I have gotten pierced here twice. Both times were done by Jason. He made the entire experience quite easy and stress-free. I have never had issues with my piercings; the placement and after-care instructions were on point. He was always exceptionally professional and polite. The general customer service was also lovely. Everyone was very curious and during my wait for the piercing, I was able to just sit down and chat during the less busy moments at the shop. I will definitely be coming back for future piercings and (eventually) tattoos.

At first I was super hopeful with this place, the guys at the front counter were super chill and really nice. I had an appointment with Ena and was thinking it would be cool to go over one of my ideas I had decided on. I was on time but sat and waited while she came out and talked to the guys in the front for a while, like, 15 minutes, (didn’t seem to be work related), but whatever, then she finally calls me up and I started telling her my idea, it was going to involve a ton of shading and several colors, and I didn’t even really get to finish before I was cut off and really kind of talked down to as she went through “her process”. I mean, that’s cool, she’s the professional, but I just had driven like, an hour and was really surprised that I didn’t feel comfortable even just communicating with this person. Tell me I’m wrong, sure, but let’s talk about why and alternatives instead of just me feeling like I’m pushed to accept another design. Especially since it was near the waiting room kinda in front of, well, lots of people. It would have been my first tattoo and I got pretty intimidated over what happened. Shop was super clean though and again, the guys seemed nice. I would definitely have listened and compromised if I had felt comfortable. Peace.

Amazing! We got our 10yo ears pierced by Jason today and he talked her through the steps and all she said after the first piercing was "huh, that was easy." Super clean, well run. Parking lot is not well signed, so be sure to look for it on the top deck at the stairwell.

Got a tattoo on my forearm last night done by Brian. He was really awesome, and worked with me to get the best size/fonts etc for what I wanted. It turned out amazing! I'm really happy with it. I just feel bad because I meant to include an extra $10 bucks with the rest of his tip and accidentally grabbed a $1 to add in there, so sorry for that! But I will absolutely be back to get more work done in the near future. The shop in general is really nice and super clean

I went with my friend to get our nostrils pierced. We had nothing, but a good experience over there. We was going to go to another shop, but they wanted to charge us $20 more dollars because we are allergic to nickel. My friend called this place they didn’t charge us $20 more. The girl who pierced us was so nice and helpful. She showed us how to take the ring out and told us what we can clean it with. She was quick to pierce us in no time. They are very clean. I will go back for another piercing soon.

Marissa was amazing! I found her on Instagram and decided to message her about an industrial piercing. I had gotten it pierced twice in the past and was nervous about getting it done again since it was pierced wrong. She reassured me that if my ear was the right size, then there would be no problem getting it pierced. I ended up going in to get it pierced the same day. She was super knowledgeable and nice through the whole process and I definitely recommend her!

I went in a few months back for my Birthday and wasn’t entirely sure of what to do for if being my first tattoo. Staff was excellent with making me feel comfortable through the whole process. Once i chose the artist (Tory) and gave him my ideas he had a piece made up exactly how I pictured it. His work was light handed and gentle. Didn’t rush at all and kept good conversation to distract me from my nerves. I came back for my second and third tattoo and he once again didn’t disappoint. Will definitely be coming to him for all my tattoos.

Our piercer today was Jason King and my god....by far the SOFTEST touch I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had at least 20 piercings and he takes the cake hands down. Personable, extremely patient, and somehow made a nose piercing a pleasant experience...virtually no pain. 10/10 would recommend. Jason King knows what he’s doin. VOTE FOR JASON!

(They used to be on Douglas Road)They no longer do dermal piercing. Apparently due to Fulton County ruling...However, I was able to get my piercing done at another location.

So i went here at the last minute, in distress. I had taken my septum piercing out a couple of weeks ago to replace the ring with something fancy a couldn't find the hole. I went to a different tatto parlor and they said it had closed and couldn't help. I went to Inksomnia and Marissa was so gentle and patient with me. She fixed the issue with no problem. She has the sweetest soul. I recommend coming here and requesting her for piercings!

