I came for the first time during a flash day and I love my tattoo. The artist are all very nice and the owners where present making sure things are running smoothly. I came on a day where there was food, drinks and ink. How much better can it get. I would like to visit again. Brian did this and customized it a little for me, his work was very well done and he was very professional and pleasant. Can't wait to work with him again in the future. My husband got the Wonder Woman done by Rob.

Hope Gallery hails from the vortex of talent that was Darkside Tattoos way back in the day. Hope might not be easy to find but their studio is staffed by some of the best tattooers around...anywhere...You can get tattooed by anyone in this shop and be in good hands. Julio Rodriguez (IG: @tattoolios) is finishing my sleeve right now and will do my left arm too. All custom artisan level tattoos here. If you want a high quality piece of art on your body and live in the tristate area you'd be well served making the trip to come here.

I can't deny the talent of the artists at this shop definitely top notch I was happy with the way my tattoos where coming out until the last thing I got the artists was Christian and it got infected and it happens so at first it wasn't a big deal then I went back and had it gone over and not only paid for it a second time but it had rough spots and was so swollen it ended up getting infected again I went to see him six days after getting it done and he said it wasn't infected and to keep ice on it and not only that when he saw it all he did was smile , that being said one of the signs of an infected tattoo is excessive swelling idk how he didn't see that or know that so over 700$ later I have to get it touched up again I told him my Dr gave me antibiotics and he said just use neosporin which pulled the ink out instead of using the antibiotic which would of killed the infection from within I would definitely go back to hopegallery but wouldn't go back to him and I've been tattooed since with no problems and on top of that he shut down almost every idea I had and compared to the tattoo artist that's finishing his work it seems like he was inflicted more pain than necessary I sat through every hour without moving for him and when I'm paying that kind of money and giving someone my skin the least I expect is to be treated with respect and even when I asked there was never anything drawn up for me to look at it came out of my tattoo time like I said earlier I have respect for the people at this shop but was left with a bad taste in my mouth after spending thousands of dollars there

I got both my first and second tattoos here, both by Eric Merrill. He does good work. There are other artists here, but I plan on sticking with Eric. The place is clean and inviting. Needles are single use only and everything is setup clean before each tattoo. I would definitely recommend the place if you're in the market for a good tattoo.

Awesome experience. I made the drive up to Connecticut from NJ multiple times. Tim Harris did amazing work on my ribs. Soft touch too, and a true artist. A lot of contrast and detail that artists down by me couldn't even draw on paper. I love the work I've had done and would recommend this place. Very clean, easy to get too right of I-95, and easy going artists and staff. Building looks cool inside too. Very clean studio.

Picture perfect, NO BS amazing work . I recommended My Fiance to go to hope gallery so she went for her first time and she was satisfied. Being honest the first impression was not very welcoming. Dont get me wrong He treated my fiance good of course but he wasn't comfortable with me sitting there watching my fiance get tattooed. He felt like eyes were on him and he couldn't concentrate so I had to look towards the TV. He simply told me how he felt. Real , which I appreciate but like OK!!.. my bad for watching. You can hear the other tattoo guys in other rooms having full blown conversations, which sucks because I couldn't really enjoy watching which was the reason why I went with her but it's not about me which I understand so I didn't show any expression about it. I did what he ask and zipped how I felt and eyes away, let the man work and let him do his thing. Conclusion, He did a amazing job on her regardless work is work and he did a good f-n job.

I went to Hope Gallery about a month ago to get my first tattoo at age 59 in memory of my wife. I chose Hope based on terrific Yelp and Google reviews, and the fact they were open until 8 on Saturdays. Brian was kind enough to agree to do it, and did an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased. His work was absolutely beautiful, the process was almost painless, and I really enjoyed getting to know Brian. He's an incredible artist and a really neat person. I can't recommend him, or the shop, any more highly.
