Izzy was great to work with. Gave him some ideas at our first consultation with free range to come up with a design . The day of our session, he couldn't be more on point. This piece has a lot of meaning for me, he captured everything I asked for. What he created was outstanding and placed in the right spot where I plan to build off of it. Izzy is great artist, i am glad I waited for him. The shop is amazing, everyone is friendly and great vibes in the shop over all. You can tell Russ builds a good team in the shop. I visited many shops before Ink & Dagger, the process, time and money is worth the results. I saw many people getting tattoos that day while I laid in a chair for 7 hours, great talent here, they all have a special set of skills which allows you to be matched up with someone's creativity that matches what your looking for. The money is worth the art this shops puts on you. I cant wait for my next session with Izzy.

Bikers & truckers, don't waste your time with these guys. I was interested in getting a tattoo. I am a trucker & a biker & part of a local club. We were looking for the best studio to invest a ton of money on tattoos but they weren't interested in helping out. What a shame, they missed a great opportunity to secure hundreds of new clients but we weren't the right fit for them. If you're a biker or trucker, look elsewhere!

My experience at this tattoo shop was excellent especially after receiving horrible service at a previous shop. I was a walk-in and they assisted me promptly and got me serviced right away all while staying within the budget that was quoted to me from another shop. I live out of state but if I'm ever in the market for another tattoo while visiting GA, Ink and Dagger will be the 1st place I come to. My artist was excellent (Wendall) and was very detailed. My tattoo is healing nicely and I have received several compliments. I am truly satisfied with Ink and Dagger. In addition to great customer service the facility was clean, professional and comfortable!

I just got my first tattoo from Ink and Dagger and it was a fantastic experience (as fantastic as 6 hours being poked with a needle can be). I travelled from El Paso, TX to be sure that I picked the right artist and I am so glad I did. I wholeheartedly recommend Keoki and any of the Ink and Dagger artists to anyone looking to get a tattoo. Whether you are a newbie or a veteran looking to start that next multi-session piece, Ink and Dagger is for you. They have artists that specialize in a wide range of salts from Polynesian and Celtic to mechanical/steampunk. If I get another tattoo, I will be going back to Ink and Dagger. The shop is pristinely clean, has a great flow and well organized. Most of the rooms are set up in three to four chair clusters which is nice as you have a group to chat with if you want, but there are several private rooms for people getting tattoos in discreet areas. I watched several artists take great steps to be fully prepared before the customer arrived so that the customer’s time wasn’t wasted and they had a great experience. My own artist, Keoki, was fully prepared and we got started with the sketching as soon as I arrived. One thing I really liked is the collaborative/team vibe the shop has. Throughout the day, other artists would come by to see Keoki’s art develop or share their recent project. I couldn’t be any happier with my selection of shop, artist and tattoo. Awesome experience all the way around.

If you’re getting a tattoo professionalism is a must and in an industry with dirty and negative connotations Ink and Dagger stands tall above every other shop I’ve come in contact with. My tattoo artist Matt Brumelow is a renaissance man as far as tattoo styles go. He can do it all and does it exceptionally well. This shop has an artist to fit any need you have as an art seeker. From the aesthetics to the friendly vibes always kept in the shop, there’s just a level of experience provided here that simply isn’t found in other shops. Go with Ink and Dagger and you won’t regret it. Plain and simple.

I have been going to Ink and Dagger since they were in Decatur. I’m getting my 3rd tattoo from this shop and I am LOVING the guest artist Kevin Caley’s work! I really hope they bring him on full time as I want him to do my back piece and several other pieces. I have also brought family in who saw his work and are getting/want to get tattoos done by him. His line work is amazing and this is turning into my favorite tattoo so far. All the artist here are amazing and if you’re looking for a good shop that puts out amazing tattoos this is the shop!

One step into the place and you can tell this is a cool place. The people are true artists and super nice. The owner Russ always stopped by to check to see how the tattoo was going and make sure I was happy. I went for two 5 hour sessions and a one hour touch up during three months. I love this place!

