Lily was amazing! She was helpful, informative and she was very understanding!!! I went in to have my earrings changed out due to having an MRI and needed all plastic. She gave me info that I was not aware of from another piercer in hopes I will heal sooner considering it's been over a year. Thank you!!!

Amazing place to get anything you could imagine. Slick helped me turn a really horrible tattoo that I had done years ago somewhere else I to a work of art. I am beyond happy with how it has turned out. I walked in not knowing what or if it could be covered up but he helped me find a way to do it. I won't go anywhere else for the rest of my life.

I am a person that typically gets around at least two migraines a week, I happened to hear that a daith piercing gets rid of migraines/lowers the symptoms; I of course was skeptical but I ended up going down to the shop with my friend that was getting her nostril done so I thought I would try the daith out. When I got the piercing I happen to of had a migraine at the time, and it went away instantly after I got the piercing. Its been a week now and I haven't had any migraines and if I get a headache it is painless and bearable compared to my migraines I've had in the past. I Strongly recommend getting a daith piercing if you get migraines, it really works. Bonus is that Lily (The person that pierced my daith) is really funny and easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable while you are about to get something pierced.

When I first walked into eminence ink I loved it very friendly everyone was super nice...everyone treats you like family which is awesome. I got to talk to slick for my tattoo very friendly and kind i told him this will be my first tattoo and that I was kinda scared he said don't worry I will be fine made me feel a little better lol!!his ig has great work and I definitely will come back so he can do my tattoo!!

Eminence is a welcoming environment and is an easy place to get a walk-in tattoo with little to no hassel. I was tattooed by slick (nice guy) and let him know it was my first tattoo. He nodded his head, but he didn’t tell me how to care for it afterwards; he didn’t tell me anything a first-timer should know. I don’t think he cared, and understandably, he wasn’t interested in my design. The lack of passion behind the work shows in my tattoo.

Worst tattoo place I have ever been to. I unfortunately came to get matching tattoos with my best friends and the tattoos look nothing alike. The tattoo artist gave me an infection so I asked for a refund. The manager of eminence said she would get back to me, and she never did. I have been sending her photo proof that I have received an infection from one of her tattoo artists and she doesn’t care to even reply. So unprofessional. I’m now stuck with a ugly tattoo for the rest of my life. My tattoo was supposed to be extremely meaningful so it is extremely upsetting. Do not go to eminence! Save your money!

Nice shop this was my first time in a shop my girfriend got a tattoo from a new artist here that goes by slick he is excellent she has many tattoos and made me travel all the way from new jersey to see this guy so with this i thank you kindly and sarcastically thank you, looks like we will be spending our summer traveling to eminence ink to work on her sleeve, i do not have any tatoos yet but slick will do my first. i recommend this shop, worth the ride

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. I had my nipple piercings done at this facility about 8 months ago and they were done so incredibly wrong that I do not know what sort of permanent damage was caused. I was not aware that they were wrong for the first six months because I am not a piercing artist but when it had been so long that they were still bothering me, I went to a couple alternate piercers all of whom took one look at my piercings and immediately told me that they were some of the worst they had ever seen and that I should take them out immediately. I am not from the CT area so it is not easy for me to get to Eminence but I made my way back to talk to the store manager about my failed piercing. When I went in to place my complaint and ask for my money back, or at least some sort of apology/compensation, I was met by the store manager who immediately was on the defensive and handled the situation in the most unprofessional and immature way I have ever experienced with a business professional. She attacked my intelligence and refused to even offer an apology. I will reiterate, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. I am incredibly disappointed not only in how my piercings were originally done but in how the situation was handled after.

I’m giving this place 2 stars only for the simple fact that I went in on multiple ovations (excluding today) and have gotten told to come back at a current I’m only to sit and wait for more then an hr to get told to go home. And I only wanted a piercing. But there work is nice just wish the piercer would show up

I went to see Lilly the piercing artist. She was so great! I got the Daith piercing done and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Told me everything I needed to know about the piercing and what to expect in the follow weeks. I got that piercing done for the headache relief to try and see if it works. I do have to say that since I have gotten that piercing done a week or so ago I have not yet had a headache! I'm thrilled with the service. Lilly even came in on her day off when I told her the bottom part of my earring fell off.

I wanted a tattoo with Fame. I emailed twice, no answer. I called, and it didn't ring and went straight to a full voicemail, so can't reach them there. I went on their Facebook and messaged them there, but they barely post on Facebook, so I don't have high hopes for that to reach them, either. My last tat was 16 hours, and I paid $150/hr. I'm a good client, is my point, and they need better management, because Fame lost himself one hell of a customer.

They have great deals on Third Thursday. I got my nose pierced for 15 bucks. The staff was super nice and super clean, and the piercing came out perfect. Love them for piercings, have yet to get a tattoo, but would definitely recommend.

Would give them 6 stars, if I could. I called and checked about coming in as a Walk-In. Within two hours I received a call back, went in, got my tattoo, and was on my merry way. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My tattoo is small but I still felt welcomed and cared for there. Would highly, highly recommend to everyone :)

Got my nose pierced here. I was a walk in and they got me done super quick. The woman piercing me was very helpful when it came to aftercare. I was also told that if I bought jewelry and came back when it was healed they would help me with the first change. I didn't end up doing that because I love the little diamond stud that's currently in but it was nice to know that I would have had help.

I have gotten tattoos and piercings from eminence. Compared to some places I've been to around the Groton, new lundon area definitely a better choice. when I was there last time for ink they filled in some spots on a tattoo I got at another shop where parts of the outline are not done... As in the other tattoo artist ran out of ink and did not care to go back over it. they helped me out after they finished my tattoo and did a few gaps in the other artists lines tracing the mark where the original artist didn't drop ink into my skin. They seem to actually care about ppl and when I came in with my twin for a piercing a about three weeks ago she was nervous and that artist was extremely nice helped calm her down. Every time I have been there I've only had a positive experience and third Thursday they have some good deals. As far as my opinion matters, they are apart of the community and are some good people, I tell ppl to go there even tho it's like 50 min from Groton it's worth the time to drive there.

I was very happy with the way he took his time to make sure every little detail was perfect.. you can most definitely tell that he Is truly passionate about his work.. He even took the time to redesign what I wanted into an ever sicker version that put what I was going to get at first to shame lol..
