I absolutely had a great existence!! Eddie did my septum piercing and was amazing! He kept the conversation light and funny to help with my nerves. He was gentle and very communicative about his process of what he was doing so I wouldn't be caught off guard. Definitely will be returning and getting more piercings and tattoos!! Thanks Eddie!! People there have bad attitudes and are very impatient. Tattoos are only american traditional but are super repetitive and basic. Lines are messy. They wont take criticism well so if you dont like your tattoo, you basically have to deal with it. Not going back...

Owner has worst personality. The tatooer doesn't listen to what you want or give suggestions. As a owner you would think he would have better personality. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.worst experience ever

I love the guys at Pinstruck!! Everyone is really warm and welcoming every time I come in! Coree has done every piercing I have and I'm a pretty big baby when it comes to pain but even my nipples were quick and relatively painless. Everything I've gotten from him has healed beautifully & I have brought my friends in to get piercings from him as well!

I was super nervous about getting my piercing done. The guys was warm and welcoming and super funny. Took my anxiety right away. Coree was amazing and did it quick and I felt a pinch! I will return and recommend many people!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in here for a tattoo they described as a "simple idea". The guy who drew my sketch didn't ask many questions, and didn't seem to care about understanding the details of what I wanted before he drew it. Brought me the sketch and it was the wrong size (literally way too big, XXL) and it looked terrible. It went from being a said "simple tat" to something he doesn't feel completely comfortable doing after I told him his sketch didn't look how I thought it would. He said to look for another artist that could do realism. Then he told me to wait a second and speak to another artist at the shop who did not greet me or say anything while we were both standing at the front counter for about 5 minutes. I got my belly button done here without issue. dont go here for a tattoo

Poorly made tattoo, artist definitely rushed it. Tattoo was over priced, but I was just hoping that meant the artist would take his time. However this was far from true. Now I'm stuck with a tattoo that looks like a 16 year old did it in his parents garage. DO NOT GO THIS PARLOR. Just a bunch of amateurs if you ask me.

Do not recommended for piercings. Went there on 01-2-2017 to get my nose pierced. There was a young guy there who attempted to do my nose piercing. First he pierced my nose with the wrong color and size nose ring. After he placed it in he decided to state he had did something dumb and would have to take it out and do it again. My nose was already very sore from the initial piercing. He then takes clamps to try to pull the wrong nose ring in my nose out , pulling and tugging on it . I told him repeatedly it was hurting me . There was blood everywhere!!! He finally gets the nose ring out and states after the fact I would need to be pierced a special way because my nose has ridges in it..( something a professional would of known before) he then attempts to push the right nose right back in the same sore tender .. pushing and twisting it into my nose. At this point im in so much pain I nearly called the whole thing off . He finally gets it in and then takes me to the register and still decides to charge me full price !!! Despite the huge mistake and pain he put me in . I asked him for a discount due to what he put me through and he had the nerve to say " I can't give you a discount but I can give you advice" if it wasn't for my friend being there I would of gave him advice and left without paying for what he just put me through but I paid my money and left. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGs!!!!!

Absolutely love Pinstruck! I've been there for tattoos and piercings. Coree is a piercer there who has now pierced me three times and every time I've never had an issue. He's super nice, knows what he's doing (which has made me nervous at previous shops), makes the process easy, and is hilarious. Definitely recommend and will continue to go there myself.

My friend and I stopped in on a whim a few Saturdays ago to finally pull the trigger on our bff tattoos. They were very kind, there's a great chill atmosphere, and they took our idea and helped us make it into something that would work well in application and not just theory. I was so excited that we were getting our tattoos that I spaced entirely and didn't ask about vegan ink, so I don't know if they can accomadate that, not their fault though! 2 different artists took on the actual inking but the designs were created concurrently by the same person, and they spoke about placement so we have the set we wanted!!! They were great and I'd reccomened any walk-in ideas consider them!

Not happy. Worst experience ever had and I have 12 tattoos. Owner doesn't stand by the work done at his shop. And has horrible personally... A good owner would want to make it right weather he did work or one of his employees... atmosphere is generally cold no personality. Went to another local shop and they had nothing but bad things to say about the owner.. it's employees and shop. I now go ONLY to explosive on Dupont hyway.new Castle.

I never feel the need to write bad reviews but I feel like I should about this. I got my tattoo on the back of my neck and it came out great so no complaints about that. My tattoo artist never told me his name nor did he give me any instruction on taking care of it luckily I have two others. N by the third or fourth day I started to get a rash around my tattoo. I called the tattoo place and the guy provided little information on what to do n said dm us a pic on insta n we’ll get back to u. I said I will rn. It took two days to be asked if someone helped me over the phone n I replied no they said to send a photo and after that saw my response five days ago n never responded. If u want ur tattoo to come out good go here but if u want people that actually care about ur concerns n provide good service go somewhere else