I am extremely impulsive! I got a tattoo in 2010 (impulse driven) I wanted to enhance and start a half sleeve. I met with the artist Matt Brumelow for the consultation. After having the consultation, I thought of some changes to be considered. I sent my ideas to Matt and he felt we should stick with the original design we had discussed in the consultation. Well, I honestly couldn't even remember the original design and at this point it was too close to my appointment to schedule another consultation w/o affecting my deposit. At this point I was a little apprehensive of how it would turn out. Ashley one of the receptionist, provided great guidance regarding my options. I decided to keep my appointment and go with whatever the original design was going to be. LOL Matt exceeded my expectations. Matt has a great spirit, very professional, and I'm now a believer in TRUSTING THE ARTIST!

This shop is awesome. My best friend and I went to get tats done together by Brittany. We were doing a pineapple theme but with our own designs that suit our individual personalities. Brittany was great to get tattooed by, and totally killed it with the line work in my piece that was pretty large and intricate. She managed to also sneak in a slice of pizza to our tats. All the other artists in the shop were super friendly as well, and you could literally see anyone here and be happy with their work, they’re all THAT BADASS.

What can I say ... I spent a ton of time trying to find a good tattoo shop in the area. I wasn't satisfied with the work many had to offer nor the customer service. After some research I came across this shop. Not only is it a beautiful/cool shop, but it's also extremely clean and I'm a little obsessive about places being sterile when they should. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. Ive had two sessions with Eddie and have to say I could not be a more thrilled/happy with his work. A great guy all around; who does some incredible and unique work. The other artist here are extremely talented and welcoming as well. I can usually come away with a negative on any review I write, but I simply can't here.

Let's talk about Brittany McCarty! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brittany. She is such a talent, she took my vision and created a piece that was honestly much better than I had imagined. She was a joy to work with and I felt like I was getting tattooed by a dear friend (even though only meeting her twice). Incredibly professional, clean, and friendly! They are always helpful with all of my questions. Every tattoo Brandon has done is incredibly bright and done much better than any of my tattoos that were done elsewhere. Even if I were to move, I would travel to get the best quality tattoos from him. People are always complimenting my tattoos on how much they stand out compared to other tattoos.

I enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Matt B. really invested in my ideas and meticulously designed and delivered my half sleeve. While you are there, other artists visit each other's rooms to ask advice on what they are working on or just to support each other with a kind word. There is a sense of family and camaraderie at this shop that is missing in the turn and burn tattoo shops. That along with the level of professionalism by the entire staff creates a really good vibe. I genuinely enjoyed everything about my experience getting tattooed at Ink & Dagger. I searched for a while to find an artist who’s style I thought would match the idea I had, and I finally came across Chris Phipps’ work. So thankful that I did! At my consultation I told him a general idea of what I was looking for and then told him to just do his thing... He was able to draw up a custom floral piece for me, and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I love everything about it. Not only does his work speak for itself, but he made the whole experience comfortable and fun for me, which in my opinion is equally as important as well. I would recommend Chris over and over again to anyone looking to get a stunning piece of art! As for the shop, I can’t imagine that the professionalism and quality of artists gets much better than this place. Easily worth the 2 hour drive from Columbus to have the experience that I did there. Such a nice atmosphere, and just good vibes all around. I can’t say enough great things, and will definitely be a return customer for any future tattoo ideas that I have!

Very nice setting. I just wish I went to a different artist instead of Chris Phipps. Overcharged me for my tattoo, and literally drew up everything last minute on appointment day after waiting over 2 months. I didn't feel like the art he put on my body was a priority for him. Also I was completely overcharged and cant help but think about that every time I look at the tattoo. Not worth what I paid. Seems like the type to prioritize your artwork based off of whether or not they like you.

I only wish that I was back in GA to have gotten more work done at this location. The environment is also very cool and filled with personality; I remember having some good laughs while being tatted. Can't praise this shop enough. There are many good shops around, but very few great ones. Ink & dagger is remarkable.