Ena did an amazing job listening to what I wanted, designing my custom tattoo art, and tattooing me! I have several other tattoos that I got somewhere else and I was very surprised by how little getting this tattoo hurt. This is a work in progress that will take more than one session. Amazing and cool shop. They have pool tables in the waiting area which is unique. I started coughing and their staff offered me water. Very clean and professional. Marissa was so kind. have been going there for years. got my industrial done by a piercer no longer with them. i then continued to go due to its distance and loyalty as the first place i ever got a piercing at. however, it is very overpriced for piercings; they definitely know they’re closest and people will sigh and pay the hefty price. the receptionist, a slightly older lady, has never treated me as anything besides a stupid teenager. she is always standoffish and in a bad mood, laughs and talks down on you. makes me want to walk right back out after spending hundreds of dollars on the business. horrible first impression and from other friends who have visited, i have realized many younger people feel this way. had some issues with my naval piercing. asked to pierce it deeper when it rejected and they pierced straight through the same place because it was more ‘aesthetically pleasing’ for my belly button. ended up getting it pierced a third time to cover the ugly scar with a horseshoe. when they pierced it deeper, no problems. if they had followed through with my request the first time, it wouldn’t have been a third time. jason is kind and a cool guy with plenty of experience. however, he pierced my septum HORRIBLY. it was near the tip of my nose and hung incredibly low. after a few months of wondering if i was just seeing things, i went to another shop. the second i walked in, the piercers face dropped. he said he could tell the moment i walked in it was botched. i had to get it removed sadly. it was obviously too close and the hole was sideways; the other piercer could just laugh and apologize over and over in shock. unfortunately, third strike is it for me and inksomnia. now with a piercing place next store, i will no longer be returning to get any more botched piercings. when handling someone’s body, it should be done correctly. i have had other people tell me their septum was incorrect as well and even a simple cartilage piercing was done improperly. maybe we are all simply unlucky. from the terrible customer service at the desk and high price tag to the mistakes made, i do not recommend this shop anymore.

I got my tragus pierced by Marissa. I have a low pain tolerance so it did hurt. However, it was super fast! When I first walked in, the man at the counter was very nice and handed by mom the paperwork it fill out (I'm 16). Marissa was comforting and super nice. She helped me pick out my jewelry before i went back to get pierced. The building was also very clean. My piercing was $60 with the jewelry included. I will definitely be coming back for my next one!!

AMAZING! 11/10 recommend! I decided to go here to get my double helix pierced and I'm so glad I did! I had Jason pierce my ears and he was amazing- really calming and did exactly what I wanted! I'm very bad with needles and after I had gotten my piercings done I passed out--> not at all from the pain but just from my fear of needles. Jason handled the situation SO WELL! He made sure I was okay and quickly grabbed me some water. He calmed me down and helped so much! I 100000% recommend Inksomnia for your piercings! I am honestly so astonished at how professional, clean, and helpful both Jason and Inksomnia as a whole was!!!!

I went to Inksomnia to get my second earlobe piercings. I was feeling strangely nervous, possibly because it was my first time in a tattoo/piercing shop. The nervousness might have also stemmed from the fact that I got my first earlobe piercings at Claire's when I was a kid, and they became pretty infected (in addition to being lopsided). I ended up asking my piercer Jason a bunch of questions, and he was super sweet and patient about everything! He took the time to explain everything to me and never once showed signs of annoyance or frustration. I was also surprised at how meticulous he was about my piercings. He marked my ears several times until he was satisfied with their placement. I calmed down after he pierced one ear, but I appreciate how chill he was until that point! I know he does much more exciting and complex piercings, so I really appreciate the fact that Jason never made me feel like any less of a client for getting something so basic. I would highly recommend Jason for piercings, especially for first-timers or people who are a nervous/scared
