I just left tidewater, after searching all week for a reasonable price I found it. The owner Rob is very nice. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable. Price very reasonable unlike other shops in the area. I will be back... BTW I love my tattoo.

Professional. Talented. Hospitable. Sanitary. Prices in line with industry standards. I prefer Rob, the owner, but have been tattooed by others in the shop as well and I'm thoroughly satisfied. Will gladly perform touch up work. You'll definitely need to make an appointment. Appointments are generally a month out. Skilled in many styles and cover up so you'll definitely find the right artist for your vision! Enjoy!

The tattoo artists are good at their work. No doubt about that at all. But this ONE piercer was totally horrible. It seemed like it was his first day the way he was carrying himself. He kept changing tools, jewelry, gauges and etc. he pierced a hole through my lip and I IMMEDIATELY started gushing out blood. I had my snakebite piercings done twice and has NEVER bled not a single drop! I don’t think he was confident in his piercing skills and I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!! He kind of short, has blue eyes and blond hair. Avoid him at all times! I left disappointed, irritated and angry. Didn’t even get through the piercing. I cancelled. Blood all over my shirt and pants! Dropped everywhere, to the point where he had to give me a tidewater t-shirt to cover it up. Safe to say, just get tattoos at this store and nothing else!

I got my septum pierced here as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. Darnell was very friendly and led me through the process. The shop was clean and I never second-guessed getting pierced. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I am so pissed at the people who work at the store. They lied to me about the type of material my belly piercing is made of. They told me it is made of silver. After taking care of it I kept on having redness for a year-and-a-half. I finally decided to go to my dermatologist and she told me that the piercing is made of nickel and that I am allergic to it. I decided to double check if it is indeed nickel. How you ask? Simple, a magnet. I was really REALLY hoping that my doctor was wrong but it is well known that silver is not magnetic whereas nickel is magnetic. Unfortunately, it was magnetic which verifies that I was deceived. I will never, EVER, come back to this store and I really hope other people will be aware of their ability to lie to their customers.

I got my septum pierced here years ago, the guy pierced my cartilage, destroyed my septum, and didn't have the decency to even tell me he messed up. I couldn't take the pain, my nose swelled, and I had to take the jewelry out..which was also externally threaded and that's a big no-no. Oh, and let's not forget the profuse bleeding. I'm still incredibly upset, anyone would be when they pay their hard earned money only to have a fiasco like that. The dude even gave me horrible aftercare instructions for the piercing he botched. I'll never step foot in this shop again, luckily my boyfriend is a professional body piercer, so I don't need amateur work. Never got a tattoo here before, kinda happy I didn't, God forbid they screw something bigger up. Don't get pierced here. Bottom line.
