I am a deployed soldier and my wife wanted to get a second nose piercing. This store was close to our home so she chose you. When she arrived, she was treated poorly through the whole process. The woman at the counter was rude. That’s besides the point, the woman doing her piercing was rude by not letting my wife take pictures or videos which is the only way we can talk. She also, which really got me, charged her for a nasal rinse that she didn’t ask for, and she added a tip without asking for one. This behavior is absurd and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I wish I could put no star.

Stopped by impulsively on my lunch break to get my nose re-pierced and can't say enough good things about the experience. Casey is a pro and was quick but super thorough during the process. Vanessa was informative and friendly from the minute we walked in and as she kept us company during our short wait. You can tell everyone there is passionate about their work from the simple nose piercing to the hand-drawn sleeve tattoo being done when we were there.

Alicia is the best of the best. I saw her a few years ago for a piercing and couldn't be happier. I've returned to the Sol Tribe for additional piercings and even though Alicia now works a reduced schedule (at the time I'm not sure what it is now) the piercer working still was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have similar skills/abilities Alicia had passed down. Very, very happy with her and team. I've went to locations closer to home and it seems everyone knows her name and how good she is across the state. If you can, grab her for your next piercing you wont be disappointed.

This store was small and kind of hidden between other businesses. You have to get out and walk to really find this business. When you go inside, this place is small. There is display of jewelry at the front counter and person to help you. If you have to wait, there is a small seating area. There are small tablet screens where you check in before you get any work done. There is a small open room for piercings. There are other rooms for getting tatoos. This place is clean. I did not have to wait after I checked in, because all I wanted was a quick piercing and it wasn't crowded. It is kind of expensive. My piercing went smoothly and they didn't use a piercing gun. In front of the store, there is metered parking, or you can drive around the block to see if you can find free parking. For my first time to this kind of business, I didn't have any knowledge about what I was doing, but the visit went well. It would be wise to call the store about what is available.

Firstly this shop is beautiful inside. It's like a finely curated art gallery museum. Secondly, my wife and I absolutely adore Alicia. She did tattoos for us both, and working with her and talking with her was an absolute pleasure. Her meticulous attention to detail and high standard of professionalism is unmatched in my 15 years of getting tattooed. Clean crisp sharp work. She is also very clearly a wise, compassionate and enlightened person. Feeling calm comfortable and confident with the person who is putting their permanent art on your body is paramount and invaluable. Alicia's reputation in Colorado and the reputation of this shop has deep roots. We were really honored to work with her and love our tattoos. This is the only shop I ever want to go to now!

Came from out of town to get a tattoo for my son. This place was very clean, had a great person up front who really took time with us and helped us. The art work in the books were great. We didn't get a tattoo here but only because they helped us realize that what we wanted needed to be done closer to home so it could be done in more then one sitting. Thank you so much for helping us figure out what was best for us instead of just trying to get our money.

I go here for EVERYTHING. I have gotten all my piercings here, all my tattoos. I feel terrible because I forget names but the women at the front lobby are amazing, very sweet and willing to help you with anything you need an answer everything. The piercer I have seen everytime is amazing. She tells me what I need to hear regardless if I want to hear it or not. If I’m not ready for a piercing she’ll see me sometime soon. They’re definitely not about trying to get you to do something for the sake of sales. I have gotten tattooed by a wonderful guy named Jeremy, definitely check his work out. The other artist who isn’t there anymore is still amazing he’s doing my sleeve; Ben Theisen! The shop is amazing. Don’t go anywhere else

I’ve gotten two ear piercings here-one with Casey and one with Aaron-and both experiences have been fantastic. They’re both extremely knowledgeable and follow proper hygiene procedures better than most doctors I’ve been to. They each took extra time to calm my nerves and thoroughly explain what to expect both during and after the piercing. Yes it’s a bit pricy, but that only seems fair for good jewelry and piercings that are well placed and don’t get infected. Highly recommend!

3 stars because I'm annoyed at how my nostril piercing was handled. It's been pierced for a year now, and I've meticulously cared for it, never getting an infection or other problems, so it had healed perfectly. I'm visiting from out of town, and omw to the aiport I lost my nostril stud. Less than 24 hours later, I went to Sol Tribe to replace it. I can only wear titanium due to sensitivity to most metals, so I purched a titanium, flat-back stud. I was happy that a piercer was going to put it in, but when he tried, the hole had already tightened up, and he was unable to put the jewelry in. So he pushed a thin, metal rod through the hole to open it back up, and then put the stud in. Honestly, it was far more painful than when I got it pierced in the first place. My nose hurt for a couple of days, but I thought maybe it was just bruised. Little did I know that it was actually infected. Today, I accidently snagged the end of the pin with my sunglasses, giving it a firm tug, and a bunch of pus came out if the piercing! I was shocked! Thinking back on the experience at Sol Tribe, I'm wondering what went wrong. The piercer did not cleanse the piercing in any way before attempting to insert the jewelry, which is certainly not how my piercer in Houston did it when he changed my jewelry for me. Was the metal rod santized? Am I allergic to the metal in the rod? Was there trauma to the piercing due to having to reopen it? Whatever happened, I am NOT happy with suddenly having an infected piercing after visiting Sol Tribe. I'm sure their services overall are good, and they have excellent ratings, but this customer is not satisfied.

