I went to this place at 9:30 on a Saturday night. I wasn't really planning on coming to this location but I quickly changed that once I saw the one I initially was going to go to(it looked sketchy af lol). But anyhoo, I got a nose piercing.... To say the least I was very nervous lol. It's all on video lol pretty funny. But I will say that the process DID NOT hurt at all. Like at all. I felt no pain and I'm not exaggerating. The place was clean and the guys that were there were cool and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely go back for another piercing and possibly a tattoo! Thanks guys for a great experience!!!

Very good and professional, I went there to getva nose piercing and the young lady there was super cool. She made sure I was completely comfortable with the area I wanted. Afterwards she went over instructions with me on how to prevent infection and gave me her cell if I had any Questions. Oh and it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.

Completely unprofessional. It is unhygienic, the owner is unfriendly, the people are rude. Also has a history of taking on UNPAID apprentices that PAID for their apprenticeships, and not teaching them anything, doing NOTHING to progress their profession, and quite honestly walking all over his "employees." You could pick any other place to get pierced and it would be more professional than Black Heart Tattoo.

Met..Mrs. Brittany whose name i saw in other reviews she was really nice. My tattoo artist was LT. He was awesome easy to talk to. came here as a second choice since the shop i tried to go to Noble tattoos on 138 closed 2 HOURS early!! Really nice guy will definitely come back here again. This was my very 1st tattoo it's my BIRTHDAY it wasn't bad at all love the simple little tattoo that i got. Thanks black heart tattoo for a great experience.

Girlfriend got her belly button pierced here and the workers were very nice. I'm a baby when it comes to piercings and whatnot but i did enjoy it there. Im glad they made it quick and easy for her. Well done

Absoutely love this place!!! CJ has done almost all my tattoos and has done amazing jobs with each and everyone, he is working on a half sleeve for me and I can't wait for him to finish coloring it in. I recently had LT another artist in the shop do a medallia wolf tattoo on my thigh after seeing all his work and yall he killed it!!! The lines and all the little detail in it, is prefect. Ellie hasn't tattooed me yet but y'all should check out her work...she is awesome!!! These tattoo artists here are amazing, I've been a returning customer since the doors open and will contiune to do so!!! If your looking for astonishing and sublime work and artist this is the place for you!!!!

Great customer service! The ball on my septum ring fell out during lunch and was lost to the cushions. I went in and asked if they had jewelry and he offered to replace the ball and help me put it back in for way less than it would've cost to buy a new one! Great experience, thank you! :)

Horrible tattoo shop and I would not recommend anyone going here! They are totally unprofessional. Unclean and chain smokers! How do you go outside and smoke and come back in and do not wash your hands. I found another tattoo shop off Rock Quary Road that is definitely cleaner and more professional

CJ has done majority of my tattoos. He's does great work and is reasonably priced. He's willing to work with you on designs and timing. He has went out of his way to make sure he was able to hold mine and my sister's appointment while in the middle of moving shops. The shop is always clean and well kept and the staff is friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Got my belly button pierced here in September! I hate needles but the woman who did mine gave me a good warning, I didnt have to look at it, and its perfectly straight. They also gave me some great advice on keeping it clean its almost completely healed!

I got 3 piercings on my cartilage 2-3 years ago at another tattoo parlor & they never healed. They pierced my cartilage with nose piercings. It was always hard for me to clean them due to that so they became irritated & infected. They made my ear look dirty & infected. I use to use sea salt to clean them but it didn’t work so today I decided to go & get them looked at. I chose this place because of the reviews & it was by my house. The piercer named Elle or Ella.. I totally forgot so I will call her E but she was amazing! she was soooooo helpful. she took all 3 out & put new piercing earrings in for me.. the right ones that go in a cartilage & my ear looks healthier & cleaner.. she saved it from falling off lol I feel so comfortable now.. THANKS E! I will be back for more piercings (:
