The most AMAZING thing about this shop is the atmosphere, it's easy to see that everyone gets along. As soon as you walk in it's a "Hi, welcome in. If you have any questions just let me know, I'd be happy to help.". You walk in and it is easy to access the portfolios of ALL the artists, all of which are great. I had the privilege of being tattooed by the talented Luis Antonio. His work is super clean and always solid. On top of that, he's just a super rad dude and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a memorable and enjoyable tattoo experience.

Amazing experience had a bad pick and poke tattoo on my hand set with it for years thinking it was unfixable, I had another shop even show me some things they could do and I just didn't feel good about it, I walk in to this shop I get Jimmy Rogers the man spent as much time on the artwork as he did on the tattoo, Amazing there's no trace of the old one there's no way to tell it's a refresh nor did I had to compromise because of the old one it's like he pulled out of my head what I always wanted it to look like without me having to say a thing. I can't recommend enough the artist or the shop I'll be going back for any future work

I just got an add on piece from Pierre and he was super awesome! quickly knew exactly how to map out what i wanted, and really took the piece into his own hands to take it into a whole new direction. i already loved the tattoo and i was worried someone else may ruin it but he elevated it and for that, i appreciate it. He’s an amazing artist, and works great with colors. Also I really appreciate Todd, the store manager, he always puts guests at ease and will sit and talk with you while you get work done, super great guy. I also really appreciate Victoria, a sweet girl who works up front and helps guests through emails, she seems to really keep the shop clean and orderly and make sure everything goes as planned. I look forward to getting more work done here by more artists!

My husband and I had a great experience at Hart and Huntington while on vacation at Universal in Orlando. Morgan did an excellent job making us feel at ease and helping guide us through getting our first tattoos. Without her, I'm not sure we would have taken the plunge. Both Isaac and Luis did a fabulous job designing the artwork for our tattoos exactly like we wanted them and even better than we imagined they could be. If we make it back to Universal Orlando, we will be back to visit Hart and Huntington for our next tattoos.

Look, I’m one of those people who just don’t write reviews even if I get great service or a great product. But I was that thrilled with my experience and the work done that I wanted to take the time to give a shoutout to the Heart and Huntington crew. Simply put: If you want the BEST service and the BEST product then reach out to Heart and Huntington and don’t complain about the price. If you are looking for a bargain and you are okay with mediocre service and a mediocre product then go somewhere else. Seriously! I mean who goes to a Roles Royce dealership and complains about the price! No one! Heart and Huntington EARNS every penny they make. I love my tattoo, I have no regrets, and I’m proud to show it off anywhere I go and to tell everyone Heart and Huntington is where it’s at.

Came to Orlando with no plans on getting tattooed. Walked by H&H one night and the staff was wonderful to work with. They got my husband and I booked for an appointment with JC and Adam within 2 days. Both artists we're very cool and spent time getting all of the details right on our tattoos. Very happy customers! So the number one thing to keep in mind about any business is location, location location. And finding out that this tattoo shop (which I was thoroughly disappointed as I had seen all the great reviews and a professional website) was located in City Walk inside Universal I immediately decided I would do absolutely no business with this company. The fact that you're foolish enough to put your store in a place that requires you to pay 20 dollars a day for parking, unless you come after 6 (heaven forbid you actually want to get anything sizable done that might require multiple visits) doing a job that can require sometimes 10-15 hours worth of work is just asinine. Frankly any business inside City Walk is saying we don't really want any extra business b/c Disney Springs is free and available all day. Really poor decision and really sad to see as I was definitely thinking of dropping a decent amount of coin for a quality tattoo, but the thought of paying over and over just to go there (a cost that otherwise would be factored in for a tip not parking) removes this as even a remotely considerable option for any serious tattoo work. (PROBABLY WHY IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS THEY'RE FOR VERY SMALL TATTOO'S.....)

This place is absolutely amazing... My husband and I went in to have remberence pieces done for his mother. Mark did my husband it turned out amazing! Pierre did mine not only was he extremely patient with me in making my idea come to life and making it so much more than i could’ve imagined! Both of these artist made us custom pieces that are extremely important and sentimental.. I cant be more pleased to this piece with pride. The last 7 months I have been working on my first tattoo which is a whole arm sleeve . Courtni west is my artist and she is amazing ! Wonderful person and very patient and talented I’ll never go to anyone else ! The shop it’s self is clean and a very positive atmosphere. Everyone is nice and respectful. Yes it’s a little pricey but for me it’s worth it . Your paying for beautiful artwork on your body forever! I would recommend this tattoo shop to anyone ! I searched all of Florida for a shop with an artist who was brave enough and talented enough to take on my coverup. The coverup was my entire upper arm and very busy. Jimmy was up to the task and was confident in his abilities. The shop staff were all professional and grateful for my business. I've never seen professionalism like this in a shop. The work I received was astoundingly gorgeous and on point. A big thanks to Jimmy and the rest of the staff who truly make every client feel like family. A personal message to those out here complaining about prices. My coverup was quoted at over 3500 at other shops who were grossly unprofessional and lacked the artistic ability of these artists at H&H. That being said, H&H was at least 1700 cheaper than these sorry shops with streetside "artists". So it is a fact that H&H are at least comparable in price, and in some cases cheaper. Either way, no one touches their quality. Thank you Jimmy and the rest of the amazing staff for the experience. I'm a customer for life.

I had been thinking/wanting to get a tattoo for several years. On a whim, my girlfriends and I decided to drop in to see if there were any availability to come a get our small tattoos done. Everyone was great and the guy who helped us at the front was very informative/helpful. I was excited to have Adam as my artist. I had been following him on Instagram for a while. He listened to what I wanted and sketched it out. I absolutely love it,and I love how he added his flare to it. Awful customer service. I walked in with the hopes of getting a tattoo. I was hoping to get someone to speak with and let me know what was the process since all they have is a table with tablets that dont really explain much either. While looking for help i was rudely asked if i needed any help by someone who didnt even look like they worked there and who heard me asking around for assistance. Long story short : If your expecting any kind of guidance to getting a tattoo or even their pricing , just know your going in lone wolf.

Cortni was my artist and she did such an amazing job with my floral tattoo. The results were exactly what I was hoping for - and I can’t stop staring at it because it’s so beautiful! It’s also healing nicely. Additionally, Cortni is such a sweetheart! She was so kind and friendly - which makes a huge difference! Overall, my experience was certainly a positive one. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wishes for a high quality experience alongside an awesome new tattoo. The only “downside” is that their prices are quite high - but like their website states: you get what you pay for! :)

This shop is great, with helpful people and great artists. I've been to both the Universal Citywalk location and the recent temporary location at Ace Cafe and they're both great but I sure wish they would stay at Ace Cafe - great location AND I HATE having to pay $20 to park in order to get in to the Universal location! Other than that, as for my artist, Mark Fernandez, I now have another favorite tattoo artist! Mark took my visions and brought them to fruition better than I could have even pictured them in my head! He was very personable and not only does he tattoo with precise expertise, but he knows art and what looks good and what doesn't. When I travel I like to get a new tattoo anywhere I go just for the life long memories. You know a picture is worth a thousand words and having ink on you is a picture that will always tell its story. I live in Texas and Went to Florida for a family vacation and we did the normal tourist things, all Disney World parks and two of the three Universal parks. When you go to Universal they have a City walk where you have restaurants and little shops and tattoo parlors and I know this may be normal for the people in that area but where I live, the closest thing like that to me is all the way in Dallas. Well we were told there was a really cool tattoo shop where the artists only do custom work. Let me tell you how amazing the entire staff was. From the moment I walked in with a price range, tattoo concept and a bunch of questions, to the time I got inked and left everyone who was in that store was absolutely AMAZING. I will say this ink is the biggest one I have and it sure hurt a lot more than I was expecting and here is where the warriors rise and the rest fall. In Texas, no shops are allowed to use a numbing gel, don't know why but they aren't where as in Florida they don't have that rule and I will say I am so thankful. This is the first tattoo I every cried during the process, first one I got with no friends to make me laugh, my phone was dying so I had no music and the staff stepped up. They slapped some numbing gel on my leg, gave me a monster and started making jokes. I had a bunch of laughs with a bunch of genuine people who loved doing what they did and my artist was absolutely cooperative. I had to take breaks and he never once gave me hell for it, he would check on me periodically and ask if I was okay. He talked to me about his life and where he came from and his entire back ground and it was over all wonderful. If you want a colorful bunch of people, who serve their customers with the up most respect and make you feel like you are family, this is the place to go. I didn't think I would go back to Florida after all the heat and some personal problems that were held, but now I am planning on going back not only for a better experience but to get some more ink done at this shop. Worth the multiple hours of waiting and pain that I went through. Worth every penny that was spent and I don't regret anything. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience and I look forward to seeing you guys again.

1) My family and I were evacuated from our home during Hurricane Dorian so I decided to take them to Orlando and visit Universal. 2) I made a deposit to get a tattoo appointment scheduled for the following day. 3) The company took a $500.00 deposit and scheduled the appointment for the following day. 4) I was on time for the appointment and after 1.5 hours of waiting the artist told me that I should reschedule in case the park was to shut down due to the storm and I would be in jeopardy of loosing my deposit. I rescheduled from their direction, but could not take more time off work we had already missed multiple days due to the evacuation. I told them a week in advance so they did not lose the appointment time. 5) The company refused to refund me my deposit I talked to the GM of the company and the GM of the Orlando store both have refused to make this right. They took $500 dollars and never provided me a drawing or a tattoo how is acceptable practice for a company that sits inside Universal Studios? My credit card company will not refund me because on there fine print receipt there is a line that states, non refundable, but non of this was discussed when they collected the deposit. This company has no problem taking my families money without providing a service or a product. They will not call me back now after multiple attempts to work this through the GM. This is a lot of money for me and my family obviously this company has become so corporate they have lost sight of the customer.

Came in with a very unique design idea and Mark was fantastic. He listened and looked at my pictures and then spent about 90 minutes drawing it up and making sure it was what I wanted and would fit where I wanted it. Mark did a great job on my tattoo and I could not be happier. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff puts you at ease. I will diffidently go back there for any future tattoos. The cost is a little higher than other shops but the quality and attention to detail makes it worth it.

I had gone to a previous tattoo shop the week before just to discuss the details about a compass/constellation tattoo I had designed. I was looking for advice on the design (because it was feeling a little “busy”) and I didn’t get anything really. However, I saw H&H on the CityWalk and within 5 minutes of walking in, Luis was already giving me great advice. We than fixed the design until I loved it, and he stayed an extra 2 hours so he could fit me in (because I was leaving the next day). The tattoo turned out better than I could have ever expected! Great people and overall vibe with very talented artists. The price is with out a doubt reasonable given the quality. The aftercare products are great too. I keep getting comments on how detailed the tattoo by Luis is. If I get another tattoo, I’ll be waiting until I’m back in Orlando so I can go to H&H.

Just finished an appointment with Mark where he tattooed some beautiful Pink lyrics from her Rose Ave album. He worked with me and made sure I was happy with my tattoo . From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The staff at this location wemt above and beyond to make it an enjoyable appointment even while waiting. Thank you again! All the artists are extremely nice and extremely helpful. I was able to work with Stephanie and she was great! It was my first tattoo, and she worked with me through the whole process. My only problem would be that she came off a tad superficial in my opinion. I knew I wanted a custom design from a friend who's also an amazing artist, and I felt like she didn't like that, as if it was a personal attack on her and her work and it wasn't. That being said she did an amazing job on my tattoo and I had a really good experience.

I have had two pieces done here and they are stellar! It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. My husband and mother in law have also had pieces done here and the work is consistently great. They appreciate appointments, but welcome walk-ins. We have had four different artists and their caliber of work is outstanding. We were on a family vacation for our only son’s high school graduation. 12 years earlier we were here on a family summer vacation which my husband chose to commemorate by getting his first ever tattoo at Hart & Huntington. Since we were coming back, we thought what a cool tradition. I set an appointment for my husband to get another tattoo (I called about 3 weeks in advance of our trip, this is a high end popular shop, I recommend an appointment.) The staff was very helpful, and I was able to view artist tattoo portfolios online. With a half down (non-refundable) deposit (totally within expectations) we were set. We chose Luis, and are stoked. He was a great guy to get to know, and a fantastic artist. After watching him with my husband, I took the plunge and asked if he could do this piece for me. My first ever tattoo. I was fully expecting to have to come back for an appointment, but lucky for me he had time right after finishing my husbands piece. After 2 experiences and 12 years, I want to say that we are still as satisfied today with the quality and service of Hart & Huntington Orlando. We recommend and appointment, and Luis. Call today. As with all art, you get what you pay for.... this is a high end shop, and the price fits the standard & quality.

