Probably the most fun I have ever had getting a tattoo, the staff are pleasant and FUNNY! I’m difficult to work with because if I’m gonna put something on my body for the rest of my life I want it PERFECT, in other shops the artists can get a little irritated by my perfectionism. NOT here, Lucky took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted exactly where I wanted it. Long story short it’s clean shop with great staff and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I walked in to get a tattoo about 2 weeks ago and was treated terribly. I had been tattooed here in the past and the shop was alive and comfortable. This time, I was happy to leave without a tattoo. The big guy that was there, I think his name is Lucky, was very rude and short with me, like he didn't want to be bothered with my questions. He needs classes in customer service. Wont be back.

Had an appointment to get a naval piercing and the guy who was supposed to do the piercing never showed up. After being called numerous times by two separate people, he never picked up his phone so we left pretty unhappily after giving him my name and number-never got a call back. I’m sure this establishment does great work, but I was just disappointed to be denied my piercing because someone didn’t have the time to show up for my appointment.
