Great place and great people. For the person below who said their friends got infections, it seems like another issue your friends may be having. Once a piercing or tattoo is done it's your responsibility to keep it clean and take care of it. I get all my tattoos done here and take people to get piercings and tattoos all the time. Never an issue.

I have been working on a phoenix tattoo, has actually turned into a half sleeve, my boy Dickie is the artist not only did he draw a beautiful piece, but the color and effort he has also put in has made my ink some of the most unique art you will see, tattoos by Lou 5 stars thank you Dickie, great people made me feel like family There are family now, he also gave my girl a great piece on her back. The absolute best.

I went to the shop on Sunday, Christmas eve to get a piercing. I came in at 4:30 & there were several people waiting already. I put my name on the list & was waiting. 2 hours pass by, I'm still waiting. I wasn't the last one to come in, but the piercer kept passing my name. I was told that I'm finally next, than she took the last person to come in. Are you serious? I ended up being the last one in the shop. After growing impatient I left. Very unprofessional & a waste of my time. I took my business elsewhere. The great Google reviews is why I chose this place to get my piercing, I didn't have the same experience.

I’ve had my tattoos done here including my most recent on my foot(two weeks ago). This place is so clean, artist (hiiii Dickey!!) are so professional wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly highly recommend this place if you want great work done. My very first tattoo I had done 5 yrs ago still looks AMAZING! Definitely coming back for more !!!!

I gave 1 star because , first i called them asking for prices and he said that i had to go in person ,ok i did and when i got there the guy said that he couldn't give me the price .. in other words they cant give the prices by phone and even in person. I think they dont wanna work or maybe they thought that i didnt have money to pay. But i did other day my tatoo in another place where treat me better.

Smaller shop in a weird location on a main street with limited parking, but well worth the hassle. The staff are friendly and imaginative, their artists and piercers are extremely professional, and they take pride in their business.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, just walked in to purchase some earrings and no one was in the front to even greet me. Waited 10 mins and still no one. When my bf went to ask for some help he was told that they were busy with a cilent. We asked how long and she said she didn’t know that she had two people ahead of me ??? Rude as hell. Won’t be coming back.

I originally came here because it wasn't far from where I lived. I stayed because of the excellent service. I got my septum pierced and they walked me right through it. Even though I had to wait for the tools to be autoclaved, I was in and out fairly quickly for the most part. I really would recommend them, they're clean, efficient, and the people that work there are amazing. 10/10.

I visited Tattoos by Lou on 3/5/19. The shop was very clean and sanitary, had beautiful displays of the tattoos available. Dan is the person that did my piercing. I found that he was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the complete procedure for nose piercing, assured me the procedure wouldn't hurt and that I basically would only feel pressure. Guess What! I experience no pain, and no tears coming from my eye as I've heard. I'd do it again. Kudos to Dan. Thanks for the Awesome experience.

Had the worst experience here. The piercer ended up putting my second lobe piercing too close to the first one. Also he put a tongue ring in my ear instead of an actual earring. What “professional” doesn’t know what type of earring to put in. Won’t ever be giving them my service ever again for anything.

Tattoos by Lou has some really great piercers, my favorite one being Coco who unfortunately moved out of town. But I went back anyways and met Dan, who might just happen to be the most amazing piercer I've ever met. Tattoos by Lou is awesome, and the employees there are amazing and super patient and helpful. You should definitely come here if you're thinking about getting any type of piercing!

I never been here but my mother and her girlfriend did and her girlfriend mentioned that Dave or whatever his name is gave her an attitude,unprofessional,and very rude. My mom got joshua name done in bubble letters which don't even look like it. The whole tattoo look wrong I wouldn't even bother to go get my tattoo from them I rather go to my own tattoo artist in biscayne Blvd. In my perspective this tattoo place doesn't look like they will do your tattoo right.

Best piercing place ever! I had paid 75 for a piercing at a parlor and my piercing was super shallow in my belly. It ended up coming out 2 months later so basically I wasted 75 dollars. I had just got off work and needed another one and this one was open and very friendly! The girl up front I forgot her name lol i think Rosy? Omg well she was really nice and did it in 20 seconds plus she went deep enough that the bulb wasn't even showing. And she let me pick the piercing which was new to me. Amazing piercing place. Will recommend to anyone who asks and will get future piercings here!!!

It was a great experience, I was getting a nose piercing and I was really nervous!! The guy who did it for me informed me on every step right before he did anything, and although it is kinda pricey it's really safe and they do it well. Definitely worth the money! I'm super happy with my results.

White guy with a ear tattoo was tending to a customer so naturally I didn’t want to impose.15 passed and As soon as the customer leaves he goes into the back and within 2min grabs his things and leaves. Not once was he courteaous enough to say welcome or someone will be with you shortly. Sat there for 20 more min and nothing. Worst experience at a tattoo parlor in terms of customer service. Won’t take anything away from the artists and their talent but wow.

Love this place and would come back for all my piercings. Got my nose piercing done here. The staff were very professional and used the best piercing methods and equipment. I did a lot of research to make sure my piercing was done right and Ronni (my piercer) did an amazing job! 3 months later and I have a well healed nose with minimal complications. :)