Alicia is one of the best piercers in Colorado. I'm completely sure of this. I came to her because she's endorsed by Elayne Angel. However her shop's customer service is completely lacking, and I felt like nothing was done to retain me as a customer. My jewelry took 4 months to arrive. No one ever contacted me to update me about the status of the order, each and every time I took the initiative. On the phone receptionists consistently sounded annoyed that I was asking for an update or if I could keep my original appointment. Two months into the wait I got a response that they "had definitely ordered it" which to me implies that they had simply forgotten about it for two months to do so. I requested to refund my deposit and my jewelry arrived the following week and Alicia promised to "make it up" to me. It was a size smaller (10g not 8g) than we had originally discussed but no one pointed it out. No discount ever materialized for my inconvenience, nothing but a very half hearted apology on the day of my appointment. I'm not a ill-behaved customer, I have had over ten years of customer facing experience and I completely get that things happen, but my experience at Sol Tribe makes me feel like a sucker for giving them my money. No discount, no sincere apology, no one ever called me, I got nothing but a feeling of general resentment from the shop after they had failed to handle my order professionally. Had it not been for the technical skill my piercing needed I would've gone somewhere else. I know my piercing was safe and well done. But personally I would never comfortably refer or return to Sol Tribe.

I had a piercing project done yesterday and Casey was amazing! The work was thorough, and she was even able to use a previous hole that had not closed after nearly 10 years of being empty. Casey discussed all the work with me and made sure I had the right anatomy for the piercing I wanted. I LOVE the work and will be back for more.

Highest quality body jewelry I have seen, including things like 14 ct gold studs and opal balls. Great setup and decor, prices definitely reflect the quality though, you wont find much of anything for a low price here. Parking is a little difficult, no free parking provided, thus could only give the 4 star.

A few friends and I went in yesterday to be pierced. The shop is beautiful and clean. Porcia (I hope I spelled that correctly!) was very patient and helpful in discussing jewelry with each of us. Casey is an amazing piercer and I never once felt like I was being spoken down to or rushed. I've been pierced 8 times now and she is hands down the best! Every piece of jewelry was sterilized, she took her time to discuss placement with me and asked me my long term plans for the piercing so she could place it properly. I ended up picking out jewelry to replace my daith, and I had her strech my belly piercing for new jewelry as well. Great experience! A little on the pricey side for the jewelry, but you get what you pay for and all the jewelry is top notch. Thanks for a great experience, ladies! Will definitely be back .

I've gotten tattooed here before by an amazing artist from Brazil who has sadly left the studio. But I went with some friends to get piercings and the price was insane. I've gotten multiple piercings - nose, tragus, and a few lobe piercings - so I'm not a newbie. My friend and I wanted additional lobe piercings and were quoted an estimated $35 piercing fee and chose the cheapest jewelry available. The piercer was fine, except she put in rings instead of studs, which I know isn’t the best option for new piercings... And finally, when we went to pay it was an unbelievable $108 per person. They charged us twice the piercing fee (I guess since it was both ears??) and the jewelry was $20 per ring. I've never been charged so much for a piercing. I can go to Old Larimer St. Tattoo (which has an amazing piercer) and pay a third that, which I'll do next time. The only reason I'm giving even two stars is because I loved the guy who tattooed me and because the shop seemed clean and sterile.

Alicia is THE WOMAN to see for scarification in this state. The environment is so zen, getting work done here is a spiritual experience. The atmosphere of the shop and the mastery of the artists will make getting your flesh burned with hot metal feel like a trip to the spa. Not you typical sailor girls and leather place; the work and the jewelry draw strongly on indigenous traditions.

Came in looking for belly button jewelry and was met with some of the rudest employees of my life. I was not greeted at the door, yet literally every other person who came in was. I went to ask questions about their stock and was ignored and then answered with glares and one word answers. I dont know what you people's problem is, but I definitely wont be back.

I've gotten tattoos here twice, both with David. He does great work; when I wasn't 100% clear on what I wanted the first design to look like, I gave a vague description and he went above and beyond my expectations. I feel comfortable giving him artistic liberties to create and place the tattoos, and haven't been disappointed. The staff at check in is relaxed and friendly, and it's a really nice atmosphere. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it. They really seem to value the quality of their work.

I walked in to this shop as someone with many tattoos that were not visible at the time based on what I was wearing. I have visited dozens of tattoo shops across the us and Europe. The immediate vibe in this shop was not welcoming of new clients. As someone who likes to get art from all over this was disappointing. The woman at the front was rude and unprofessional. Nothing worse than someone in customer service who can’t be nice. I definitely felt unwelcome and as she took a phone call in the middle of talking to me I left. I moved to Denver two months ago and have had work at two other local shops so far. This will not be the next one. Work on your kindness

Honestly wasn't to impressed. Everyone I met there had an attitude, the min. of a $100 (that I was told ) was not impressive could have gotten the same thing at home for $60 ( but obviously price varies shop to shop) , I expected more customer service wise, when I had taken my artwork previously elsewhere that day they gave me a lot more feedback than Sol Tribe did and were more willing to work with me. All in all honestly wish I would have went to a better shop but felt that quality didn't live up to the standards of the shop . They had 2 good artist's the rest needed some fine tuning. Aries out of all had the best work.

I had my septum done and it was hands down the best experience I've had getting pierced. Having had my septum done previously by a different piercer, I definitely love her placement and how she discussed different options with me and I didn't feel rushed. OK! So... I am not one to complain for spending a lot of money for something like a piercing because you pay for what you get for these types of services. What I did not like is that when I went with a friend, they told her the price for getting her second holes done but failed to mention that this was the price for only one ear. So, after she got the piercings done, it ended up being twice as much as she originally thought (over 100 dollars) for something that is not a complex or unique piercing and basic jewelry. It did not feel right! I also did not like how they encouraged us to come back to follow up on our piercing but when I went back they would not look at it unless I paid more money to get the earring switched.
