I worked with Holli on two separate occasions. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone. Both tattoos are watercolor. She did a great job interpreting what I was imaging. Everyone I interacted with at Flat's was courteous and helpful. Their facilities are very homey and inviting. All the tools and equipment were sterile and I felt completely at ease getting my first and second tattoos here. I hope to return soon!

This review is based on communication and customer service. I can't rate the work done because they couldn't perform it. I called the afternoon before to ask if I needed an appointment for a piercing for my daughter the next day. I was told I did not because piercings are pretty quick, and that any time the next day was fine. My wife, daughter and I arrived at 12:30 (they open at noon) and went to the rear entrance near the only handicapped parking space. A sign on the door sent us to the front entrance, where I found two high steps confronting my wheelchair. I hobbled up while my wife managed to get my chair up the stairs and inside. That's when we found out the piercing person wouldn't be in until 2 or 2:30. No apology, no acknowledgment of our difficulty getting in, no offer of an appointment. Just a shrug. We will look elsewhere.

Went to Flat's a couple weeks ago for a nose piercing. Liz, my piercer, was awesome. She was really nice and let my roommate in with me. She was very professional about it and gave me really good instructions after. I would definitely go there again for another piercing, and highly recommend it.

Was in CT for the day and decided to do a walk in with my friend to get a small tattoo, and I would highly recommend Flat's Tattoos. They took the time to work with us, we were helped almost immediately, and were very sensitive to the nerves of a first-time tattooee (my friend's first, my second one but first time here). I really appreciated how our tattoo artist took the time to double check everything and make sure we were clear on how to do after-care/who to get in touch with should we have any further questions. Brian was the tattoo artist who did our tattoos if you want someone specific, but all of the people I saw working were very sweet too! I love my new tattoo and I don't have a negative thing to say about my experience. =D

So its been over a month since Brian did this an the healing process is finally over! I know what ur thinking, nothing fancy lol but these are the names of my boys. Zachary I first had done over 15 years ago and was sick of the "block" type letters. I came to get Zachary touched up cause it had been messed up from the start, Zereks name, some flair an hearts. Even though this is just names, Brian spent longer trying to figure out what he wanted to do then the time it took to tattoo it, No matter how many times I told him it was just symbolic to have the names an that im not picky with whatever he decided to do, he still took his time trying to make it nice, I think that says a lot that with something so simple, he still wanted to do his best and he didnt charge me for this time. I am aware some lines are thinner, he specifically asked if I wanted them thicker and I declined cause once Zereks name bleeds over time ill have the same outline done to his name that Brian did with Zacharys. Healing went beautifully, I washed it an covered with sealed wrap for 6 days, used ointment for a few days an then let air out while using lotion an few times a day. Green color stayed vibrant. Also, something I noticed about Flats is how clean they are, each station is organized and the whole place is extremely clean which is what u wanna see in a tattoo place. Thank you very much Brian, this tat may not be something u remember but due to the care u showed while tattooing these very important names, you are someone I wont forget.

My husband and I had the honor of receiving tattoos from Holli Marie at the Atlanta tattoo convention. We are extremely pleased and excited about our tattoos. I did research on many of the artist and had my heart set on Holli. Both tattoos are stunning! The mermaid my husband got was beyond what we could have imagined. She is beautiful! Holli's talent, work ethic and professionalism are far beyond her years! And her husband is the perfect front man! They both made us feel like friends and it was by far our best tattoo experience.
