I don't trust anyone but Nina. The shop is awesome, very courteous and friendly staff. Nina as an artist is awesome. I've sat for a few tattoos from her and her work is consistently high-quality. I personally like her taste as an artist however she's pretty flexible and versatile in the work that I've seen from her. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some great work at a very nice shop.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so sweet and you always feel right at home. I get tattooed by Nina and her work amazing. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! All the artists here are kind and helpful and the owner is the sweetest woman. Very highly recommend!

If negative 10 was an option that would be mine. Don't get me wrong the owner was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately the young woman that did my tattoo was not. When I told her I wanted a feather and birds I had given her a picture of what I wanted done just for confirmation and she reassured me it was going to be very easy do and it would be detailed and beautiful. In the middle of my getting a tattoo her boyfriend called and told her he picked up dinner. She then rushed my tattoo and it came out horrid. It looked bloody awful and incase she didn't remember because of spontaneous amnesia, tattoos are permanent. So now I'm stuck with a half-assed that looks like a bloody child did it. As an artist my self I would never allow anyone buying my art to be given absolute rubbish. I'm very upset with this establishment and don't recommend you going here for a tattoo.

This place is absolutely amazing! I have two tattoos By kit and I plan on getting more. I first visited with my aunt and a friend and we fell in love with blue owl! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the facility is nice and clean. Artists accommodate to your scheduale and specific needs and are willing to help out any way they can! I reccomended them to many friends and everyone loves the results they get from this shop!

Owner is sweet. Some of the staff are unprofessional and operate on an apprentice level at best. Artist Fina was very upset when it was suggested another staff member had more experience. She resorted to harassment at work and nasty text messages. Tattoo faded out completely after two weeks, even after touch ups. Piercing done harshly, off center, took forever to heal (not a first timer at piercing) Wish I could give it five stars for the owner--but the staff is horrible. Customer beware.

I got a flash sale tattoo and I like the tattoo fine. Emilie was very quick and no nonsense. Not very chatty, the shop is super quiet which was actually pretty nice and uncommon. She was able to fit me and my friend in.

I have been here twice and had the same tattoo artist for both, Rich. He was good with the first one he did but he kept stopping my tattoo to go talk to someone else who had walked in. When I went for my second one he was rather rude to me and my friends, especially when one of them asked if the tattoo could be drawn slightly different (not the greatest customer service). He also randomly texts me and the tattoos he posts that could done during the flash sales are not his own. I’ll just stick with the first shop I went to from now on

I had an appointment set up in august 2017 I believe it was the 16th. I had scheduled it via dm to Nina.p. She contacted me to change the time a couple days prior to the appointment for a tat, it seemed to be whatever seeming as I could not change it but during my appointment I learned this inconvienced her. I had an upper back tattoo so I had my shirt off bra on, her mother entered the room without knocking or checking if it was okay saying something along the lines of “I had a girl it’s alright.” This was super unprofessional and uncomfortable. After my appointment was done Nina had rushed around cleaning, and I had to ask her how to take care of the tattoo and even then she had left the room walking around in back screaming how to take care of the tattoo and I did not receive the ointment for the tattoo, that she said she would give me. I looked for her but she disappeared in back and I was left clueless. Part of her rushing was also due to someone coming to visit her and this may have been why I was rushed. I paid 200 and gave a 20 dollar tip. The work is still beautiful and well crafted but the work environment she had created was unprofessional.

I arrived for my 6:30 appointment at 6:25 and it was super sketchy. There is no front desk, and no one came up to me. After 15 minutes of sitting on the couch, I approached an artist in the middle of a session. She informed me that Rich, my artist, was still tattooing a previous client. That was no problem. Rich approaches me at 6:50 and says there are no private rooms at the moment and that I can come Saturday or Sunday. I say no because I drove an hour for a scheduled appointment. Granted, I did not inform Rich of the location of that tattoo prior to meeting in person. Rich suggested that if I wanted to wait for a room to open up that I come back in half an hour. After half an hour I texted Rich and he informed me that he already left the shop to pick up his kids. He did apologize for the inconvenience, but this shop lost a customer, and I will definitely inform my friends not to come here as well. I understand that the shop closes at 8pm, but I provided my phone number through the paperwork. Rich should have contacted me to let me know he was leaving. Also, someone should have welcomed me when I arrived. Just overall upsetting and unpleasant experience.

I got a flash tattoo awhile ago that I was looking to cover up. Nina was able to cover them absolutely perfectly. The shop is comfortable to be in, such a good atmosphere. My friend Amanda gets all her tattoos by Nina and won’t go to anyone else. Definitely coming back for some more ink!!!!

Will not be going back here. We were given an appointment for today (Saturday 2/10/18) at 1pm. Upon arriving at the shop we were told that everyone was in Philadelphia for the weekend! We received no phone call or anything to reschedule our appointment. The only employee in the place was the piercer. He tried to contact Tommy who we had the appointment with. No answer. We tried calling ourselves. It went straight to voicemail. This is clearly something they knew about weeks in advance. We tried contacting him for the last 3 days to confirm only to be ignored. Calling to explain would have been the more courteous thing to do instead of blowing us off. It was a waste of our time to drive the half an hour there. We will be taking our business elsewhere

If 0 stars worked that would be my rating. I made an appointment with these people. Drive 30 minutes to find out the owner "forgot" to tell her daughter about my appointment. Proceeded to get attitude when all I was doing was waiting for the owner to come back and talk to me about what she could do. She told me that she could "quickly" draw it out because someone had an appointment in 30 minutes, and that she could start it today. How could I say this politely... HELL NO. rediculous. Will be telling EVERYONE what horrible service these people gave me today.

Not only did i work in this shop i also was a client long before that. Jeanie the owner is one of the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. She also carefully picks each artist hired there. Were looking around to get a tattoo with my wife finally found this place close to home and decided to try it walked in was greeted but it seem the person who took our appointment didn't communicate with the artist finally everything clear up .but after that a couple of female artist decided to use profanity while my 3yr old daughter was with us definitely a no no .the tattoo was super beautiful and emili has awesome hands but in a couple of instances emili gave me attitude her body language was I don't want to be here. The tats we're awesome but there is a lack of some leadership.

I guess everyone can have a positive or negative experience. In 2014 I got a cover up Tatto. The owner took time to get my idea of a Phoenix and made a work of art, unique! it too two separate appointments to draw and to color the Tattoo. It was well done and she even put numbing cream to help with the pain due to the place in which it was done. later on my daughter n I got matching tatto. I have all positive feedback, I'm sorry for those who had a negative experience. But I see those people as family oriented, caring and pricing is great too.
