first let me start by telling you OMG!!!! love this place, This is the home to the famous Artist Eddie Tana who is a Master in Japanese and portraits and tattoos a lot celebrity, i was scared to ask him any question but he was very humble very outgoing and answer all my question and to my surprise he wasn't expensive so i had get tattoo by him, then i met Ben Lopez Master in Black and Grey Chicano style and Portraits that are realism had get tattoo by him got my mom grandma and kids portraits which was big big deal, lets not forget about Sara she very talented had get tattoo by her has most beautiful scripts and her lines are amazing not to mention her light hands.

I had my piercings all done here about 10 years and have never had a problem with them...My husband got our daughters portrait on his arm and he gets compliments everywhere. So much so, that he's going back to get our other kids pictures done as well..I've also seen a lot of work done here on other people and I've been impressed everytime.

The original artist who was suppose to give me my first ever tattoos (i got 3 all on the same day) wasn't there and i made the appointment about 3 months in advance. I was going to have my birthday party right after at 12pm so we scheduled it for 10:30am. The day before I go in however I find out, not only did he not change the time, he left town for 2 weeks. If I made the appointment 3 months in advance, I don't want to find out the day before that you forgot. If I hadn't gone in the day before the supposed appointment I would have been there at 10 am the next day only to find out the man wasn't there. Very disappointed after I had heard great things about that artist. The artist who did give me my tattoos agreed to do them the day before when I went to check for the price and found he wouldn't be there. She was kind and had a great work space. Nicely decorated too. All 3 took about an hour and she gave me a great price for it too.

I love the private low cubicle areas each artist has for privacy during your session. It's a super comfortable studio! I met with Mondo for a Consult appointment and scheduled my future tattoo appointment. He's a great down-earth guy and looking forward to putting his talented on my skin soon!!!

Found this place on Yelp and man was I glad. Got hooked up with Mando @mellowmoods tattoo. Awesome awesome awesome work. He worked with me on my tattoo ideas to fill in an old outlined. Highly highly recommend him. The other artists are great as well but Mando was my dude. Cool place with a chill vibe. Everyone was friendly and cool. Again, highly recommend this place. Ask for Mando, you won't be disappointed.

I got tatted at Octattoo without a appointment. I walked in and was tatted by an Asian artist. Before the tattooing process I handed the artist a picture of what I wanted done. I explained where I wanted shadings and fillings and all. While being tatted the artist stopped a couple times and had to be remind what I told him about shading and filling. After telling him a couple times he still shaded in areas where I told him not to. I asked him why and he replied because that's what the picture showed although I told him three times. The finished tattoo was also very uneven. I couldn't believe in what happened cause Octattoo from what I researched was supposed to be a descent spot cause the owner is well known. A month after I got the tattoo I had to go back in cause the tattoo was really faded. When I went in for the second time I also pointed out that the outline was very uneven. The same guy touched the tat up and he widened the outline without my permission instead of just fixing the uneven portion. I also had him try and fix the areas he messed up by shading by using ink of my skin color to lighten it. I emailed the OWNER EDDIE TANA about the incident and he seemed sorry and agreed to fix my tat. Eddie told me that he will get back to me a week later. He never did so I sent him another email and he stopped emailing me back. I never got another response from him. This tattooing business is pathetic and very unprofessional and I beware anyone interested in going in.

went there a week ago and Thai Vong was very rude and unproffessional! the staff doesn't greet you when you come in. Thai only wants to make money and will rip you off. It's hard to understand what he is saying his English is bad and all the artist do is sit outside in smoke DONT GO THERE!!!

Truly Uninspired

Last Fall I got a simple piece done on my left inner forearm. It was a walk in, and was handled very well. Everyone was friendly, and the tattoo looks great. I'd rate higher, however they're not all that great at getting back to people who send in inquiries. I sent in an inquiry on June 2nd and never heard back.
