business. I was looking forward to a new tattoo...I left telling them to keep my deposit and that I will go somewhere else.

We went to this place while on vacation in because it was close to our resort. After day 1 I noticed my husbands tattoo was fading. It was just a black dragon and the inside lining is completely worn off in several places. He followed all instructions that the artist gave him. I think they must use cheap ink on the tourists because they know you're not coming back to get it fixed. Very unhappy about this. Don't recommend.

True artists here. They listen and take the time to make sure you get what you want. Justin is amazing and made my impossible request a reality. When you're getting something like this, where it's permanent, it's comforting to know you're working with people who care about their art.

The worst place I've ever seen!! I thought that my parents just needed an ID but not me. They were complete jerks about it and weren't helpful at all!!! They claimed to know everything. Do not go here! Go somewhere that has actual good customer service. Never seen anyone that rude in my entire life.

Sam is the nicest, kindhearted and accurate artist that I've met in in a while! Not expensive, no pretentiousness, just down to earth and awesome. We will see him next year for another tattoo ;)

Went to see Sam and inquire about a tattoo to get with my mom while visiting Maui. We came in with a few sample photos and ideas. He drew something for us based on what we wanted and gave his opinion on color and shading. He was amazing and so knowledgeable about our skin types and what needles to use to not scar us. He even fixed my previous tattoo (the butterflies looked like blob hearts) for free and on the fly! GREAT SHOP. A place I WILL return to.

Been here twice, and both times have been great. Sam did a piece for both my sister and I couple years ago and loved everything about the tattoos to the atmosphere, that I came back again. Sam is professional and makes you feel comfortable. He knows what he's doing and makes sure that you walk out with something stellar. Definitely going back.

Walked in with the hopes of getting two tattoos - one on my wrist of a Ka-Bar Knife and one on my chest of my girlfriends name with flowers around it or something. The owner of the shop straight up told me my tattoo ideas were horrible and he wasn't going to tattoo me (instead of suggesting different ideas). I can understand not everyone is going to agree with getting their girlfriends name tattooed on themselves but the owner went about this the total wrong way by sexualizing my girlfriend by saying "it doesn't matter how good she sucks my ****" or "how good she cups my balls" and telling me that i must've never had sex before...the owner also told me that "the real gangsters have their tattoos this way and not that way" - suggesting that my tattoo ideas weren't "gangster" (It's funny because he has multiple face tattoos)...like who cares? It's my tattoo not yours! He was super rude and the employees straight up laughed in my face. Overall the place looks like it's falling apart on the outside and the inside looks mediocrely clean. Do yourself a favor and find a tattoo shop with artists who care about their customers and who take pride in their customer service - there are plenty of better options on this side of the island in my opinion.