I wish I could say that I had a great experience here. I received my very first tattoo at a Hart & Huntington in Vegas and had great experience which is why I chose a Hart & Huntington in Orlando for another piece. My friend and I were on vacation and made a stop here for small "jammer" tattoos to commemorate our trip. We both paid $150 USD (we are Canadian) to book the time. Unfortunately both of us caught something during our trip and had to leave early. My friend went to a CVS clinic and was diagnosed with pneumonia and severe sinus infection on top of the fever and chills and everything else that comes with the flu. The evening before we were scheduled to get our tattoos we made the decision to cut our vacation short and head home due to the illness. I called Hart & Huntington within the 24 hour notice timeline and was told to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. So I did just that. I shared the situation and was told that the deposit was non-refundable and that I signed a waiver stating so. I had not signed any waiver stating that, in fact it wasn't even mentioned at the time of booking. I told the manager this and was told that there was no way I was getting either deposits refunded. At this point I was so exhausted from little to no sleep because of the sickness that I asked if any art work had been completed or even started regarding the tattoo. I was told no. The artist had not put any time into designing or finalizing the tattoo. Again I asked why I could not receive a refund or even a partial refund knowing that I could not make it to my appointment under any circumstance. Not only because we were leaving but also because needles in feverish skin does not sound like a fun time nor does it sound sanitary in their establishment. At this point the manager was getting irate with me on the phone. I ended up finishing the conversation shortly after being told that I shouldn't have booked a tattoo in the first place if I was going to be sick. I had a hard time holding back my sarcastic remark to the manager but refrained. Realizing I was getting nowhere on the phone I decided to email a different manager (I was told there were 2) with a lengthy explanation and a request yet again for a refund. I had a return email a fews days later that they could reschedule my tattoo within 1 year if I wanted but otherwise I was not getting my money back under any circumstance. I asked if it was transferable to the Vegas location or another one within the US due to the fact that I have no intentions of heading back to Florida within the year. This was a one time deal. I was again told no. That each location has its own owner etc. I waited a few days to call back and called back once again, this time asking to speak with the owner. They were not in at the moment and I left my information for them to call me back and have not received a phone call or email or anything regarding the matter. It has since been 1 year and still no word. I'm not sure how to handle the situation any further. I don't want to call everyday and pester them but it seems like my only option at this point. I'd like to say that when I went into the shop in person to book the tattoo that the woman who helped me was great. She was helpful and personable. I am just severely disappointed with how this event went down and am still out $150 USD (as is my friend) which is just theft in my book. Especially considering the circumstance. Due to this experience I will not be returning to this Hart & Huntington and I would not recommend.

This was my third time getting a tattoo from Hart & Huntington and it was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! I sat with Pierre Burgos to transform my two separate butterfly tattoos into a solid shoulder piece. He went above and beyond to make my design perfect and he was so pleasant to be around! I’ve sat with other tattoo artists that just seem grumpy and stand-off ish the whole time but not Pierre. He was laughing and making jokes me and and my friends that went with me. I almost forgot I was getting a tattoo at some point because it just felt like hanging with friends! Hands down the best experience! Even the people at the front desk were very nice and not judge mental at all! I’m so thankful to have gotten a tattoo so special to me from Hart & Huntington!

Went here for a quote on a Harry Potter quote tattoo, even brought an exact picture of how I wanted it. They wanted like $300 for it which was absurd, but looking back I’m damn glad they wanted to up the charge. Girl who drew up the design spelled “solemnly” wrong, almost got that tattooed on my body forever. I would not trust this place. Especially with words.

In addition to the quality of work the experience itself from a customer service standpoint was top-notch. Luis was fantastic to talk to during the process and even the girl I made the appointment with at the desk (also an artist) took time out to come over and see if I needed anything to drink and went as far as throwing a jacket over me cause she could tell I was freezing. I'm a few states away and was in Orlando for vacation but as far as getting another tattoo they've earned my business for life and would gladly make the trip again just for them.

In May 2018, I put down a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for a friend and I to get tattoos. I have seven, and one of the was from Hart and Huntington six years prior. I wanted two words made dainty and small on my foot. I just went for my appointment in Feb 2019. The artist INSISTED that if I didn’t make the words larger, they would bleed together. We went back and forth on it, and I finally agreed. First, I was required in the paper work to buy their soap and lotion. A tiny pump and two tiny packets of lotion for $23.00. I brushed it off, because I figured my $300.00 deposit would cover this. After I signed my life away, BEFORE my tattoo, I was charged an additional 167.00. You are looking at a 467.00 tattoo. I was furious. If I said no, they said I would lose my $300.00 deposit. So I was freaking robbed. I would give it 1 star, but I like my work, even if it’s as large as MY ARTIST wanted it.

Was there about a week ago. The place was clean and well kept. You can see the care the artists take to disinfect and sterilize their equipment. Adam put my mind at ease and did an amazing watercolor tattoo. If and when I decide I want another I know where to go. Everyone was friendly and inviting, which made the experience all the more pleasant. I was happy with the results anyone could do a shamrock but the outline and watercolor made it look completely unique. Highly recommend!
