I've gotten a couple piercings by Amy a few years ago and had a great experience. She calmly explained everything before, during, and after very thoroughly. When I went a few weeks ago and just dropped in, Amy was out that day and I had Krisha pierce my septum. I received the same top notch treatment and she was incredibly accommodating when working with me to get the placement that I wanted, not just what was common. I would definitely recommend both piercers to everyone who wants to get pierced.

Amy has once again done an amazing job. After having a bad experience at a different shop I decided to check out Phantom 8. Amy has now done 8 of my piercings and they have all healed fantastically. I have never met someone as professional as her. She makes me feel comfortable and engages in friendly conversation every time. Very professional,quick,clean and she makes sure to give a detailed description of how to clean the piercings each time(and you can't beat the giant bags of salt). The selection of jewelry is very large and diverse. If you're looking for all around great service go to Phantom 8,you won't regret it.

I came in today to get a daith piercing, as I hear they help some people with their migraines. The minute I walked in, the lovely associate helping at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The parlor itself is very clean and the atmosphere is very chill and calming. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my piercing, and the artist, Amy, was absolutely incredible. She was so personable and a great conversationalist. The piercing hurt like crazy but it was very obvious that Amy was trying her hardest to be gentle and make it as painless as she possibly could. It's also important to note that I called multiple piercing places before choosing this one, and every single place quoted me at least $40 more than the completely reasonable price, which started at $35 and went up depending in what piece of jewelery you chose. I 100% recommend this parlor to anybody who is looking for a piercing, and I am already planning to come back for my nose piercing. :)

I've been going to Phantom 8 (specifically Hugo) for a couple of years now. Great experience all around. The shop is clean, the artists are nice and down to earth. I would recommend Hugo and the rest of the crew without hesitation. Chris (the owner) takes time to talk to you and check on your work.. I could go on and on it's all around a great experience. I will continue to get my artwork done there. PS Hugo has some amazing hair which we all know is way more important than tattoos.

This is the best tattoo parlors I’ve been to, in three different states. They do piercing as well. We went to get a matching tattoos for our anniversary, and it was the best experience! Our artist, JD is amazing at putting your mind to ease if you’re feeling a little nervous, incredibly professional, and very cleanliness/safety-first before anything else, and highly, highly talented . He drew our tattoo design with just our idea and concept, and it was better than what we imagined. The quality of the ink and the care taken are well worth the time and money.

I love this place! At the end of 2016 I was determined to get a full sleeve over the next year! For the last few months I've been working with Hugo and he's the best! He's helped me through my neurotic indecisiveness and created pieces that I get complimented on constantly! His line work and attention to detail are incredible. Not only that but he's quick and not heavy handed which makes the process even better! I must also compliment Jen at the front desk because she is awesome! She's a machine! Two phone calls and a line of people but she's always calm, cool, and collected! I highly recommended this place to everyone. I came here a few years ago and got amazing work done by J.D, this is why I chose this place to get my piercings because they had good reviews and I was comfortable with them. piercings are walk ins which is fine if you adhere to the first come first served rule. Keisha (the piercer) gave me a 45min wait time long story short I was there for 2.5 hours and decided to leave beacuse I have a life. I realize they didn't have a designated "front desk person" but when she took a young lady back ahead of 3 other people including me who have been waiting for 2+ at this point to switch out her piercings my husband and I walked out. There was no acknowledgement by anyone about the fact that we have been patiently waiting. The place was dusty and there were dogs and children running around. Even if she didn't end up skipping the 3 of us I wouldn't want someone who was flustered and rushing to do my piercing on top of the fact that she was handling her gloves that she was supposed to be wearing for a dermal implant she was going to do completely unsanitary

OVER PRICED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CRAPPY JEWELRY!!! The jewelry put in by the piercer fell out while my piercing was still healing; I've never had any other jewelry that a piercer has put in unscrew so easily nor have I ever paid so much for a fairly standard piercing. When I went back in, they refused to replace the jewelry.

Friendly and professional people with a great work ethic! You can get piercings here as well as tatoos. For either, they are well-informed of the law and will check IDs of kids and parents, and they keep everything new, clean, and sterile for all of their work. I would highly recommend them!

I just had my tattoo done by Hugo and it is AMAZING. Not only was he super professional, but he was very personable and cool. I knew what I wanted, but needed an artistic touch and he did an amazing job, I honestly never thought it would be as spectacular as it is. Highly recommend Hugo for every tattoo need. The shop itself is awesome too. Everyone is very nice and don't have the "holier-than-thou" attitude that is pretty common to tattoo shops nowadays. Whether it's your first or 20th tattoo, they treat you like family, and make you feel welcome. I won't go anywhere else.

Incredibly dirty facility with unprofessional staff. Only visited to buy a dermal top and after telling me the piece would be $10, they charged $16+tax. All their products are overpriced and they have no guarantee or quality behind their services. I was told I wouldn't be seen by the piercer, Amy, until 5:30 so of course I waited, but when I showed up at 4:45 I was told people were ahead of me as far as walk-in's go, so I had to wait an extra hour and a half just to see her. If you take what goes on or in your body seriously, go else where!

I believe I got my tongue pierced here in 2013? It was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly made me very comfortable with my first piercing. They made it fun, laughing and enjoyable place to be. I remember I didn't have the money for a regular sized bar and they gave me one and told me how I could break my tongue. It was very thoughtful. Also wasn't too expensive.

Just went in to get a new loop for my conch, so I can’t speak on any of the artists works, but Jennifer helped me out and she’s awesome. She helped me decide on a continuous ring so I didn’t have to worry about the balls falling off any of my jewelry anymore AND she guessed the gauge of my piercing perfectly without even having me take it out. Went in not expecting much besides a quick sale, but she gave me a lot of useful information aside from the sale and made sure I knew how to use the continuous ring. Really cool chick. This shop is great! They're extremely welcoming and friendly. The aesthetic of the shop is great and it is very clean. I got both my tongue and nipples done here (nipples being the most recent). I paid $114 for both nipples (classic jewelry). Amy was super sweet and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole piercing process beforehand, which was very reassuring. She eased my nerves and made sure the piercing went smoothly. I did have to wait an hour because the shop was busy, but that didn't take away from the pleasant experience. It was 100% worth the wait and I'm very happy with my new piercings. I would definitely recommend coming to this shop.

I've been to many tattoo/piercing shops across the country and this one has the most friendly staff of any shop I've visited. Everyone greets you with a smile. The front desk worker is knowledgeable and helpful. Amy has pierced me a couple times and she's always super kind and professional. She makes sure to open her sterile kit in front of you and she describes the procedure and healing process thoroughly. I ended up buying the cute sea salt kit for healing that they sell for a good price. I got a head cold shortly after my latest nose piercing and the combo of me blowing my nose constantly and neglecting my self care caused my piercing to get inflamed. I came back in twice after for her help with it and she charged me nothing. She was super patient and sweet when she could've been annoyed with me because I caused the issue myself. I won't go anywhere else. Their prices are good too.

My tattoo was started in another shop, the guy stopped and said he wouldn't finish because the ink was going on "splotchy". Bummed I waited until it healed and seemed fine before looking for a shop to finish it. I had gone in to Phantom 8 on several recommendations. The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Their artist Raymon came out and looked my tattoo over and said he thought he could finish it and add the color and look I orginally wanted. He came in on his day off before the shop opened to accommodate my crazy schedule. He was friendly and professional and put my nerves to ease joking with me. Went in to get new septum and dermal jewelry and the receptionist and Amy (piercer) were both really sweet. Ive had my dermal pierced for a few years now and my original piercer in the Dallas TX area never told me what guage i needed to get for new dermal tops. When i went back in to ask him, he couldnt give me any answers. So i went into Phantoms and Amy was able to tell me exactly what i needed to look for and also switched out my dermal top for me

This shop is family owned and operated and hasn't changed a bit as far as nostalgia...yet, the place is always, always clean and sparkling and full of memories. From age 19 to 31, I still think Amy is the best piercer for all body piercings and inquiries in the south Metro Denver...hands down!

Back in 2014, got my bridge piercing done by Kristen. Unfortunately had to take it out four months later due to work. In 2015 got it re-pierced by Amy. She was incredibly quick and efficient. Ever since then, got my septum, nipples, nostril, and bellybutton done by her. I've been going to Phantom 8 on and off for about 3 years. I waited 6 months for my first appointment with Chris and it was absolutely worth it!. Chris is an amazing artist and I appreciate that he works with me every step of the way to ensure that what he's doing is what I want. Very laid back atmosphere - no attitudes, no ego. My wife and son both go to Chris for their work and it has all been top-notch. We have been 100% satisfied with our work (almost 100 hours combined) and we're looking forward to starting new projects with Chris in the future.

Very long story short, I was allergic to my new septum jewelry (not purchased at Phantom 8) but I stopped in to get the jewelry removed. Amy helped me out with taking the jewelry out, which had started to erode in my nose, and also put in new jewelry. My nose was very sore and swollen, and Amy was so helpful and amazing through the 25 minutes it took while I cried and breathed in her face (haha sorry Amy!) Basically what I'm saying is Amy is the absolute best and I highly recommend going to her for all of your piercing needs. I don't know what I would have done without your help!

Always professional staff here. Been coming here since before the war. The energy is positive and mellow. Every place seems to have its own vibe, tattoo shops exspecially. Unlike many overnight shops that seem to pop up out of no where constantly and usually ran by a guy who figured he could cash in quick and honestly cares less about the art, but more about his social statuts then anything else. Phantom 8 is a shop where every person cares about the quality and longevity of the Art they place upon you, almost guerrented to be a lifetime commitment, So think of your artist as your Museum Curator. You just happen to wear your art and your Artist will be the one to make sure it is placed correctly and of the highest quality possible. So do your research and homework. You will find these unholy freaks who love to punch holes into other people are all of the highest calibre in their field. And everyone needs a devil on their shoulder. Otherwise the angel that sits upon the other shoulder might just bore you into never having any fun. I have been Tattooed here many times, Have had piercings, and even brought in the next generation here also, As my daughter was recently pierced here as well. Once you become a customer you find you wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and that's when you realize you have become a fiend of Phantom 8. Don't just take my word for it. Look around at other places. Ask to see portfolios and even ask for total years in the business, ask where they apprenticed. You will see and hear the difference quickly! But don't say I sent you... they might charge you extra
